Abstract
本发明提供一种钢结构防火涂料,包括外层料和内层料,外层料包括:硅酸盐水泥,水,膨胀珍珠岩粉、海泡石粉,聚乙烯醇纤维、硅灰和引气剂;内层料包括:丙烯酸树脂、季戊四醇,二乙烯三铵、三聚氰胺、多元醇磷酸酯和钛白粉。本发明的主要特点是采用内外两层料,外层料的主要作用是保护隔热,保护内层料过早的承受高温,内层料采用有机材料,主要起到膨胀阻燃的作用,该防火涂料在保持厚度较薄的情况下仍能保持较高的防火性能。

技术领域
本发明申请涉及一种防火涂料,尤其涉及一种钢结构的防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料有多种类型,其中用于钢结构防火的是其重要应用,现有技术中的钢结构防火涂料有多种类型,根据防火机理来分,其可以分为厚涂形防火涂料和薄涂形防火涂料。厚涂形防火涂料的防火效果较好,但是其厚度较大,会增加钢结构的自重,影响到结构稳定;薄形防火涂料的厚度在3-7mm,其厚度较薄,不影响钢结构外观,但其是防火效果相对不好,耐火极限不足2小时。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种钢结构防火涂料,该防火涂料在保持较薄的情况下仍能保持较高的防火性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种钢结构防火涂料,包括外层料和内层料,外层料包括:硅酸盐水泥,水,膨胀珍珠岩粉、海泡石粉,聚乙烯醇纤维、硅灰和引气剂;
内层料包括:丙烯酸树脂、季戊四醇,二乙烯三铵、三聚氰胺、多元醇磷酸酯和钛白粉;
其中,内层料涂刷在钢结构表面,外层料涂刷在内层料表面。
所述外层料按重量计的配比是:硅酸盐水泥22%,水38%,膨胀珍珠岩粉18%,海泡石粉11%,聚乙烯醇纤维7%,硅灰3%,引气剂1%。
所述内层料按重量计的配比是:丙烯酸树脂52%,季戊四醇12%,二乙烯三铵6%、三聚氰胺12%、多元醇磷酸酯13%,钛白粉5%。
涂刷在钢结构表面的内层料的厚度控制在2mm以下,涂刷在内层料表面的外层料厚度控制在5-9mm,总厚度控制在10mm以下。
所述外层料由除水之外的其它组分与水混合搅拌后得到。
所述内层料由如下方法制得:丙烯酸树脂缓慢升温至80℃,55分钟后加入季戊四醇,二乙烯三铵、三聚氰胺和多元醇磷酸酯,然后冷却至室温后,加入钛白粉搅拌均匀。
本发明的主要特点是采用内外两层料,外层料的主要作用是保护隔热,保护内层料过早的承受高温,外层料主要采用无机材料,采用硅酸盐水泥作为粘合剂,主要以膨胀珍珠岩粉和海泡石粉作为隔热材料,
内层料采用有机材料,主要起到膨胀阻燃的作用,内层料在受到高温后会膨胀发泡形成耐火层。内层料的特点是能够耐高温、但是缺点是可持续时间段,再高温下30min即可失效,采用外层料包裹后能够在外层料失效后再坚持30min以上,从而延长了整个防火涂料的有效时间。
另外由于内层料为有机材料,其耐候性较差,如果直接外漏的话,其在较短时间内会老化失效。采用外层料包覆后,将内层料保护起来,内层料不再受温度、水分等的影响,耐候性大大提升。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。
实施例1
一种钢结构防火涂料,包括外层料和内层料,外层料按重量份包括:硅酸盐水泥22%,水38%,膨胀珍珠岩粉18%,海泡石粉11%,聚乙烯醇纤维7%,硅灰3%,引气剂1%。内层料按重量份包括:丙烯酸树脂52%,季戊四醇12%,二乙烯三铵6%、三聚氰胺12%、多元醇磷酸酯13%,钛白粉5%。
将内层料涂刷在钢结构表面,其厚度控制在1mm,外层料涂刷在内层料表面,外层料的厚度控制在9mm,整个防火涂料的厚度控制在10mm。
按照GB 14907—2002进行钢结构防火涂料耐火极限测试,测试结果为:10mm厚的防火涂料的耐火极限为144min。而现有中能达到该耐火极限的防火涂料其厚度要有30mm。
尽管通过参照本发明的优选实施例,已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种钢结构防火涂料,包括外层料和内层料,其特征在于,
外层料包括:硅酸盐水泥,水,膨胀珍珠岩粉、海泡石粉,聚乙烯醇纤维、硅灰和引气剂;
内层料包括:丙烯酸树脂、季戊四醇,二乙烯三铵、三聚氰胺、多元醇磷酸酯和钛白粉;
其中,内层料涂刷在钢结构表面,外层料涂刷在内层料表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述外层料按重量计的配比是:硅酸盐水泥22%,水38%,膨胀珍珠岩粉18%,海泡石粉11%,聚乙烯醇纤维7%,硅灰3%,引气剂1%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述内层料按重量计的配比是:丙烯酸树脂52%,季戊四醇12%,二乙烯三铵6%、三聚氰胺12%、多元醇磷酸酯13%,钛白粉5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,
涂刷在钢结构表面的内层料的厚度控制在2mm以下,涂刷在内层料表面的外层料厚度控制在5-9mm,总厚度控制在10mm以下。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述外层料由除水之外的其它组分与水混合搅拌后得到。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于,所述内层料由如下方法制得:丙烯酸树脂缓慢升温至80℃,55分钟后加入季戊四醇,二乙烯三铵、三聚氰胺和多元醇磷酸酯,然后冷却至室温后,加入钛白粉搅拌均匀。
