本发明涉及光缆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,包括有挤出机头,挤出机头的挤出端安装有模盖及模芯,模盖和模芯之间留有塑料流道,挤出机头的入口端组装有针管,针管的一端延伸插入模芯,针管的内孔供光纤和油膏同时通过,成型塑料从塑料流道挤出并包裹光纤和油膏,即制成套管,挤出机头的入口端设有真空件,针管的相应端露出真空件外,该真空件具有真空腔及抽真空孔,真空件组装后其真空腔接通针管与模芯之间的空隙,形成抽真空体系,以适当的抽吸力进行抽吸,将挤出机头的挤出端带入的空气从针管与模芯的间隙排出,减少了生产后套管中的气泡,保证套管的外径更加稳定。结构简单,使用方便,提升产品质量,节省原材料。

技术领域:
本发明涉及光缆技术领域,尤其是涉及光缆挤出成型套管的技术领域。
背景技术:
光缆是目前主要的光传输介质,而套管是光缆的重要组成部件,套管结构尺寸的稳定性决定了光缆的各项性能指标,随着城市管道资源日益紧张,对光缆的光纤密集度要求更高,套管结构尺寸的稳定性显得越来越重要。现有的技术中,高速生产时,挤出机头中易带入空气,导致挤出成型的套管内产生大量的气泡,外径难以稳定控制,造成产品不良及原材料浪费,也影响光缆的品性。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,结构简单,用于套管生产,使生产后套管的结构尺寸更加精密、稳定。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,包括有挤出机头,挤出机头的挤出端安装有模盖及模芯,模盖和模芯之间留有塑料流道,挤出机头的入口端组装有针管,针管的一端延伸插入模芯,针管的内孔供光纤和油膏同时通过,成型塑料从模盖和模芯之间的塑料流道挤出并包裹光纤和油膏,即制成套管,所述挤出机头的入口端设有真空件,针管的相应端露出真空件外,该真空件具有真空腔及与真空腔连通的抽真空孔,真空件组装后其真空腔接通针管与模芯之间的空隙,形成抽真空体系。
上述方案中,所述真空件的真空腔为凹槽结构,真空腔内底设有通孔,该通孔供针管穿设外露。
上述方案中,所述真空件上还设有安装孔,安装孔围绕真空腔外围分布,相应螺钉通过安装孔将真空件固定在挤出机头上。
本发明提供的一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,是在挤出机头的入口端设有真空件,与挤出机头、模芯形成一个密闭的空间,从抽真空孔以适当的抽吸力进行抽吸,将挤出机头的挤出端带入的空气从针管与模芯的间隙排出,减少了生产后套管中的气泡,这样能够保证套管的外径更加稳定。本发明结构简单,体积小,使用方便,有助于光缆的生产,提升产品质量,节省原材料。

具体实施方式:
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
参阅图1、2所示,为本发明的较佳实施例结构示意图,本发明有关一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,包括有挤出机头1,挤出机头1的挤出端安装有模盖2及模芯3,模盖2和模芯3之间留有塑料流道4,挤出机头1的入口端组装有针管5,针管5的一端延伸插入模芯3,针管5的内孔供光纤6和油膏同时通过,成型塑料从模盖2和模芯3之间的塑料流道4挤出并包裹光纤6和油膏,即制成套管7。所述挤出机头1的入口端设有真空件8,针管5的相应端露出真空件8外,该真空件8具有真空腔81及与真空腔81连通的抽真空孔82,真空件8组装后其真空腔81接通针管5与模芯3之间的空隙,形成抽真空体系。使用时,光纤6和油膏同时经过针管5的内孔,成型塑料进入挤出机头1经过模盖2和模芯3之间的塑料流道4挤出并包裹光纤6和油膏,由此制成套管7。而真空件8与挤出机头1、模芯3形成一个密闭的空间,这样可从抽真空孔82以适当的抽吸力进行抽吸,将挤出机头1的挤出端带入的空气从针管5与模芯3的间隙排出,由此减少了生产后套管7中的气泡,这样能够保证套管7的外径更加稳定。本发明结构简单,体积小,使用方便,有助于光缆的生产,提升产品质量,节省原材料。
图1、2所示,本实施例中,真空件8为四方形,形状、大小与挤出机头1的入口端一致,真空件8的真空腔81为凹槽结构,并在真空腔81内底设有通孔83,该通孔83供针管5穿设外露,保证针管5直线设置,利于光纤6和油膏从针管5的内孔通行。真空件8上还设有安装孔84,安装孔84围绕真空腔81外围分布,相应螺钉通过安装孔84将真空件8固定在挤出机头1上。该结构方便加工及组装,组合密封性好,也方便拆换维护,提升实用性。
本发明结构简单,体积小,使用方便,有助于光缆的生产,提升产品质量,节省原材料。

1.一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,包括有挤出机头(1),挤出机头(1)的挤出端安装有模盖(2)及模芯(3),模盖(2)和模芯(3)之间留有塑料流道(4),挤出机头(1)的入口端组装有针管(5),针管(5)的一端延伸插入模芯(3),针管(5)的内孔供光纤(6)和油膏同时通过,成型塑料从模盖(2)和模芯(3)之间的塑料流道(4)挤出并包裹光纤(6)和油膏,即制成套管(7),其特征在于:所述挤出机头(1)的入口端设有真空件(8),针管(5)的相应端露出真空件(8)外,该真空件(8)具有真空腔(81)及与真空腔(81)连通的抽真空孔(82),真空件(8)组装后其真空腔(81)接通针管(5)与模芯(3)之间的空隙,形成抽真空体系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,其特征在于:所述真空件(8)的真空腔(81)为凹槽结构,真空腔(81)内底设有通孔(83),该通孔(83)供针管(5)穿设外露。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光缆挤出成型抽真空结构,其特征在于:所述真空件(8)上还设有安装孔(84),安装孔(84)围绕真空腔(81)外围分布,相应螺钉通过安装孔(84)将真空件(8)固定在挤出机头(1)上。
