本发明涉及一种模具组件的加工方法,特别涉及一种电极的制备工艺。
背景技术
电火花加工是利用浸在工作液中的两极间脉冲放电时产生的电蚀作用蚀除导电材料的特种加工方法。电火花加工的主要用于加工具有复杂形状的型孔和型腔的模具和零件;加工各种硬、脆材料,如硬质合金和淬火钢等;加工深细孔、异形孔、深槽、窄缝和切割薄片等,在注塑模以及压铸模中应用广泛,电极加工的好坏直接影响了加工的尺寸和精度,现有技术中电极的制备的工艺较为复杂。
