本发明属于建筑物的外墙涂料技术领域。
背景技术
现有的建筑物的外墙涂料品种繁多,大多有美化和保护建筑物外墙的作用。如要使外墙有隔热功能,则直接在建筑物外墙上做保温层,再在保温层外涂上外墙涂料,也就是说做保温层与涂覆外墙涂料为两道工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔热保温涂料,将做保温层与涂覆外墙涂料为两道工序一次完成,施工方便,省时省力。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种隔热保温涂料,按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液  20份~25份,  钛白粉10份~15份,      重钙10份~15份,
硅灰石10份~15份,  高岭土10份~15份,      分散剂0.6份~0.8份,
润湿剂0.1份~0.3份,纤维素0.1份~0.3份,    流平剂0.2份~0.3份,
增稠剂0.6份~0.8份,PH值调节剂0.1份~0.2份,盈速粒18份~22份,
水10份~20份。
以下为一种隔热保温涂料的优选方案,按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液23份,   钛白粉12份,     重钙13份,
硅灰石12份, 高岭土13份,     分散剂0.7份,
润湿剂0.2份,纤维素0.2份,    流平剂0.2份,
增稠剂0.7份,PH值调节剂0.2份,盈速粒20份,
水15份。
本发明隔热保温涂料由于采用的外护层盈速粒,具有反射隔热的作用。本发明具有隔热保温性能好、施工方便、施工周期短、美观、坚固等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种隔热保温涂料,按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液23份,    钛白粉12份,     重钙13份,
硅灰石12份,  高岭土13份,     分散剂0.7份,
润湿剂0.2份, 纤维素0.2份,    流平剂0.2份,
增稠剂0.7份, PH值调节剂0.2份,盈速粒20份,
水15份。
具体制作方法:先将乳液、钛白粉、重钙、硅灰石、高岭土、分散剂、润湿剂、纤维素、流平剂、增稠剂、PH值调节剂、水按照重量份配制好后,搅拌均匀,最后再按照重量份加入盈速粒搅拌均匀。
使用方法:将上述原料按照重量份配制好后,搅拌均匀,用现有操作方法涂覆在建筑物的外墙上,一般需涂覆两次。
实施例2
一种隔热保温涂料,按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液22份,   钛白粉11份,     重钙12份,
硅灰石14份, 高岭土12份,     分散剂0.8份,
润湿剂0.3份,纤维素0.1份,    流平剂0.3份,
增稠剂0.6份,PH值调节剂0.1份,盈速粒22份,
水20份。

1.一种隔热保温涂料,其特征在于按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液20份~25份,    钛白粉10份~15份,      重钙10份~15份,
硅灰石10份~15份,  高岭土10份~15份,      分散剂0.6份~0.8份,
润湿剂0.1份~0.3份,纤维素0.1份~0.3份,    流平剂0.2份~0.3份,
增稠剂0.6份~0.8份,PH值调节剂0.1份~0.2份,盈速粒18份~22份,水10份~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温涂料,其特征在于按照以下原料及重量份配制:
乳液   23份, 钛白粉12份,     重钙13份,
