本发明涉及一种对人体没有危害导湿快干抗菌面料,包括吸收层、传导层、抗菌层和抗紫外线层,传导层形成一个个透气的小孔,抗菌层包括里层和外层,里层和外层之间形成空腔,空腔内设置竹炭纤维颗粒。所述吸收层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成,经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱,经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。本发明导湿快干、抗紫外线和抗菌。本发明对人体没有危害。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导湿快干抗菌面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着,此时身体的出汗量比较大,要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能,即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层,并快速地散失掉,从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外,作为户外运动装,其抗紫外性能也不容忽视,尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用,地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏,使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加,越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此,新型的运动服装面料应具有导湿快干性能、抵抗紫外线和抗菌的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种导湿快干抗菌面料,能起到导湿快干性能、抵抗紫外线和抗菌的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种对人体没有危害导湿快干抗菌面料,它包括吸收层、传导层、抗菌层和抗紫外线层,所述吸收层利用罗纹组织的不同配置,使其形成一面为平整面,另一面为沟槽状面,沟槽状面部分与身体接触,平整面部分与传导层交织在一起,所述传导层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔,所述抗菌层包括里层和外层两侧结构,里层和外层相互间隔交错的交织在一起,并且在里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔,在所述空腔内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒,所述空腔与小孔位于一直线上,所述抗紫外线层为经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。所述吸收层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成,经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱,经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的面料与身体接触的部分为沟槽状,能够使织物与身体之间留有一定的空间,形成一个热量散失的通道,并结合中间层的小孔,有利于身体热量的散失和汗液的织物表面的传递和蒸发,保持身体凉爽舒适,抗菌层中的竹炭纤维颗粒能及时的吸收异味,起到抗菌效果。
本发明改变了以往织物易变性、强力差等缺点,具有抗皱、耐磨的优点,并且柔软,手感细腻光滑,悬垂性好,绿色环保,对人体没有危害,非常适合高品位精致生活人群对健康环保织物的追求和喜爱。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1,2所示,本实施例中的一种对人体没有危害导湿快干抗菌面料,它包括吸收层1、传导层2、抗菌层3和抗紫外线层4,所述吸收层1采用化学纤维,利用罗纹组织的不同配置,使其形成一面为平整面,另一面为沟槽状面4,沟槽状面5部分与身体接触,平整面部分与传导层2交织在一起,所述传导层2采用天然纤维交织而成,在传导层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔6,所述抗菌层3包括里层3.1和外层3.2两侧结构,里层3.1和外层3.2相互间隔交错的交织在一起,并且在里层3.1和外层3.1之间形成相互交错的空腔3.3,在所述空腔3.3内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒7,所述空腔3.3与小孔6位于一直线上,所述抗紫外线层4采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。
所述吸收层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成,经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱,经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
用这种面料做成的服装穿在身上,与身体接触的部分只是一条条沟槽,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了条状接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间,有利于身体热量的散失,同时有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发,同时内部抗菌层中的竹炭纤维颗粒能有效的吸收身体异味,起到抗菌效果,这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装,穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种对人体没有危害导湿快干抗菌面料,它包括吸收层(1)、传导层(2)、抗菌层(3)和抗紫外线层(4),所述吸收层(1)利用罗纹组织的不同配置,使其形成一面为平整面,另一面为沟槽状面(4),沟槽状面(5)部分与身体接触,平整面部分与传导层(2)交织在一起,所述传导层(2)通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔(6),所述抗菌层(3)包括里层(3.1)和外层(3.2)两侧结构,里层(3.1)和外层(3.2)相互间隔交错的交织在一起,并且在里层(3.1)和外层(3.1)之间形成相互交错的空腔(3.3),在所述空腔(3.3)内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒(7),所述空腔(3.3)与小孔(6)位于一直线上,所述抗紫外线层(4)采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成,所述吸收层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成,经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱,经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
