Abstract

本发明提供了一种多功能保温板切割装置,包括底座、传送机构、切割机构、固定机构、除湿机构与控制器,所述底座中间设有传送机构,底座上面沿传送机构的传输方向依次设有除湿机构、切割机构与固定机构;所述固定机构包括n型支架B,所述支架B的横梁中间设有施力机构;所述底座末端设有向上发光的光电传感器;所述控制器连接电机A、电机B、切割机构、固定机构与光电传感器。本发明通过控制器控制电机A与电机B非同时开启,同时与光电传感器配合实现了保温板的自动切割,通过传送辊组A在传输的同时对保温板进行加温、除潮,降低保温板的切割力,提高切割效率。

Description

一种多功能保温板切割装置
技术领域
本发明属于切割设备领域,尤其是涉及一种多功能保温板切割装置。
背景技术
外墙保温板是安装在建筑物外墙中起到隔热保温作用的板材。在建筑物外墙铺设一层保温板能大大提高建筑的保温效果,可以减少冬季使用空调或电取暖器取暖的次数,达到节能环保的目的。聚苯乙烯保温板作为一种性能优异的节能环保建材,逐渐得到越来越广泛的应用,聚苯乙烯保温板生产成型后需经过切割设备切割成需要规格的块状保温板以方便运输及施工安装。但聚苯乙烯保温板存储过程中易受潮,而受潮后的聚苯乙烯保温板在切割时不但容易发生短路危险,而且需要的切割力较大,因此需要耗费大量的人力、物力与时间,进而增加了保温板的投入成本,而且切割出的保温板整齐性差,安装时板与板之间的缝隙较大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种多功能保温板切割装置,以解决现有技术的保温板需要使用人工方法进行切割,以及保温板受潮后所需的切割力增大的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种多功能保温板切割装置,包括底座、传送机构、切割机构、固定机构、除湿机构与控制器,所述底座中间设有传送机构,底座上面沿传送机构的传输方向依次设有除湿机构、切割机构与固定机构;
所述固定机构包括n型支架B,所述支架B的横梁中间设有施力机构;
所述底座末端设有向上发光的光电传感器;
所述控制器连接电机A、电机B、切割机构、固定机构与光电传感器。
进一步,所述传送机构包括平行于底座短轴传送辊组A与传送辊组B,所述传送辊组A由电机A驱动,传送辊组B由电机B驱动,传送辊组A设于切割机构之前,且传送辊组A之上设有除湿机构,所述传送辊组B设于切割机构之后。
进一步,所述除湿机构设于传送辊组A之上,所述除湿机构包括两n型支架C与若干加热辊,底座两侧均设有一n型支架C,所述加热辊连接两n型支架C。
进一步,所述切割机构包括n型支架A,所述支架A的横梁平行于传送辊,所述横梁设有滑轨,所述滑轨内设有丝杠与滑块,所述丝杠连接端连接电机C,所述滑块一端设于丝杠的丝母上,另一端设有切刀;所述支架A的竖梁内侧设有凹槽;
进一步,所述凹槽深度大于等于切刀的宽度。
进一步,所述电机C为伺服电机。
进一步,所述底座末端设有一开口向上的安装孔,所述光电传感器设于安装孔内。
进一步,所述控制器包括控制模块、采集模块、计数模块、输出模块与显示模块,所述控制模块连接采集模块、计数模块、输出模块与显示模块,所述采集模块连接光电传感器,所述输出模块连接电机A、电机B、电机C与气缸,所述计数模块连接采集模块,所述控制器设有显示屏,所述显示模块连接显示屏。
进一步,所述传送辊组A为加热传送辊。
进一步,所述加热辊与加热传送辊均为电磁感应加热辊。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置具有以下优势:
(1)本发明所述的传送机构带动保温板向前运动直至阻挡光电传感器所发出的光线时,控制器控制电机A与电机B停止,固定机构固定保温板,切割机构对其进行切割,然后控制器启动电机B,固定机构下的保温板向前运输并阻止光电传感器的光线,一定时间后电机A启动,切割后的保温板与待切割保温板之间存在一定距离,当光电传感器的光线再次阻止后,进行新的切割流程,依次类推;
(2)本发明所述的除湿机构与传送辊组A均为电磁加热传送辊,在传输的同时产生热量,可以对保温板进行加温、除潮,降低保温板的切割力,提高切割效率。

如图1与2所示,底座1中间设有传送机构2,底座1上面沿传送机构的传输方向依次设有除湿机构8、切割机构3与固定机构4;传送辊组A 21由电机A 211驱动,传送辊组B 22由电机B 221驱动,传送辊组A 21设于切割机构3之前,传送辊组A之上设有两n型支架C,两n型支架C分别设于底座1两侧,加热辊82连接两支架C81,传送辊组B 22设于切割机构3之后,优选地,加热辊82与传送辊组A 21均为电磁感应加热辊,传输的同时对保温板7进行加温除湿;固定机构4包括n型支架B 41,支架B 41的横梁中间设有垂直于底座1的气缸42;底座1末端设有一开口向上的安装孔52,光电传感器52设于安装孔51内;切割机构3包括n型支架A31,支架A 31的横梁平行于传送辊,所述横梁设有滑轨,所述滑轨内设有丝杠与滑块,所述丝杠连接端连接电机C 33,所述滑块一端设于丝杠的丝母上,另一端设有切刀32;所述支架A 31的竖梁内侧设有凹槽311;控制器6连接电机A 211、电机B 221、电机C 33、光电传感器52与气缸42。
如图3所示,支架A 31的两竖梁内侧设有竖直凹槽311,凹槽311深度大于等于切刀32的宽度,从而使切刀32整个置于凹槽311内,切刀32为单向切刀或双向切刀。
如图4所示,保温板7置于传送机构2之上,通过传送辊组A 21与传送辊组B 22向前传送,直至光电传感器52停止。
如图5所示,控制器6包括控制模块61、采集模块62、计数模块63、输出模块64与显示模块65,控制模块61连接采集模块62、计数模块63、输出模块64与显示模块65,采集模块62连接光电传感器52,输出模块64连接电机A 211、电机B 221、电机C 33与气缸42,计数模块63连接采集模块62,控制器6设有显示屏66,显示模块65连接显示屏66。
工作原理:
保温板7从除湿机构8与传送辊组A21之间进入本切割装置,并在传送辊组A 21与传送辊组B 22的传输下向前运动,传送辊组A 21由电磁感应加热辊组成,在传输的同时对保温板7进行加热,将保温板7内的潮气去除,当保温板7前端到达光电传感器52时,控制器6控制电机A 211与电机B 221停止,气缸42向下运动固定保温板7,电机C 33控制切刀32从凹槽311向前运动并对保温板7进行切割,切割完毕后,控制器6启动电机B 221,此时,气缸42升起,气缸42下的保温板7向前传输并阻止光电传感器52的光线,反射型光电传感器52检测到反射光,一定时间后控制器6启动电机A 211,切割后的保温板7与待切割保温板7之间存在一定距离,切割后的保温板7完全通过光电传感器52后,光电传感器52光线不再被阻挡,当待切割保温板7前端再次到达光电传感器52时,光电传感器52的光线再次被阻挡并检测到反射光时,然后进行新的切割流程,依次类推。
通过光电传感器52的有无反射光对应的高低电平可得到切割次数,进而得到保温板切割的块数。
电机A211与电机B221的启动间隔根据传送机构的传送速度进行设定,传送机构2的传送速度根据保温板7的受潮情况与光电传感器52的灵敏度进行设定。
切刀32为单向刀时,传送辊组B 22启动的同时启动电机C 33,使切刀32复位;若切刀32为双向刀,传送辊组B 22启动后,切刀32无需复位直至切割时反向运动即可。

1.一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、传送机构(2)、切割机构(3)、固定机构(4)、除湿机构(8)与控制器(6),所述底座(1)中间设有传送机构(2),底座(1)上面沿传送机构(2)的传输方向依次设有除湿机构(8)、切割机构(3)与固定机构(4);
所述固定机构(4)包括n型支架B(41),所述支架B(41)横梁的中间设有施力机构;
所述底座(1)末端设有向上发光的光电传感器(52);
所述控制器(6)连接电机A(211)、电机B(221)、切割机构(3)、固定机构(4)与光电传感器(52)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述传送机构(2)包括平行于底座(1)短轴传送辊组A(21)与传送辊组B(22),所述传送辊组A(21)由电机A(211)驱动,传送辊组B(22)由电机B(221)驱动,传送辊组A(21)设于切割机构(3)之前,且传送辊组A之上设有除湿机构(8),所述传送辊组B(22)设于切割机构(3)之后。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述除湿机构(8)设于传送辊组A(21)之上,所述除湿机构(8)包括两n型支架C(81)与若干加热辊(82),底座(1)两侧均设有一n型支架C(81),所述加热辊(82)连接两n型支架C(81)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割机构(3)包括n型支架A(31),所述支架A(31)的横梁平行于传送辊,所述横梁设有滑轨,所述滑轨内设有丝杠与滑块,所述丝杠连接端连接电机C(33),所述滑块一端设于丝杠的丝母上,另一端设有切刀(32);所述支架A(31)的竖梁内侧设有凹槽(311)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(311)深度大于等于切刀(32)的宽度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述电机C(33)为伺服电机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)末端设有一开口向上的安装孔(51),所述光电传感器(52)设于安装孔(51)内。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能保温板切割装置,其特征在于:所述控制器(6)包括控制模块(61)、采集模块(62)、计数模块(63)、输出模块(64)与显示模块(65),所述控制模块(61)连接采集模块(62)、计数模块(63)、输出模块(64)与显示模块(65),所述采集模块(62)连接光电传感器(52),所述输出模块(64)连接电机A(211)、电机B(221)、电机C(33)与气缸(42),所述计数模块(63)连接采集模块(61),所述控制器(6)设有显示屏(66),所述显示模块(65)连接显示屏(66)。
