Abstract

本发明公开了一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,该干式光纤松套管挤出装置包括PBT套管挤出机部、阻水粉输送部和十字机头部,所述阻水粉输送部的送粉管末端连接到十字机头部的粉针左端,所述十字机头部的模芯上部的PBT入料口连接着PBT套管挤出机部的出料管。通过上述方式,本发明其用于干式光缆中干式光纤松套管的生产,能制造出阻水粉填充量稳定、套管厚度和直径均匀的干式光纤松套管。

干式光纤松套管挤出装置
技术领域
本发明涉及光纤光缆制造装备领域,特别是涉及一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置。
背景技术
现在光缆生产中,光纤松套管生产工艺都采用纤膏填充的方法,由于纤膏是一种糊状物质,对光缆生产和使用都带来清洁的麻烦。现在随着光纤接入到户的兴起,光缆接入网中普遍需求清洁环保、接续方便、重量又轻的光缆,干式光缆是一种理想选择。但现有的干式光纤松套管生产还没有稳定成熟的技术。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其用于干式光缆中干式光纤松套管的生产,能制造出阻水粉填充量稳定、套管厚度和直径均匀的干式光纤松套管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,该干式光纤松套管挤出装置包括PBT套管挤出机部、阻水粉输送部和十字机头部,所述阻水粉输送部的送粉管末端连接到十字机头部的粉针左端,所述十字机头部的模芯上部的PBT入料口连接着PBT套管挤出机部的出料管;
优选的是,所述PBT套管挤出机部还包括螺杆挤出机和PBT料斗,所述螺杆挤出机的上端设有PBT料斗,螺杆挤出机的下端设有出料管;
优选的是,所述阻水粉输送部还包括小螺杆、调速电机、阻水粉料斗、压缩空气进入管和流量气压调节装置,所树小螺杆安装于送粉管内,小螺杆的左端连接到调速电机,调速电机安装于送粉管左端,送粉管上靠近左端处设有阻水粉料斗,送粉管上靠右端处设有压缩空气进入管,压缩空气进入管上安装有流量气压调节装置;
所述十字机头部还包括纤针和模盖,所述中空的纤针插在粉针内,粉针插在模芯内,模芯的右前部设有模盖,粉针的右端顶在模盖内,所述纤针、粉针、模芯和模盖等相互之间均设有空隙。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其用于干式光缆中干式光纤松套管的生产,能制造出阻水粉填充量稳定、套管厚度和直径均匀的干式光纤松套管。

下面结合附图对本发明较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,该干式光纤松套管挤出装置包括PBT套管挤出机部1、阻水粉输送部2和十字机头部3,所述阻水粉输送部2的送粉管20末端连接到十字机头部3的粉针32左端,所述十字机头部3的模芯31上部的PBT入料口30连接着PBT套管挤出机部1的出料管10;
所述PBT套管挤出机部1还包括螺杆挤出机11和PBT料斗12,所述螺杆挤出机11的上端设有PBT料斗12,螺杆挤出机11的下端设有出料管10;
所述阻水粉输送部2还包括小螺杆21、调速电机22、阻水粉料斗23、压缩空气进入管24和流量气压调节装置25,所树小螺杆21安装于送粉管20内,小螺杆21的左端连接到调速电机22,调速电机22安装于送粉管20左端,送粉管20上靠近左端处设有阻水粉料斗23,送粉管20上靠右端处设有压缩空气进入管24,压缩空气进入管24上安装有流量气压调节装置25;
所述十字机头部3还包括纤针33和模盖34,所述中空的纤针33插在粉针32内,粉针32插在模芯31内,模芯31的右前部设有模盖34,粉针32的右端顶在模盖34内,所述纤针33、粉针32、模芯31和模盖34等相互之间均设有空隙。
本发明干式光纤松套管挤出装置工作时,调节套管PBT挤出机的速度可调节套管挤出厚度,调节阻水粉输送小螺杆转速和压缩空气的流量,可实现光纤松套管内阻水粉填充量适当、管子直径均匀的光纤松套管。从十字机头模口挤出的光纤松套管进入后面的冷却水槽冷却、牵引、收盘。
本发明干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其用于干式光缆中干式光纤松套管的生产,能制造出阻水粉填充量稳定、套管厚度和直径均匀的干式光纤松套管;采用阻水粉代替以往的纤膏,在填充时通过压缩空气吹入,阻水粉的填充量由转速可调的小螺杆和压缩空气流量控制。通过调整阻水粉输送小螺杆转速和压缩空气的流量,可实现松套管内阻水粉填充量适当、管子直径均匀的光纤松套管。

Claims (4)

1.一种干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其特征在于:该干式光纤松套管挤出装置包括PBT套管挤出机部、阻水粉输送部和十字机头部,所述阻水粉输送部的送粉管末端连接到十字机头部的粉针左端,所述十字机头部的模芯上部的PBT入料口连接着PBT套管挤出机部的出料管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其特征在于:所述PBT套管挤出机部还包括螺杆挤出机和PBT料斗,所述螺杆挤出机的上端设有PBT料斗,螺杆挤出机的下端设有出料管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其特征在于:所述阻水粉输送部还包括小螺杆、调速电机、阻水粉料斗、压缩空气进入管和流量气压调节装置,所树小螺杆安装于送粉管内,小螺杆的左端连接到调速电机,调速电机安装于送粉管左端,送粉管上靠近左端处设有阻水粉料斗,送粉管上靠右端处设有压缩空气进入管,压缩空气进入管上安装有流量气压调节装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的干式光纤松套管挤出装置,其特征在于:所述十字机头部还包括纤针和模盖,所述中空的纤针插在粉针内,粉针插在模芯内,模芯的右前部设有模盖,粉针的右端顶在模盖内,所述纤针33、粉针32、模芯31和模盖34等相互之间均设有空隙。
