本发明是用发泡中药治疗头痛关节痛及鼻炎气管炎的子母贴膏，由AB两组药物组成。A组-母药膏组：生川乌、生草乌、生南星、生半夏、白附子、白胡椒、白芷、透骨草、威灵仙、生麻黄、洋金花、亭历子、辛夷花、川芎、土鳖虫、苏木、姜黄、乳香、没药、冰片、樟脑。B组-子药膏组：甘遂、白芥子、延胡索、北细辛、毛莨、豆斑蝥、青娘子、元明粉、血竭、冰片、樟脑。两组药物分别粉碎为末，制成松香药膏先把A组药膏制成2㎝圆形，再将B组药膏制为黄豆大小的颗粒置于B圆膏中心，用自粘性敷料为载体制成6㎝的外用贴膏即可。本贴膏使用方便安全，适用病症广、粘贴牢固、不脏衣服、疗效显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外用中药贴膏的技术领域。尤其涉及一种用发泡中药结合外用贴膏治疗头痛、关节痛及鼻炎、气管炎的‘子母贴膏’。 
背景技术
中药发泡疗法，又称为自灸、冷灸疗法。它不用艾绒为热源，直接使用一些对皮肤有刺激性的中草药，贴敷于该疾病针灸穴位或痛点，使皮肤充血起泡，形成灸疮籍经络传导来治疗内外疾病。传统的发泡药物治疗头痛、关节痛、鼻炎、气管炎等疾病的方法，虽然历史悠久，疗效显著，但存在一些弊病，比如：方药单一分散，使用方法落后。缺乏组方科学、疗效可靠、施用方便的综合制剂。特别是使用方法，往往是“将药物粉粹敷于患点，外贴风湿止痛膏”亦或“将药末用醋或者蜂蜜调为糊状贴痛点，油纸包好”等较为原始的方法，既不方便又极易导致药物滑散或者脱落，造成发泡面积过大，从而增加患者的痛苦并降低了药物的疗效，影响发泡药物的推广与使用。 
发明内容
针对上述情况，本发明的目的是将发泡疗法的中药和外用贴膏的药物组合为一体，研制了一种能够综合治疗头痛、关节痛及鼻炎、气管炎的中药“子母贴膏”，具有疗效高，使用方便安全的优点。中药“子母贴膏”药物配方组份由AB两组药物组成： 
A组（母药膏组）：生川乌、生草乌、生南星、生半夏、白附子、白胡椒、白芷、透骨草、威灵仙、生麻黄、洋金花、葶苈子、辛夷花、川芎、土鳖虫、苏木、姜黄、乳香、没药、冰片、樟脑。
B组（子药膏组）：甘遂、白芥子、延胡索、北细辛、毛莨、肉桂、豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）、青娘子（又名芫青）、元明粉、血竭、冰片、樟脑。 
A组:（母药膏组）用量为重量份，以下同 
生川乌1-4、生草乌1-4、生南星1-4、生半夏1-4、白附子1-4、白胡椒1-3、白芷1-3、透骨草1-4、威灵仙1-4、生麻黄1-3、洋金花1-3、葶苈子1-4、辛夷花1-3、川芎1-4、土鳖虫1-4、苏木1-4、姜黄1-4、乳香1-3、没药1-3、冰片1-3、樟脑1-3。
B组：（子药膏组） 
甘遂1-4、白芥子1-4、延胡索1-4、北细辛1-4、毛莨1-4、肉桂1-4、豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）1-3、青娘子（又名芫青）1-3、元明粉1-3、血竭1-3、冰片1-3、樟脑1-2。
本发明最适药物配比重量份： 
A组：母药膏组：生川乌1-2、生草乌1-2、生南星1-2、生半夏1-2、白附子1-2、白胡椒2-3、白芷2-3、透骨草3-4、威灵仙3-4、生麻黄1-2、洋金花1-2、葶苈子2-3、辛夷花2-3、川芎3-4、土鳖虫3-4、苏木3-4、姜黄3-4、乳香2-3、没药2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3。
 B组：子药膏组：甘遂1-2、白芥子3-4、延胡索2-3、北细辛2-3、毛莨1-2、肉桂1-4豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）1-2、青娘子（又名芫青）1-2、元明粉2-3、血竭2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3。 
将上两组药物分别粉碎为末，再分别制成松香药膏备用。先把A组药膏制成直径2-3㎝、厚度为1.5㎜圆饼状，再将B组药膏制为黄豆大小（3-5㎜）的颗粒置于A圆膏中心，再用自粘性强的敷料为载体，制成6㎝方形或圆形的外用贴膏即可。本贴膏使用方便安全，疗效卓著，改革了传统发泡疗法使用落后的状况。具有内服药及其他外用药无法比拟的优点。 
本药物配伍与功效 
A组（母药膏组）：生川乌、生草乌、生南星、生半夏、白附子、白胡椒、用于追风除湿通络止疼的良方。白芷、透骨草、威灵仙能加强祛风散寒止疼的效果。生麻黄、洋金花、葶苈子、辛夷花是专治鼻炎、气管炎之专药。川芎、土鳖虫、苏木、姜黄、乳香、没药行气活血、消瘀止疼。冰片、樟脑消炎镇痛、引药入肤。
B组（子药膏组）：甘遂、白芥子、延胡索、北细辛是用于发泡治病的专药，效果卓著。毛莨、豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）、青娘子（又名芫青）具有能增强发泡通络攻毒的效果。肉桂、元明粉、血竭药物能行气活血、消炎镇痛。冰片、樟脑消炎镇痛、引药入肤。以上两组药物的组合具有攻毒通络、行气活血、祛湿除痹、温肺开窍、止咳平喘，消炎止痛的效果。 
用法与效果：先将有关穴位和痛点用酒精消毒，在常温下贴上此膏（贴时不需另外加温），24小时内贴点可出现黄豆大小的水泡，不痛不痒或稍有痛痒，3-7天后可撕去药膏，用消毒牙签刺破水泡，贴创可贴保护，一般一周结痂，不会发炎也不会留疤痕。若一次无效可隔7天连贴2-3次。否则另改其他方法治疗。本膏易贴易撕，不粘皮肤衣裤。 
由于本发明集两组药物效应和穴位效应为一体，具有很好的治疗效果，经头痛、关节痛及鼻炎、气管炎的患者贴1-3次后，效果显著，很少复发，复发后贴用仍然有效。 
采用本技术方案的有益效果：使用方便、适用病症广、用药量少、贴穴位准确、粘贴牢固、不脏衣服、疗效显著，很受患者的好评。 
具体实施方式
本发明所述的用发泡中药治疗头痛关节痛及鼻炎气管炎的子母贴膏，由AB两组药物组成： 
药膏A组（母药膏组）：用量为重量份，以下同
生川乌1-4、生草乌1-4、生南星1-4、生半夏1-4、白附子1-4、白胡椒1-3、白芷1-3、透骨草1-4、威灵仙1-4、生麻黄1-3、洋金花1-3、亭历子1-4、辛夷花1-3、川芎1-4、土鳖虫1-4、苏木1-4、姜黄1-4、乳香1-3、没药1-3、冰片1-3、樟脑1-3。
B组：（子药膏组）用量为重量份，以下同 
甘遂1-4、白芥子1-4、延胡索1-4、北细辛1-4、毛莨1-4、肉桂1-4、豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）1-3、青娘子（又名芫青）1-3、元明粉1-3、血竭1-3、冰片1-3、樟脑1-2。
本发明最适药物配比重量份： 
（A组：母药膏组）生川乌1-2、生草乌1-2、生南星1-2、生半夏1-2、白附子1-2、白胡椒2-3、白芷2-3、透骨草3-4、威灵仙3-4、生麻黄1-2、洋金花1-2、葶苈子2-3、辛夷花2-3、川芎3-4、土鳖虫3-4、苏木3-4、姜黄3-4、乳香2-3、没药2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3。
（B组：子药膏组）甘遂1-2、白芥子3-4、延胡索2-3、北细辛2-3、毛莨1-2、肉桂1-4豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）1-2、青娘子（又名芫青）1-2、元明粉2-3、血竭2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3。 
实施例： 
A组母药膏组：生川乌2、生草乌2、生南星2、生半夏2、白附子2、白胡椒3、白芷3、透骨草4、威灵仙4、生麻黄3、洋金花2、葶苈子4、辛夷花3、川芎4、土鳖虫4、苏木4、姜黄4、乳香2、没药2、冰片2、樟脑2 。
B组子药膏组：甘遂4、白芥子4、延胡索4、北细辛4、毛莨2、肉桂2、豆斑蝥（又名葛上亭长）2、青娘子（又名芫青）2、元明粉3、血竭2、冰片2、樟脑2。 
将上两组药物分别粉碎为末，再分别制成松香药膏备用。先把A组药膏制成直径2-3㎝、厚度为1.5㎜圆饼状，再将B组药膏制为黄豆大小（3-5㎜）的颗粒置于A圆膏中心，再用自粘性强的敷料为载体，制成6㎝方形或圆形的外用贴膏即可。本贴膏使用方便安全，疗效卓著，改革了传统发泡疗法使用落后的状况。具有内服药及其他外用药无法比拟的优点。

Claims (2)

1.一种用发泡中药治疗头痛关节痛及鼻炎气管炎的子母贴膏，其特征在于：由A、B两组药物组合而成：
     A组-母药膏组：生川乌、生草乌、生南星、生半夏、白附子、白胡椒、白芷、透骨草、威灵仙、生麻黄、洋金花、葶苈子、辛夷花、川芎、土鳖虫、苏木、姜黄、乳香、没药、冰片、樟脑；
    B组-子药膏组：甘遂、白芥子、延胡索、北细辛、毛莨、肉桂、豆斑蝥、青娘子、元明粉、血竭、冰片、樟脑；
    A组：母药膏组，用量为重量份，以下同
    生川乌1-4、生草乌1-4、生南星1-4、生半夏1-4、白附子1-4、白胡椒1-3、白芷1-3、透骨草1-4、威灵仙1-4、生麻黄1-3、洋金花1-3、葶苈子1-4、辛夷花1-3、川芎1-4、土鳖虫1-4、苏木1-4、姜黄1-4、乳香1-3、没药1-3、冰片1-3、樟脑1-3；
     B组：子药膏组，用量为重量份，以下同
     甘遂1-2、白芥子3-4、延胡索2-3、北细辛2-3、毛莨1-2、肉桂1-4豆斑蝥、1-2、青娘子1-2、元明粉2-3、血竭2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3；
       将上两组药物分别粉碎为末，再分别制成松香药膏备用，先把A组药膏制成2-3㎝圆形饼状，再将B组药膏制为黄豆大小的颗粒置于B圆膏中心，用自粘性敷料为载体制成6㎝的外用贴膏即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用发泡中药治疗头痛关节痛及鼻炎气管炎的子母贴膏，其特征在于：本贴药膏物配比最适药物配比重量份：
      A组-母药膏组：生川乌1-2、生草乌1-2、生南星1-2、生半夏1-2、白附子1-2、白胡椒2-3、白芷2-3、透骨草3-4、威灵仙3-4、生麻黄1-2、洋金花1-2、葶苈子2-3、辛夷花2-3、川芎3-4、土鳖虫3-4、苏木3-4、姜黄3-4、乳香2-3、没药2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3 ；
       B组-子药膏组：甘遂1-2、白芥子3-4、延胡索2-3、北细辛2-3、毛莨1-2、肉桂1-4豆斑蝥、1-2、青娘子1-2、元明粉2-3、血竭2-3、冰片2-3、樟脑2-3。
