Abstract

本发明主要提供了一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋,包括卷袋本体和附着所述卷袋本体表面的保护层,所述卷袋本体是由植物纤维、邻苯二甲酸二酯、硅藻土和硅油制成,所述保护层与所述卷袋本体之间设有乳化硅油。在本发明中,通过在卷袋本体的配方中,加入邻苯二甲酸二酯,可有效的增加薄膜的韧性,阻止卷袋本体发生破损的现象;通过在成分配比中,添加硅油,从而可进一步的增加卷袋本体的强度;在所述卷袋本体和所述保护层之间设有乳化硅油,不仅增加了卷袋本体表面的强度,而且增加了其防火性,提高了平面卷袋的功能价值。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及医疗包装袋的技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋。
背景技术
在医用设备领域中,常需要用到一次性的自封袋来盛装各种医学用品,以保证医用品的卫生安全,为了更加方便包装和存储,先设计出一种平面卷袋,通过卷袋本体的一侧两边,分别设有双面胶,通过双面胶的作用,可形成一个自封胶带。
在医疗平面卷袋使用的过程中,袋体的强度,是平面卷袋选购时,重要的的因素之一,现有平面卷袋都是通过植物纤维,在通过添加一些工业添加剂制成,所制成的产品在使用时,强度不够,常会造成代替破损的现象;同时,由于存放的在内的各种材料会对包装袋造成侵蚀,极易容易造成损坏,使用时间短。
发明内容
本发明主要提供了一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的,现有的平面卷袋,由于结构和成分较为简单,导致制成后的平面卷袋袋体强度不足,无法久存的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋,包括卷袋本体和附着所述卷袋本体表面的保护层,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体是由植物纤维、邻苯二甲酸二酯、硅藻土和硅油制成,所述保护层与所述卷袋本体之间设有乳化硅油。
优选的,所述植物纤维为合成纤维。
优选的,所述卷袋本体中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%-82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%-1.8%,所述硅藻土3.8%-4.3%,所述硅油0.8%-1.3%。
优选的,所述卷袋本体中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%,所述硅藻土3.8%,所述硅油0.8%。
优选的,所述卷袋本体中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维77.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.45%,所述硅藻土3.95%,所述硅油0.91%。
优选的,所述卷袋本体中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维79.8%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.62%,所述硅藻土4.12%,所述硅油1.07%。
优选的,所述卷袋本体中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.8%,所述硅藻土4.3%,所述硅油1.3%。
优选的,所述保护层为塑料薄膜。
优选的,在制袋过程中,在卷袋本体的一侧,涂抹一层乳化硅油,在通过热膜机将塑料薄膜热压胶合在卷袋本体表面.
优选的,所述卷袋本体的另一侧的两边设有双面胶,且一边所述双面胶上设有刻度标记。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明有助于提高医疗纸塑包装袋质量,抗撕裂,机械强度大,内层放置东西安全无污染,保护效果好,长久使用不受损坏。

实施例,一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋,包括卷袋本体1和附着所述卷袋本体1表面的保护层2,所述卷袋本体1是由植物纤维、邻苯二甲酸二酯、硅藻土和硅油制成,所述保护层2与所述卷袋本体1之间设有乳化硅油。
所述植物纤维为合成纤维。
所述卷袋本体1中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%-82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%-1.8%,所述硅藻土3.8%-4.3%,所述硅油0.8%-1.3%。
所述卷袋本体1中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%,所述硅藻土3.8%,所述硅油0.8%。
所述卷袋本体1中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维77.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.45%,所述硅藻土3.95%,所述硅油0.91%。
所述卷袋本体1中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维79.8%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.62%,所述硅藻土4.12%,所述硅油1.07%。
所述卷袋本体1中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.8%,所述硅藻土4.3%,所述硅油1.3%。
所述保护层2为塑料薄膜。
在制袋过程中,在卷袋本体1的一侧,涂抹一层乳化硅油,在通过热膜机将塑料薄膜热压胶合在卷袋本体1表面。
所述卷袋本体1的另一侧的两边设有双面胶3,且一边所述双面胶3上设有刻度标记。
综上所述,在本发明中,通过在卷袋本体1的配方中,加入1.3%-1.8%的邻苯二甲酸二酯,可有效的增加薄膜的韧性,阻止卷袋本体1发生破损的现象;通过在成分配比中,添加0.8%-1.3%的硅油,从而可进一步的增加卷袋本体1的强度;在所述卷袋本体1和所述保护层2之间设有乳化硅油,不仅增加了卷袋本体1表面的强度,而且增加了其防火性,提高了平面卷袋的功能价值。

1.一种高强度医疗纸塑平面卷袋,包括卷袋本体(1)和附着所述卷袋本体(1)表面的保护层(2),其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)是由植物纤维、邻苯二甲酸二酯、硅藻土和硅油制成,所述保护层(2)与所述卷袋本体(1)之间设有乳化硅油。
2.根据权利要求要1所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述植物纤维为合成纤维。
3.根据权利要求要1所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%-82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%-1.8%,所述硅藻土3.8%-4.3%,所述硅油0.8%-1.3%。
4.根据权利要求要3所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维75.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.3%,所述硅藻土3.8%,所述硅油0.8%。
5.根据权利要求要3所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维77.5%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.45%,所述硅藻土3.95%,所述硅油0.91%。
6.根据权利要求要3所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维79.8%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.62%,所述硅藻土4.12%,所述硅油1.07%。
7.根据权利要求要3所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)中,各成分所占质量百分比分别为植物纤维82.3%,所述邻苯二甲酸二酯1.8%,所述硅藻土4.3%,所述硅油1.3%。
8.根据权利要求要1所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述保护层(2)为塑料薄膜。
9.根据权利要求要1或8所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,在制袋过程中,在卷袋本体(1)的一侧,涂抹一层乳化硅油,在通过热膜机将塑料薄膜热压胶合在卷袋本体(1)表面。
10.根据权利要求要9所述的一种高度强度医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述卷袋本体(1)的另一侧的两边设有双面胶(3),且一边所述双面胶(3)上设有刻度标记。
