本发明涉及一种无需印染条状接触运动服装织物，包括里层（1）、中间层（2）和外层（3），里层利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面（4），中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔（5），外层（3）为抗紫外线层。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。本发明能起到导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。本发明无需印染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种条状接触运动服装织物。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着，此时身体的出汗量比较大，要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能，即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层，并快速地散失掉，从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外，作为户外运动装，其抗紫外性能也不容忽视，尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用，地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏，使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加，越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此，新型的运动服装织物应具有导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种条状接触运动服装织物，能起到导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种无需印染条状接触运动服装织物，它包括里层、中间层和外层，所述里层利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面，沟槽状面部分与身体接触，平整面部分与中间层交织在一起，所述中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述外层为经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成的抗紫外线层。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明的织物与身体接触的部分为沟槽状，能够使织物与身体之间留有一定的空间，形成一个热量散失的通道，并结合中间层的小孔，有利于身体热量的散失和汗液的织物表面的传递和蒸发，保持身体凉爽舒适。
本发明解决了现有织物大多需要印染，浪费能源且较不环保的缺点，而且该织物利用组织结构使得整块织物层次感强，舒适轻便，满足美观度及舒适度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1，2所示，本实施例中的一种无需印染条状接触运动服装织物，包括里层1、中间层2和外层3，所述里层1采用化学纤维，利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面4，沟槽状面4部分与身体接触，平整面部分与中间层2交织在一起，所述中间层2采用天然纤维交织而成，在中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔5，所述外层3为抗紫外线层，采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。
所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
用这种织物做成的运动服装穿在身上,与身体接触的部分只是一条条沟槽,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了条状接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失，同时有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，这种织物适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
