Abstract
本发明公开了一种金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,包括有反应桶,所述反应桶为不锈钢桶,不锈钢桶包括有内壁和桶底,内壁上焊接有若干侧挡板,桶底上焊接有若干底档板,不锈钢桶上方设有两个朝向不锈钢桶内部的莲蓬头,其中一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒镀液,另一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒氨水。本发明的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置可以有效的减少金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍过程中金刚石微粉发生团聚的情况,减少金刚石微粉在搅拌叶下聚集的情况,提高搅拌效果,有利于工作人员控制镀镍反应进程,提高镀镍效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及金刚线镀覆技术领域,具体涉及一种金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置。
背景技术
金刚石线锯,是切割多晶硅和蓝宝石等硬脆材料的工具,其专用的镀镍金刚石微粉需要具有良好的分散性。传统的化学镀覆技术在用于超细金刚石微粉表面镀镍过程中会有团聚现象,团聚微粉在切割过程中又会产生断线、表面线痕等问题。常用的解决团聚问题的方法包括物理法和化学法。物理法包括机械搅拌和超声等方法,化学法主要是在镀液中添加分散剂,但超声和分散剂介入会导致镀覆层硬度和耐腐蚀性能下降,同样会对金刚线品质产生影响。镀镍过程主要是在铁桶或塑料桶制成的反应桶中进行,化学镀覆反应剧烈,镀液及粉体在反应桶里搅拌速度难以达到分散要求,而且搅拌叶下方容易积聚金刚石颗粒造成黏连影响线锯品质。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明通过设计专用的镀覆装置,为机械搅拌法解决团聚问题。在反应桶中进行机械搅拌时,通过在反应桶的内壁及桶底上安装用于剪切流体、增加搅拌效果的挡板,在桶底辅以均匀喷洒式添加镀液和氨水的莲蓬头,从而提供一种能够有效解决金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍过程中金刚石微粉发生团聚问题的镀镍装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,包括有反应桶,所述反应桶为不锈钢桶,不锈钢桶包括有内壁和桶底,内壁上焊接有若干侧挡板,桶底上焊接有若干底档板,不锈钢桶上方设有两个朝向不锈钢桶内部的莲蓬头,其中一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒镀液,另一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒氨水。
侧挡板的两端焊接在内壁上,侧挡板的中部与内壁之间具有间隙。
底挡板的两端焊接在桶底上,底挡板的中部与桶底之间具有间隙。
每个侧挡板的长度方向均平行于不锈钢桶的中轴线,侧挡板在内壁上均匀间隙排布。
每个底挡板绕不锈钢桶的中轴线圆周整列排布。
侧挡板与底挡板之间错位排布。
侧挡板和底挡板的数量均为3个。
两个莲蓬头分别通过支架安装在不锈钢桶上方。
本发明的工作原理是:反应桶中的金刚石微粉和镀液在搅拌器的搅拌作用下形成旋转的流体,流体在反应桶内被侧挡板和低档板的切割作用下分散形成多股支流,支流在于内壁、侧挡板和低档板以及搅拌器的冲击下交叉混合,将积聚在搅拌叶下方的金刚石微粉冲散,从而减少反应桶中金刚砂微粉团聚的可能。两个莲蓬头分别往反应桶中均匀、分散的喷洒镀液和氨水,从而有效控制镀镍反应速度,操作人员可以根据桶内情况有效控制镀镍进程。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置可以有效的减少金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍过程中金刚石微粉发生团聚的情况,减少金刚石微粉在搅拌叶下聚集的情况,提高搅拌效果,有利于工作人员控制镀镍反应进程,提高镀镍效果。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,一种金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,包括有反应桶,所述反应桶为不锈钢桶1,不锈钢桶1包括有内壁2和桶底3,内壁2上焊接有若干侧挡板4,桶底3上焊接有若干底档板5,不锈钢桶1上方设有两个朝向不锈钢桶1内部的莲蓬头,其中一个莲蓬头6用于往不锈钢桶1中喷洒镀液,另一个莲蓬头7用于往不锈钢桶1中喷洒氨水。两个莲蓬头分别通过支架8安装在不锈钢桶1上方。两个莲蓬头分别往反应桶1中均匀、分散的喷洒镀液和氨水,从而有效控制镀镍反应速度。
侧挡板4和底挡板5的数量均为3个。侧挡板4与底挡板5之间错位排布。
侧挡板4的两端9焊接在内壁2上,侧挡板4的中部10与内壁2之间具有间隙。底挡板5的两端11焊接在桶底3上,底挡板5的中部12与桶底3之间具有间隙。
侧挡板4和底挡板5对搅拌过程中的流体产生阻挡作用,改变一部分流体的流向,使得不锈钢桶1内形成交叉混合的搅拌效果,从而提高搅拌效率,减少金刚石微粉在搅拌叶下集聚的可能性。

1.一种金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,包括有反应桶,其特征在于,所述反应桶为不锈钢桶,不锈钢桶包括有内壁和桶底,内壁上焊接有若干侧挡板,桶底上焊接有若干底档板,不锈钢桶上方设有两个朝向不锈钢桶内部的莲蓬头,其中一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒镀液,另一个莲蓬头用于往不锈钢桶中喷洒氨水。
2.如权利要求1所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述侧挡板的两端焊接在内壁上,侧挡板的中部与内壁之间具有间隙。
3.如权利要求1所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述底挡板的两端焊接在桶底上,底挡板的中部与桶底之间具有间隙。
4.如权利要求1所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述每个侧挡板的长度方向均平行于不锈钢桶的中轴线,侧挡板在内壁上均匀间隙排布。
5.如权利要求1所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述每个底挡板绕不锈钢桶的中轴线圆周整列排布。
6.如权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述侧挡板与底挡板之间错位排布。
7.如权利要求6所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述侧挡板和底挡板的数量均为3个。
8.如权利要求7所述的金刚石微粉表面化学镀镍装置,其特征在于,所述两个莲蓬头分别通过支架安装在不锈钢桶上方。
