本发明公开了一种易降解的防水纸及其制备方法,所述易降解的防水纸由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆50‑70份、小麦秸秆40‑52份、甘蔗渣30‑40份、榆树木材20‑32份、荆芥8‑14份、罗勒叶4‑10份、环氧树脂12‑18份、果胶10‑20份、聚异丁烯2‑8份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯14‑20份、甘油10‑16份、低密度聚乙烯6‑14份、右旋糖酐酯4‑10份、果胶酯2‑8份、聚酯纤维12‑24份;本发明环保防水,具有良好的可书写性和可印刷性;纸张与防水剂之间相容性好,防水层具有优异的憎水性,能有效防止水分对纸张的伤害,在保证纸张疏水性的同时,不影响纸张的书写、印刷难度和效果,另外纸张中加入的多种植物成分能够使纸张快速的被生物降解,更加的环保安全,达到真正意义上的绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种易降解的防水纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
从2000年前蔡伦发明造纸术以来,纸的品种包罗万象,林林总总,为了满足不同的使用需求,各种特殊功能用纸应运而生,而对于一些记录纸、航海图纸以及包装用纸,需要其具有一定的防水性能,以便正常的使用和保存为了避免纸张上记载的内容被液体侵蚀从而造成不必要的损失,纸张的防水性就显得尤为重要;现有的普通纸张在书写和绘画方面已经可以满足绝大多数人的需求,但是在保存和流传方面经常会出现回潮、浸水损坏等问题,而传统的防水纸在制作工艺上采用在纸张表面上腊、上光等步骤,这些制备工艺必须经过多种设备多次程序完成,制作成本高、制作步骤叫繁杂,并且所得的防水纸张易受天气影响,防水效果不够好,难被生物降解,不符合现如今环保的概念。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易降解的防水纸及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆50-70份、小麦秸秆40-52份、甘蔗渣30-40份、榆树木材20-32份、荆芥8-14份、罗勒叶4-10份、环氧树脂12-18份、果胶10-20份、聚异丁烯2-8份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯14-20份、甘油10-16份、低密度聚乙烯6-14份、右旋糖酐酯4-10份、果胶酯2-8份、聚酯纤维12-24份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆54-66份、小麦秸秆44-48份、甘蔗渣32-38份、榆树木材22-30份、荆芥10-12份、罗勒叶5-9份、环氧树脂13-17份、果胶12-18份、聚异丁烯3-7份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯16-18份、甘油12-14份、低密度聚乙烯8-12份、右旋糖酐酯5-9份、果胶酯3-7份、聚酯纤维16-20份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆51份、小麦秸秆46份、甘蔗渣35份、榆树木材26份、荆芥11份、罗勒叶7份、环氧树脂15份、果胶15份、聚异丁烯5份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯17份、甘油13份、低密度聚乙烯10份、右旋糖酐酯7份、果胶酯5份、聚酯纤维18份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料,并将中药材原料洗净晾干后备用;
2)将竹秆、小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣、榆树木材、荆芥、罗勒叶置入粉碎机中打碎成碎料,然后将碎料通过磨浆机碾磨成浆料A,备用;
3)将聚酯纤维、环氧树脂和低密度聚乙烯添加到步骤2)中的浆料B中,搅拌均匀;
4)向步骤3)中的浆液B中添加果胶,倒入蒸煮池蒸煮,使果胶在高温下融化并与浆液B混合完全,得到浆料C;
5)将步骤4)中的浆料C通过打浆机进行打浆,得到纸浆原液;
6)将步骤5)中制备的纸浆原液利用造纸机脱水并压榨成型,然后通过干燥、压光热压、卷曲,得到纸张;
7)将岩藻聚糖硫酸酯、右旋糖酐酯、果胶酯、聚异丁烯添加到甘油中,搅拌均匀,得到防水剂;
8)将步骤7)所制得的防水剂均匀喷涂在步骤6)的纸张上,烘干后得到易降解防水纸张。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤2)中,浆料A浓度为4%~5%,成浆浆度为40°~50°SR。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤4)中,浆料C浓度为4.5%,pH值为5.6~6。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤8)中,烘干温度为100~120℃;采用高速复卷机对烘干后的纸张进行分切复卷,并在复卷机一侧安装紫外线发射装置,利用紫外线的杀菌作用消灭纸张中的细菌。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在造纸过程中污染小,环保防水,在大自然环境中能在短时间降解,具有良好的可书写性和可印刷性,生产效率高,方便使用;本发明纸张与防水剂之间相容性好,防水剂涂层具有优异的憎水性,纸张表面的防水层能有效的防止水分对纸张的伤害,在保证纸张疏水性的同时,不影响书写、印刷难度及效果,并且不影响纸张的书写和印刷效果,另外纸张中加入的多种植物成分能够使纸张快速的被生物降解,更加的环保安全,达到真正意义上的绿色环保。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆50份、小麦秸秆40份、甘蔗渣30份、榆树木材20份、荆芥8份、罗勒叶4份、环氧树脂12份、果胶10份、聚异丁烯2份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯14份、甘油10份、低密度聚乙烯6份、右旋糖酐酯4份、果胶酯2份、聚酯纤维12份。
实施例2
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆70份、小麦秸秆52份、甘蔗渣40份、榆树木材32份、荆芥14份、罗勒叶10份、环氧树脂18份、果胶20份、聚异丁烯8份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯20份、甘油16份、低密度聚乙烯14份、右旋糖酐酯10份、果胶酯8份、聚酯纤维24份。
实施例3
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆54份、小麦秸秆44份、甘蔗渣32份、榆树木材22份、荆芥10份、罗勒叶5份、环氧树脂13份、果胶12份、聚异丁烯3份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯16份、甘油12份、低密度聚乙烯8份、右旋糖酐酯5份、果胶酯3份、聚酯纤维16份。
实施例4
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆66份、小麦秸秆48份、甘蔗渣38份、榆树木材30份、荆芥12份、罗勒叶9份、环氧树脂17份、果胶18份、聚异丁烯7份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯18份、甘油14份、低密度聚乙烯12份、右旋糖酐酯9份、果胶酯7份、聚酯纤维20份。
实施例5
一种易降解的防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆51份、小麦秸秆46份、甘蔗渣35份、榆树木材26份、荆芥11份、罗勒叶7份、环氧树脂15份、果胶15份、聚异丁烯5份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯17份、甘油13份、低密度聚乙烯10份、右旋糖酐酯7份、果胶酯5份、聚酯纤维18份。
实施例1-5所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料,并将中药材原料洗净晾干后备用;
2)将竹秆、小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣、榆树木材、荆芥、罗勒叶置入粉碎机中打碎成碎料,然后将碎料通过磨浆机碾磨成浆料A备用,浆料A浓度为4%~5%,成浆浆度为40°~50°SR;
3)将聚酯纤维、环氧树脂和低密度聚乙烯添加到步骤2)中的浆料B中,搅拌均匀;
4)向步骤3)中的浆液B中添加果胶,倒入蒸煮池蒸煮,使果胶在高温下融化并与浆液B混合完全,得到浆料C,浆料C浓度为4.5%,pH值为5.6~6;
5)将步骤4)中的浆料C通过打浆机进行打浆,得到纸浆原液;
6)将步骤5)中制备的纸浆原液利用造纸机脱水并压榨成型,然后通过干燥、压光热压、卷曲,得到纸张;
7)将岩藻聚糖硫酸酯、右旋糖酐酯、果胶酯、聚异丁烯添加到甘油中,搅拌均匀,得到防水剂;
8)将步骤7)所制得的防水剂均匀喷涂在步骤6)的纸张上,烘干后得到易降解防水纸张;烘干温度为100~120℃;采用高速复卷机对烘干后的纸张进行分切复卷,并在复卷机一侧安装紫外线发射装置,利用紫外线的杀菌作用消灭纸张中的细菌。
实验例1
将实施例1-5所制得的易降解防水纸和市售的普通防水纸分别在25℃水中浸泡2h,按照国家标准GB/T1040-2006测得抗张强度和断裂生长率以及生物降解时间,测试结果如表1所示:

由上述实验结果可知本发明所得的纸张在浸水后的抗张强度和断裂生长率明显优于市面上普通的防水纸,并且在生物降解的速度上更是较于普通防水纸快了不止三倍。
实验例2
选用实施例1-5所制得的防水纸各100份为实验组,普通纸张100份为对照组,以防水性、书写清晰度和印刷清晰度进行对比,结果如下表2:

由上述实验数据可知本发明在具备防水功能的同时能够具有优良的书写性和印刷性,并且在书写性和印刷性方面优于普通的纸张。

1.一种易降解的防水纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆50-70份、小麦秸秆40-52份、甘蔗渣30-40份、榆树木材20-32份、荆芥8-14份、罗勒叶4-10份、环氧树脂12-18份、果胶10-20份、聚异丁烯2-8份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯14-20份、甘油10-16份、低密度聚乙烯6-14份、右旋糖酐酯4-10份、果胶酯2-8份、聚酯纤维12-24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易降解的防水纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆54-66份、小麦秸秆44-48份、甘蔗渣32-38份、榆树木材22-30份、荆芥10-12份、罗勒叶5-9份、环氧树脂13-17份、果胶12-18份、聚异丁烯3-7份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯16-18份、甘油12-14份、低密度聚乙烯8-12份、右旋糖酐酯5-9份、果胶酯3-7份、聚酯纤维16-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易降解的防水纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:竹秆51份、小麦秸秆46份、甘蔗渣35份、榆树木材26份、荆芥11份、罗勒叶7份、环氧树脂15份、果胶15份、聚异丁烯5份、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯17份、甘油13份、低密度聚乙烯10份、右旋糖酐酯7份、果胶酯5份、聚酯纤维18份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料,并将中药材原料洗净晾干后备用;
2)将竹秆、小麦秸秆、甘蔗渣、榆树木材、荆芥、罗勒叶置入粉碎机中打碎成碎料,然后将碎料通过磨浆机碾磨成浆料A,备用;
3)将聚酯纤维、环氧树脂和低密度聚乙烯添加到步骤2)中的浆料B中,搅拌均匀;
4)向步骤3)中的浆液B中添加果胶,倒入蒸煮池蒸煮,使果胶在高温下融化并与浆液B混合完全,得到浆料C;
5)将步骤4)中的浆料C通过打浆机进行打浆,得到纸浆原液;
6)将步骤5)中制备的纸浆原液利用造纸机脱水并压榨成型,然后通过干燥、压光热压、卷曲,得到纸张;
7)将岩藻聚糖硫酸酯、右旋糖酐酯、果胶酯、聚异丁烯添加到甘油中,搅拌均匀,得到防水剂;
8)将步骤7)所制得的防水剂均匀喷涂在步骤6)的纸张上,烘干后得到易降解防水纸张。
5.根据权利要求4所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,浆料A浓度为4%~5%,成浆浆度为40°~50°SR。
6.根据权利要求4所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,浆料C浓度为4.5%,pH值为5.6~6。
7.根据权利要求4所述易降解的防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤8)中,烘干温度为100~120℃;采用高速复卷机对烘干后的纸张进行分切复卷,并在复卷机一侧安装紫外线发射装置,利用紫外线的杀菌作用消灭纸张中的细菌。
