Abstract

本发明涉及一种中空远红外涤棉混纺面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其中经纱和纬纱为平纹组织结构。经纱采用75D普通涤纶长丝,纬纱采用40S中空远红外涤棉混纺纱。经纱密度为每厘米55~60根,纬纱密度为每厘米35~40根。本发明采用了P‑75D DTY FD做经,纬纱运用T/C‑40S中空远红外涤棉混纺纱。面料克重为115~120g/m2,幅宽为145~147cm。由于中空远红外涤纶纤维利用远红外线的热作用,提高人体的升温效果,同时截面具有较高的中空结构,阻碍了热传导,有较好的蓄热能力,并且纤维的中空结构使面料达到低克重和柔软的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机织面料,尤其涉及一种中空远红外涤棉混纺面料。
背景技术
随着人们保健意识的增强,对健康的生活品质品位的追求越来越高,对保健类服饰尤其这种远红外蓄热保温功能涤棉面料的需求也逐渐增大。目前我国涉及该项技术的企业还不多,尚处于开发阶段,且多应用在针织领域。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种中空远红外涤棉混纺面料,克服现有技术中中空远红外涤棉混纺面料手感不柔软,不能广泛更好的应用在机织领域的缺陷。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种中空远红外涤棉混纺面料,它是由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,其特征在于,所述的经纱和纬纱为平纹组织结构,所述的经纱采用75D普通涤纶长丝,所述的纬纱采用40S中空远红外涤棉混纺纱。经纱密度为每厘米55~60根,纬纱密度为每厘米35~40根。
本发明的有益效果是:由于中空远红外涤纶纤维利用远红外线的热作用,提高人体的升温效果,同时截面具有较高的中空结构,阻碍了热传导,有较好的蓄热能力,并且纤维的中空结构使面料达到低克重和柔软的效果。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述经纱为P-75D DTY FD。
进一步,所述纬纱为T/C-40S中空远红外涤棉混纺纱。
进一步,所述面料克重为115~120g/m2
进一步,所述面料幅宽为145~147cm。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:该方案中的经纱、纬纱、克重和幅宽机织出的中空远红外涤棉混纺面料细致、结构紧蹙、质轻和柔软。
