一种中药天灸排毒去痛贴膏，由两组药物复合而成，中心为发泡药物，周边为止痛药物；发泡药物为：红娘子、斑蟊、生天雄、蔓陀萝花、麝香、纯蜂胶、羊踯蜀花、白胡椒，将以上药物粉碎为细末加松香膏制成小发泡药丸，周边止痛药物为：雷公藤、黑老虎、生草乌、寻骨风、威灵仙、北细辛、穿山龙、马钱子、刘寄奴、红毛七、川芎、驳骨丹、毛冬青、白芥子、急性子、两面针、虎杖、生半夏、天仙子、朱砂莲、生天南星、滑石粉、氧化锌、速效救心丸、冰片、樟脑、月桂氮硐研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香成品贴膏，一组发泡药丸和二组止痛贴膏结合为一体，达到理想的穴位及药物效应，止痛效果很显著。常温下贴于痛点或有关穴位，易贴易揭，利于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及外用中药的技术领域，尤其涉及中药“发泡疗法”靶向治疗颈肩腰腿痛和其他痛症（含骨质增生）的外用贴膏。
背景技术
中医的“发泡疗法”又称“天灸疗法”，或“冷灸疗法”，是用中药鲜品或干品贴敷于有关穴位和痛点（阿是穴）引赤发泡，集（针灸）穴位效应和药物效应为一体，达到调节脏腑，行气活血，通络排毒，治病去痛的效果。在缺医少药的年代，人们常用此法治疗各种疾病和痛症，特别是对颈肩腰腿痛等病症疗效显著，曾誉为中医苑中的一朵奇葩，但传统的“发泡疗法”存在以下缺陷，（若不改进创新，这朵奇葩将会逐渐枯萎凋零）。其一，使用方法落后，大多是现用现配，药方和药量因使用者而异，极不规范。如发泡大小不匀，疼痛轻重不一，效果良莠不齐等。加之临时用纱布胶布，或伤湿膏等包扎，既不方便又不安全，现代人们很难接受。其二，药方单调，一方多用，多种疾病统用一方治疗，缺乏针对性的靶向用药。其疗效大多穴位效应有余，药物效应不足。本发明取其具有穴位效应和药物效应双重效应之长，补其尚无靶向治疗各类痛症制剂之短，研制了一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛等的发泡止痛中药成品制剂——《天灸排毒去痛》贴膏。具有高效稳妥、安全方便的优点。（至今尚未发现发泡疗法治疗各类病症的贴膏成品面市）。本发明填补了这个市场空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种中药天灸发泡排毒去痛贴膏，它由两组药物松香膏复合而成，中心为发泡药物膏，周边为止痛药物膏。
第一组为中心发泡排毒去痛松香贴膏的药物组成：计量按重量份：
红娘子2-3、斑蟊2-3、生天雄1-2、蔓陀萝花1-2、麝香0.5-1、纯蜂胶1-2、羊踯蜀花1-2、白胡椒1-2；将以上药物粉碎为细末制为黄豆粒大小的松香发泡药丸备用。
第二组为周边去痛药物贴膏兼载体，药物组成：计量按重量份，
雷公藤1-2、黑老虎1-2、生草乌1-2、寻骨风1-2、威灵仙2-3、北细辛2-3、穿山龙1-2、马钱子1-2、刘寄奴2-3、红毛七2-3、川芎2-3、驳骨丹1-2、毛冬青1-2、白芥子2-3、急性子1-2、两面针2-3、虎杖2-3、生半夏1-2、天仙子1-2、朱砂莲1-2、生天南星1-2、滑石粉3-5、氧化锌1-2、速效救心丸1-2、冰片1-2、樟脑1-2、月桂氮硐1-2研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香贴膏。
把第一组的发泡药丸一粒置于第二组去痛增效贴膏一片的中心，使其成为一体，再将每一片复合贴膏装入包装套中，再进行外包装即成为本发明的成品，保质期可达两年。
本发明具有高效稳定、安全方便的特点，拥有内服药、外用药和针灸都无法相比的优势。把发泡疗法制剂从落后的现用现制的原始状态，改革为批量生产的安全方便的成品贴膏，适应现代人们生活方式，方便快捷，省时省事的快节奏要求。易贴易揭，不脏衣裤。易于推广使用。（晚期糖尿病人及皮肤过敏者忌用或慎用）。
用药原理，中医理论认为：通则不痛，痛则不通，以通治痛，第一组中：红娘子、斑蟊引赤发泡破血攻毒，通瘀止痛。生天雄去风湿止疼痛。蔓陀萝花扩张血管麻醉去痛，麝香蜂胶消炎镇痛，羊踯蜀活血止痛，胡椒温经逐寒，通窍止痛。由以上诸药制成的药丸贴于皮肤能引赤发泡，根据针灸的原理，已具备充足的穴位效应，但是黄豆粒大 小的药粒缺乏足够的药物去痛效应，故加入第二组药物贴膏以加强止痛效应，并兼作载体。
第二组中：雷公藤、黑老虎、生草乌、寻骨风、威灵仙、北细辛、穿山龙、马钱子等有追风除湿通痹止痛，刘寄奴、红毛七、川芎、驳骨丹、毛冬青、白芥子、急性子等行气活血，通瘀止痛。两面针、虎杖、生半夏、天仙子、朱砂莲、生天南星、滑石粉、氧化锌等透关消肿通络止痛，冰片、樟脑、月桂氮硐引药入肤，开窍止痛。
综上所述：一组天灸发泡药丸和二组增效去痛贴膏结合为一体，克服了发泡中药去痛药效欠佳的缺陷，达到理想的穴位效应和药物效应，其去痛效果非常卓著，且安全方便。
使用方法，本贴膏用时不用加温，常温下贴于痛点（阿是穴）或有关穴位，24小时内痛点出现黄豆大的水泡，几乎不痛不痒，如果不事先告知患者大多不知道贴膏下的皮肤有水泡产生，（可以消除或减少患者对发泡疗法疼痛的恐惧心理。）7天后揭去贴膏水泡已被皮肤吸收，无感染无疤痕，一般贴后该穴点所对应的疼痛便消失或减轻，减轻者可续贴至癒，本贴膏无其他毒副作用，易贴易揭，不脏衣服，若个别人贴后不适，可于当天或3天后揭除贴膏，将水泡针破或不针破，贴上创可贴即可，同样无感染无疤痕。本发明仍具有发泡疗法一方多用的特点，如辅治黄疸、鼻炎、咳喘等等。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的治疗颈肩腰腿痛等天灸排毒去痛贴膏，其具体实施方式：
实施例1：
第一组、天灸发泡排毒去痛松香膏的药物组成：计量按重量份，
红娘子2、斑蟊2、生天雄1、蔓陀萝花1、麝香0.5、纯蜂胶1、羊踯蜀花1、白胡椒1，将以上药物粉碎为细末加松香膏制成黄豆粒大小发泡药丸。
第二组、为周边去痛药物增效贴膏兼载体，药物组成：计量按重量份，
雷公藤1、黑老虎1、生草乌1、寻骨风1、威灵仙2、北细辛2、穿山龙1、马钱子1、刘寄奴2、红毛七2、川芎2、驳骨丹1、毛冬青1、白芥子2、急性子1、两面针2、虎杖2、生半夏1、天仙子1、朱砂莲1、生天南星1、滑石粉3、氧化锌1、速效救心丸1、冰片1、樟脑1、月桂氮硐1研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香贴膏。
把第一组的发泡药丸一粒置于第二组去痛增效贴膏的中心位置使其成为一体，将二者合一的一片药贴膏装入贴膏包装套中，再进行外包装即成为本发明的成品，保质期可达两年。
实施例2：
第一组、天灸发泡排毒去痛松香膏的药物组成：计量按重量份，
红娘子3、斑蟊3、生天雄2、蔓陀萝花2、麝香1、纯蜂胶2、羊踯蜀花2、白胡椒2；将以上药物粉碎为细末加松香膏制成黄豆粒大小发泡药丸。
第二组、为周边止痛药物贴膏兼载体，药物组成：计量按重量份，
雷公藤2、黑老虎2、生草乌2、寻骨风2、威灵仙3、北细辛3、穿山龙2、马钱子2、刘寄奴3、红毛七3、川芎3、驳骨丹2、毛冬青2、白芥子3、急性子2、两面针3、虎杖3、生半夏2、天仙子2、朱砂莲2、生天南星2、滑石粉5、氧化锌2、速效救心丸2、冰片2、樟脑2、月桂氮硐2研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香贴膏。再把第一组的发泡药丸一粒置于第二组去痛增效贴膏的中心位置使其成为一体，将二者合一的一片药贴膏装入贴膏包装套中，再进行外包装即成为本发明的成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种中药天灸排毒去痛贴膏，其特征在于：它由两组药物松香膏复合而成，第一组为中心发泡药物，第二组为周边止痛药物；中心发泡药物为：红娘子、斑蟊、生天雄、蔓陀萝花、麝香、纯蜂胶、羊踯蜀花、白胡椒，将以上药物粉碎为细末加松香膏制成黄豆粒大小发泡药丸；
周边止痛药物为：雷公藤、黑老虎、生草乌、寻骨风、威灵仙、北细辛、穿山龙、马钱子、刘寄奴、红毛七、川芎、驳骨丹、毛冬青、白芥子、急性子、两面针、虎杖、生半夏、天仙子、朱砂莲、生天南星、滑石粉、氧化锌、冰片、樟脑、月桂氮硐研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香发泡止痛贴膏，把第一组的发泡药丸一粒置于第二组止痛贴膏一片的中心使其成为一体，将二者合一的贴膏装入贴膏包装套中，再进行外包装即成为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药天灸排毒去痛贴膏，其特征在于：
第一组为中心发泡止痛松香膏的药物组成：按重量份，
红娘子2-3、斑蟊2-3、生天雄1-2、蔓陀萝花1-2、麝香0.5-1、纯蜂胶1-2、羊踯蜀花1-2、白胡椒1-2；第二组为边沿周围止痛药物并兼贴膏载体，药物组成：按重量份，
雷公藤1-2、黑老虎1-2、生草乌1-2、寻骨风1-2、威灵仙2-3、北细辛2-3、穿山龙1-2、马钱子1-2、刘寄奴2-3、红毛七2-3、川芎2-3、驳骨丹1-2、毛冬青1-2、白芥子2-3、急性子1-2、两面针2-3、虎杖2-3、生半夏1-2、天仙子1-2、朱砂莲1-2、生天南星1-2、滑石粉3-5、氧化锌1-2、速效救心丸1-2、冰片1-2、樟脑1-2、月桂氮硐1-2研末制成直径2cm,厚度3mm的松香贴膏。
