本发明公开一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,包括:机架、用于输送废旧塑料管材的输送单元、用于将所述的废旧塑料管材切碎的粉碎单元和用于输出破碎后的塑料管材的出料单元、电机,所述的粉碎单元包括刨切箱、转动设置在所述的刨切箱内的刀盘、多个固定连接在所述的刀盘上刀片,多个所述的刀片沿周向分布在所述的刀盘的侧端面上,所述的刨切箱上开设有与输送单元相对的喂料口,所述的出料单元包括出料口,所述的喂料口的开口方向与所述的刀盘的转动轴心线的夹角为15‑90度。

一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料机械领域,尤其涉及一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备。
背景技术
我国塑料薄膜用途广泛,塑料管材使后对环境的污染严重,进行废旧塑料管材回收循环利用,对资源节约,环境保护起到积极作用,塑料管材回收形状产生的,体积大强度高,无法适用下道设备运作,目前,这种处理是通过管材撕碎机,进行处理,对于中小管材这是一种高能耗,低效率且无法满足下道设备运作的工作方式,对于废旧塑料管材回收利用造成不便,不仅造成资源浪费,而且污染环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其结构简洁、性能可靠,效率高,降低人工强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,包括:机架、用于输送废旧塑料管材的输送单元、用于将所述的废旧塑料管材切碎的粉碎单元和用于输出破碎后的塑料管材的出料单元、电机,所述的粉碎单元包括刨切箱、转动设置在所述的刨切箱内的刀盘、多个固定连接在所述的刀盘上刀片,多个所述的刀片沿周向分布在所述的刀盘的侧端面上,所述的刨切箱上开设有与输送单元相对的喂料口,所述的出料单元包括出料口,所述的喂料口的开口方向与所述的刀盘的转动轴心线的夹角为15~90度。
优选的,所述的喂料口的开口方向与所述的刀盘的转动轴心线的夹角为25~40度。
优选的,多个所述的刀片沿刀盘的径向延伸,所述的刨切箱内转动设置有传动轴,所述的传动轴与所述的电机的输出轴传动连接,所述的刀盘同轴固定连接在所述的传动轴上。
优选的,所述的粉碎单元包括:与所述的电机的输出轴连接的主动轮、与所述的传动轴连接的从动轮、张紧在主动轮和从动轮之间的减速V带。
优选的,所述的输送单元包括输送带、输送螺杆,所述的输送带与所述的电机间通过所述的输送螺杆传动相连。
优选的,所述的刨切箱呈圆柱状,所述的传动轴的轴线与所述的刨切箱的轴线重合。
优选的,所述的出料口开口方向与水平面的夹角为0~60度。
本发明的优点在于:通过在喂料口与刀盘之间设有夹角,使管材在粉碎塑料管材过程中,能够自动进料、出料,整机结构简单,操作方便,性能可靠,生产效率高为后续的处理提供可靠保证。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作以下详细描述:
如附图1至附图10所示,本发明的废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,包括对废旧塑料管材进行输送的输送单元对管材进行粉碎的粉碎单元及粉碎后出料单元,废旧管材放到输送单元的输送带上,由电机带动进入刨切箱2的喂料口7,电机8通过带轮带动固装在传动轴5上的刀盘3高速旋转,固装在刀盘3上的刀片4对废旧管材横截面进行截面刨切,刨切后的管材料由固装在刀盘上的刀片4旋转离心力带动,由出料口9输出物料。
优选的,输送带1一端设置于刨切箱喂料口处,出料口9设置在刨切箱2的另一端的下侧壁且与水平面成一定夹角,多个刀片4固装在刀盘3上,电机8通过带轮带动固装在传动轴5上的刀盘3高速旋转,单个刀片3刨切在管材料横截面上,刀片3带有刃口,刨切箱2上喂料口7设计在下方1/4圆处,与刨切箱2成40度角,且进料口为喇叭状,出料口9与水平面成50度角。
优选的,电机8通过减速V带驱动刨切箱2内刀盘,通过传动螺杆驱动输送带1。
优选的,本实施例中的传送带1与刀盘3成一定夹角,更有利于管材刨切、刨切箱2上进料口设计在下方1/4圆处,保证刀片4完全横切(带有一定角度的横截面)管材料横截面,出料口9与刀盘3旋转方向水平,可有效利用固定安装在刀盘3的刀片4旋转产生的离心力输送刨切后的物料,出料口9向上设置,方便物料收集,结构简洁、性能可靠,效率高,且降低人工强度。

1.一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于,包括:机架、用于输送废旧塑料管材的输送单元、用于将所述的废旧塑料管材切碎的粉碎单元和用于输出破碎后的塑料管材的出料单元、电机(8),所述的粉碎单元包括刨切箱(2)、转动设置在所述的刨切箱(2)内的刀盘(3)、多个固定连接在所述的刀盘(3)上刀片(4),多个所述的刀片(4)沿周向分布在所述的刀盘(3)的侧端面上,所述的刨切箱(2)上开设有与输送单元相对的喂料口(7),所述的出料单元包括出料口(9),所述的喂料口(7)的开口方向与所述的刀盘(3)的转动轴心线的夹角为15~90度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于:所述的喂料口(7)的开口方向与所述的刀盘(3)的转动轴心线的夹角为25~40度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于:多个所述的刀片(4)沿刀盘(3)的径向延伸,所述的刨切箱(2)内转动设置有传动轴(5),所述的传动轴(5)与所述的电机(8)的输出轴传动连接,所述的刀盘(3)同轴固定连接在所述的传动轴(5)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于,所述的粉碎单元还包括:与所述的电机(8)的输出轴连接的主动轮、与所述的传动轴(5)连接的从动轮、张紧在主动轮和从动轮之间的减速V带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于:所述的输送单元包括输送带、输送螺杆,所述的输送带(1)与所述的电机(8)间通过所述的输送螺杆传动相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于:所述的刨切箱(2)呈圆柱状,所述的传动轴(5)的轴线与所述的刨切箱(2)的轴线重合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管材回收刨切设备,其特征在于:所述的出料口(9)开口方向与水平面的夹角为0~60度。
