Abstract
本发明涉及电缆材料领域,具体是一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳及其制备方法,其具体组成成分如下:聚丙烯纤维40‑45份、聚乳酸纤维20‑25份、尼龙丝15‑18份、阻燃剂3‑5份、抗氧剂2‑4份、粘胶1‑3份,一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:(1)融化;(2)混杂;(3)编网,相对于普通填充绳,本发明的弹性好,具有较强弯曲度;且使用聚丙烯和阻燃剂后,阻燃效果好;聚乳酸纤维为可降解材料,低碳环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆材料领域,具体是一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆中使用的填充绳通常为玻璃纤维类填充绳,虽然阻燃效果好并具有绝缘性,但是在弯曲度上具有一定局限性,并且容易划伤电缆内部,因此应在填充绳的材料上进行改变。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳及其制备方法。
一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳,其具体组成成分如下:
聚丙烯纤维40-45份、聚乳酸纤维20-25份、尼龙丝15-18份、阻燃剂3-5份、抗氧剂2-4份、粘胶1-3份。
一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)融化:将聚丙烯纤维、聚乳酸纤维、阻燃剂、抗氧剂在高温中融化混合并在挤出机中挤出丝;
(2)混杂:将尼龙丝与步骤(1)中的丝绞合,以三根尼龙丝与一根丝的比例绞合并使用粘胶粘合;
(3)编网:根据电缆需要编织网状作为填充绳。
所述的粘胶在使用时离绞合处3-4毫米即可。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于普通填充绳,本发明的弹性好,具有较强弯曲度;且使用聚丙烯和阻燃剂后,阻燃效果好;聚乳酸纤维为可降解材料,低碳环保。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
实施例一:
一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳,其具体组成成分如下:
聚丙烯纤维45份、聚乳酸纤维23份、尼龙丝15份、阻燃剂5份、抗氧剂3份、粘胶1份。
一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)融化:将聚丙烯纤维、聚乳酸纤维、阻燃剂、抗氧剂在高温中融化混合并在挤出机中挤出丝;
(2)混杂:将尼龙丝与步骤(1)中的丝绞合,以三根尼龙丝与一根丝的比例绞合并使用粘胶粘合;
(3)编网:根据电缆需要编织网状作为填充绳。
所述的粘胶在使用时离绞合处3-4毫米即可。
实施例二:
一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳,其具体组成成分如下:

1.一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳,其特征在于:其具体组成成分如下:聚丙烯纤维40-45份、聚乳酸纤维20-25份、尼龙丝15-18份、阻燃剂3-5份、抗氧剂2-4份、粘胶1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳的制备方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
(1)融化:将聚丙烯纤维、聚乳酸纤维、阻燃剂、抗氧剂在高温中融化混合并在挤出机中挤出丝;
(2)混杂:将尼龙丝与步骤(1)中的丝绞合,以三根尼龙丝与一根丝的比例绞合并使用粘胶粘合;
(3)编网:根据电缆需要编织网状作为填充绳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃型聚丙烯网状填充绳的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的粘胶在使用时离绞合处3-4毫米即可。
