本发明公开了一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,包括表层和里层的双层结构,表层由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织物制成,里层由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和其他普通纺织纤维纺织而成,所述表层和里层通过纱线编织缝接或采用表、里接连双层组织或表、里换层双层组织织造成一个整体,所述异形截面为三角形、五角形、三页形、多页形、哑铃形、椭圆形、L形、C形、Y形、双十字形、扁平形中和异形中空的一种或几种;通过表层的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维达到持久接触凉感和吸湿排汗效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及凉席生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席。
背景技术
炎热的夏季,人们躺在普通的床垫上,或枕在普通的枕头上,总是感闷热难耐,难以入睡。为实现凉爽环境,人们通常睡在凉席上,因此制成凉席的材料具有以下特征:(1)具有较高的导热系数。使人体皮肤表面的热量通过席面材料较为快速持久的传播到较广的区域。(2)具有较高热容量。在温度相对较高的人体表面个温度相对较低的凉席接触时,单位质量的席子能吸收更多的人体热量,人体能感受到明显的触落温差,从而获得凉感。(3)易折叠和密度轻。便于携带和储藏以及狭小空间使用。
目前,商品凉席基本采用天然纤维制成,主要有草席、竹席、麻席、藤席、和牛皮席等。其中草席价格便宜,材质柔软,与皮肤亲和力强,但降温性差、不够凉爽,且易生螨虫;竹席凉爽导热系数高,但老人、小孩及体质弱的人不宜使用;麻席吸湿透气、抑菌但不够凉爽,且过于柔软、平整性差;藤席韧性好、不易断裂且柔软性好使用寿命长但价格高;牛皮凉席热容量大但皮肤有汗时有黏连感且易翘曲和皱褶。
公开号为CN204351476U公开了一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维凉席,该凉席使用超超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和其他纺织纤维混合编织达到一种持久的接触凉感、易于折叠和携带的凉席。但常规超高分子量聚乙烯纤维不吸水,难以导出汗液容易使凉席表面被汗水浸渍,使席面达不到持久干爽从而达不到凉感效果。
公开号为CN204306510U公开了一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合型凉席,该复合型凉席席面采用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和其它吸水性较强的普通纺织材料或纤维组成,该实用新型使席面达到了吸湿排汗效果,但由于席面添加有其它导热系数小的纤维后,凉席的凉感效果将达不到,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,利用异形纤维的毛细管效应具有明显的吸湿排汗作用,且具有持久的接触凉感,易于折叠和携带。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,该凉席包括有表层和里层,由表层和里层构成双层结构的凉席,所述表层由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织物制成,所述里层由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和其他普通纺织纤维纺织而成,所述表层的织物具有相对较大的纱线间孔隙和相对较大的单丝间孔隙,由异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维作为经纱和纬纱织成,所述里层的织物具有相对较小的纱线间孔隙和相对较小的单丝间孔隙。
进一步改进在于:所述表层和里层均通过纱线编织缝接或采用表、里接连双层组织或表、里换层双层组织织造成一个整体。
进一步改进在于:所述表层和里层的织物的径向和纬向宽度之间采用抽取经纱和纬纱的方式预留径向折叠线和纬向折叠线。
进一步改进在于:所述超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维是由分子量在400-600万的超高分子量聚乙烯粉末制成,断裂伸长率不大于5%,纤度在50D ~ 1500D的白色或原液着色纤维。
进一步改进在于:所述异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的异形截面为三角形、五角形、三页形、多页形、哑铃形、椭圆形、L形、C形、Y形、双十字形、扁平形和异形中空的一种或几种。
进一步改进在于:所述其他普通纺织纤维是化学纤维类聚酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、黏胶纤维中的一种,或天然纤维类棉、麻中的一种,或上述纤维的混纺纱之一。
进一步改进在于:所述经纱和纬纱的织物结构为平纹、斜纹、方平、重平、菱形斜纹、缎纹和重组织中的一种或混合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用异形纤维的毛细管效应具有明显的吸湿排汗作用,且通过表层的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维达到持久接触凉感和吸湿排汗效果,易于折叠和携带。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例采用400D/240f的断裂伸长率为3%的Y形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的白色长丝纱线,80捻/米、S捻作为表层(1)经纱和纬纱,经纬密度为126×102根/10cm;里层(2)采用Y型超高分子量聚乙烯和20s/2麻/黏胶40/60纤维以1:1间隔排列,以菱形斜纹织造,密度252×223根/10cm。其中麻黏胶纤维细度为2.5D,经向每个20cm、空筘1cm作为预留经向折叠条,纬向每隔50cm、空纬1cm作为预留纬向这叠条。以经向表、里接结线将双层链接织造在一起。获得克重265g/m²的双层结构凉席。
实施例二
如图1、图2所示,本实施例采用700D/480f的三叶型超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的白色长丝60捻/米、S捻作为表层(1)经纱和纬纱,以平纹织造,密度为220×165根/10cm;里层(2)采用三叶型超高分子量聚乙烯和30/2s、涤/棉40/60纱,在经向和纬向1:1间隔排列,以平纹织造,其中涤纶纤维细度为2.5D,经向每个40cm、空筘1cm作为预留经向折叠条,纬向每隔50cm、空纬1cm作为预留纬向这叠条。以经向表、里接结线将双层链接织造在一起。获得克重265g/m²的双层结构凉席。

Claims (7)

1.一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:该凉席包括有表层(1)和里层(2),由表层(1)和里层(2)构成双层结构的凉席,所述表层(1)由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织物制成,所述里层(2)由超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维和其他普通纺织纤维纺织而成,所述表层(1)的织物具有相对较大的纱线间孔隙和相对较大的单丝间孔隙,由异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维作为经纱和纬纱织成,所述里层(2)的织物具有相对较小的纱线间孔隙和相对较小的单丝间孔隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述表层(1)和里层(2)均通过纱线编织缝接或采用表、里接连双层组织或表、里换层双层组织织造成一个整体。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述表层(1)和里层(2)的织物的径向和纬向宽度之间采用抽取经纱和纬纱的方式预留径向折叠线和纬向折叠线。
4.如权利要求1和2所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述超高导热系数的异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维是由分子量在400-600万的超高分子量聚乙烯粉末制成,断裂伸长率不大于5%,纤度在50D ~ 1500D的白色或原液着色纤维。
5.如权利要求1和2所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述异形超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的异形截面为三角形、五角形、三页形、多页形、哑铃形、椭圆形、L形、C形、Y形、双十字形、扁平形和异形中空的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1和2所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述其他普通纺织纤维是化学纤维类聚酯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、黏胶纤维中的一种,或天然纤维类棉、麻中的一种,或上述纤维的混纺纱之一。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种凉感超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合凉席,其特征在于:所述经纱和纬纱的织物结构为平纹、斜纹、方平、重平、菱形斜纹、缎纹和重组织中的一种或混合。
