技术领域
本发明涉及一种带卧式注塑机的橡胶注射成型系统。
背景技术
注射成型是将材料热融化后喷射注入到模具内,经由冷却与塑化后得到成形品的方法,而注塑机就是完成这个过程的设备。注塑机集机、电、液于一体的典型系统,因具有一次能够成型复杂制品、后加工量少、加工的塑料种类多等特点,自问世以来,发展极为迅速,目前已成为塑料成型加工的主要设备。注塑成型是利用塑料的热物理性质,把物料从料斗加入料筒中,料筒外由加热圈加热,使物料熔融,在料筒内装有在外动力马达作用下驱动旋转的螺杆,物料在螺杆的作用下,沿着螺槽向前输送并压实,物料在外加热和螺杆剪切的双重作用下逐渐地塑化,熔融和均化,当螺杆旋转时,物料在螺槽摩擦力及剪切力的作用下,把已熔融的物料推到螺杆的头部,与此同时,螺杆在物料的反作用下后退,使螺杆头部形成储料空间,完成塑化过程,然后,螺杆在注射油缸的活塞推力的作用下,以高速、高压,将储料室内的熔融料通过喷嘴注射到模具的型腔中,型腔中的熔料经过保压、冷却、固化定型后,模具在合模机构的作用下,开启模具,并通过顶出装置把定型好的制品从模具顶出落下。
现有的橡胶注射成型系统,存在如下不足之处:1)能耗高;2)精密度低;3)加工时间长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种带卧式注塑机的橡胶注射成型系统。
本发明的带卧式注塑机的橡胶注射成型系统,包括烘干机(1)、与烘干机(1)相连的混料机(2)、与混料机(2)相连的带有模具(3)的注塑机(4)、与注塑机(4)相连的用于加热模具(3)的热油机(5)、与注塑机(4)相连的用于冷却模具(3)的冷水机(6)和与注塑机(4)相连的用于粉碎废料并返回注塑机的碎料机(7);所述的注塑机(4)为卧式注塑机,包括油压马达(4-1)、设在油压马达(4-1)一端的注射座(4-8)、设在注射座(4-8)上的加料口(4-5)、连在注射座(4-8)两侧的注射油缸(4-4)、连在注射油缸(4-4)上的推力座(4-7)、设在推力座(4-7)两侧的导杆(4-3)、设在导杆(4-3)右侧的右导杆支座(4-2)、设在导杆(4-3)左侧的左导杆支座(4-6)、连在注射座(4-8)一端的塑化部件(4-9)。
所述的塑化部件(4-9)为柱塞式塑化部件。
本发明的带卧式注塑机的橡胶注射成型系统,具有如下技术效果:1)节能:降低注塑机能耗;2)精密:提高注塑机制品重复精度;3)高效:相同条件下缩短加工时间。
