本申请为申请号2014105574549,申请日2014年10月20日,发明名称“一种复合密度板的制造方法”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造板,特别是一种复合密度板。
背景技术
纤维板又名密度板,是以木质纤维或其他植物素纤维为原料,施加脲醛树脂或其他适用的胶粘剂制成的人造板。发展纤维板生产是木材资源综合利用的有效途径。纤维板的缺点是吸湿后因产生膨胀力差异而使板材翘曲变形;硬质板材表面坚硬,钉钉困难,耐水性差。随着国内建筑装修市场和家具制造业对人造纤维板需求的增长,为了改善人造纤维板的综合性能,也出现了很多方法,例如,中国专利CN2320409Y就提供了一种在纤维板上下两面设置玻璃纤维布来改善静曲强度和弹性模量的技术方案,但是,正如中国专利CN2320409Y,现有的改善人造纤维板的技术方案往往都是在人造纤维板制造出来后,以人造纤维板作为原材料二次加工来获得最终产品,因此存在生产成本高、工序复杂等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合密度板的制造方法,以减少或避免前面所提到的问题。
具体来说,本发明提供了一种复合密度板,包括一体热压成型的第一基材层、第二基材层,所述第一基材层与所述第二基材层之间设置有加强层;所述第一基材层与所述第二基材层的材料为木质纤维或植物纤维中混合6%重量比的短切碳纤维;所述加强层包括导电碳纤维网状织物;所述导电碳纤维网状织物为预先制成的由导电碳纤维丝编织的中空网状织物,并且其四周采用土工布包边;所述导电碳纤维网状织物的网格尺寸大小为5×5-10×10mm;所述土工布包边的宽度是8-15mm。
优选地,所述木质纤维或植物纤维为干燥纤维。
优选地,所述干燥纤维由将木质或植物原料通过削片-筛选机-水洗-热磨机-调施胶-干燥后制成。
优选地,所述加强层与所述第一基材层和所述第二基材层一体热压成型。
优选地,所述第一基材层、第二基材层和加强层分别由第一层板坯、第二层板坯中间包夹着所述导电碳纤维网状织物一体热压成型获得。
优选地,所述第一基材层与所述第二基材层的厚度大于3mm。
本发明提出了一种复合密度板,其将由导电碳纤维网状织物制成的加强层嵌套复合在人造纤维板中,也就可以在人造纤维板制造过程中,在两层板坯之间预先铺设导电碳纤维网状织物,然后再通过热压将两层板坯与导电碳纤维网状织物复合为一体,从而只需要使用一条生产线即可生产出所述复合密度板,可大大提高人造纤维板的综合性能并能降低生产成本。且可制成能够进行电磁屏蔽的家具等具有一定容纳空间的容器。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。其中,相同的部件采用相同的标号。
图1显示的是根据本发明的一个具体实施例的复合密度板的结构示意图,参见图1所示,本发明提供了一种复合密度板,所述复合密度板包括一体热压成型的第一基材层1、第二基材层2,所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2之间设置有加强层3,所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2材料为木质纤维或植物纤维中混合4%-6%重量比的短切碳纤维,所述加强层3包括导电碳纤维网状织物,其制造方法包括如下步骤,
步骤A,将木质或植物原料制成干燥纤维后,在其中按照重量比添加4%-6%的短切碳纤维并进行搅拌混合;
在本发明中,首先利用现有工艺将木质或植物原料通过削片-筛选机-水洗-热磨机-调施胶-干燥后制成干燥纤维,然后根据所述干燥纤维的重量添加重量为所述干燥纤维重量4%-6%的短切碳纤维,并利用搅拌设备进行搅拌,使其混合均匀。
步骤B,使用步骤A中的混合物料铺设第一层板坯,然后在所述第一次板坯上铺设导电碳纤维网状织物,再在所述导电碳纤维网状织物上铺设第二层板坯;所述第一层板坯与所述第二层板坯中间包夹着所述导电碳纤维网状织物形成整体板坯;
由于所述复合密度板的所述加强层3设置在所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2之间,因此,本发明与现有技术最大的不同点也就在于,现有技术都是先把板坯制成纤维板,然后再在纤维板表面通过热压等方式复合上加强材料。而本发明提供的复合密度板,其内部的所述加强层3是在制板过程中,与所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2一体热压成型的。也即是,在板坯铺设时,步骤A中产出的纤维坯料分两次铺设。
首先,铺设用于形成所述第二基材层2的坯料,即第一层板坯,然后停止倾倒坯料,在用于形成所述第二基材层2的坯料铺设所述导电碳纤维网状织物,然后继续在所述导电碳纤维网状织物上铺设用于形成所述第一基材层1的坯料,即第二层板坯,至此,完成整体板坯的铺设。
所述第一层板坯和所述第二层板坯的厚度可以根据最终的所述第一基材层1和所述第二基材层2的厚度进行铺设。所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2的厚度大于3mm,这样可保障在热压复合过程中,用于形成所述第一基材层1和所述第二基材层2的板坯能够很好的与形成所述加强层3的导电碳纤维网状织物复合为一体,粘结牢固。
为了保障所述导电碳纤维网状织物能够利用步骤A产出的纤维坯料中的粘结胶与所述第一基材层1和所述第二基材层2的复合连接足够紧密,所述导电碳纤维网状织物可以是预先制成的由导电碳纤维丝编织的中空网状织物,并且在其四周使用土工布包边,例如,图2为图1所示的复合密度板的制造原理示意图,图中,虚线表示整体板坯的尺寸,实线表示所述导电碳纤维网状织物,参见图2所示,所述整体板坯的纵向尺寸为L1,横向尺寸为W1,所述导电碳纤维网状织物的纵向尺寸为L2,横向尺寸为W2,所述导电碳纤维网状织物的网格尺寸大小可以是5x5-10x10mm,所述土工布包边的宽度W3可以是8-15mm,所述导电碳纤维网状织物的尺寸在所述整体板坯传送方向的纵向上大于所述整体板坯的尺寸,也即是L2大于L1,在横向上小于所述整体板坯的尺寸,也即是W2小于W1,这样就可以保证所述整体板坯在传送过程中,两侧不会有所述导电碳纤维网状织物漏出,也就不会在进行热压前造成坯料散落。所述土工布包边的宽度W3可以是8-15mm,利用所述土工布包边,可以使得编织成所述导电碳纤维网状织物的碳纤维丝在铺设过程中保持尺寸,不会错位变形,而且,在铺设所述导电碳纤维网状织物时,可以便于夹具夹持所述土工布包边,避免对所述导电碳纤维网状织物的网格造成损伤。所述导电碳纤维网状织物两侧的土工布包边也会被复合到所述复合密度板中,但由于其宽度较小,因此并不会对所述复合密度板的性能带来影响。所述导电碳纤维网状织物在纵向上伸出所述整体板坯的部分,只需要在所述复合密度板制成后切除即可。
步骤C,将步骤B完成的所述整体板坯进行热压,完成所述复合密度板的制造。
所述加强层3由导电碳纤维网状织物制成,在改善了所述复合密度板综合性能的同时,当所述复合密度板制造完成后,还可以对所述加强层3进行通电,从所述复合密度板内部进行加热,从而加速所述复合密度板的甲醛释放,此外,所述加强层3由于具有导电功能,还可以应用与特殊的环境,例如,使用本发明提供的复合密度板,可制成能够进行电磁屏蔽的家具等具有一定容纳空间的容器。
所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2中的所述短切碳纤维可以进一步提升所述人造纤维板的综合性能,例如,当所述复合密度板处于高温环境时,所述第一基材层1与所述第二基材层2的短切碳纤维可以有效避免所述复合密度板发生变形。
本发明提出了一种复合密度板,其将由导电碳纤维网状织物制成的加强层嵌套复合在人造纤维板中,也就可以在人造纤维板制造过程中,在两层板坯之间预先铺设导电碳纤维网状织物,然后再通过热压将两层板坯与导电碳纤维网状织物复合为一体,从而只需要使用一条生产线即可生产出所述复合密度板,可大大提高人造纤维板的综合性能并能降低生产成本。且可制成能够进行电磁屏蔽的家具等具有一定容纳空间的容器。
