本发明涉及一种无需印染功能性运动服装面料，包括吸收层、传导层、抗菌层和抗紫外线层，吸收层形成一个个的小柱子，传导层形成一个个透气的小孔，抗菌层的里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔，空腔内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒。所述抗紫外线层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。本发明能起到导湿快干性能、抵抗紫外线和抗菌的功能。本发明无需印染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性运动服装面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着，此时身体的出汗量比较大，要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能，即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层，并快速地散失掉，从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外，作为户外运动装，其抗紫外性能也不容忽视，尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用，地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏，使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加，越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此，新型的运动服装面料应具有导湿快干性能、抵抗紫外线和抗菌的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种功能性运动服装面料，能起到导湿快干性能、抵抗紫外线和抗菌的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种无需印染功能性运动服装面料，它包括吸收层、传导层、抗菌层和抗紫外线层，所述吸收层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与传导层交织在一起，所述传导层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述抗菌层包括里层和外层两侧结构，里层和外层相互间隔交错的交织在一起，并且在里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔，在所述空腔内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒，所述空腔与小孔位于一直线上，所述抗紫外线层为经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。所述抗紫外线层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明制成的服装与身体接触的部分只是一个个的小柱子,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了点接触，使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失。同时一个个的小柱子形成灯芯状点芯细效应，有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适，抗菌层中的竹炭纤维颗粒能及时的吸收异味，起到抗菌效果。
本发明解决了现有织物大多需要印染，浪费能源且较不环保的缺点，而且该织物利用组织结构使得整块织物层次感强，舒适轻便，满足美观度及舒适度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，本实施例中的一种无需印染功能性运动服装面料，它包括吸收层1、传导层2、抗菌层3和抗紫外线层4，所述吸收层1采用化学纤维，利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子5，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与传导层交织在一起，所述传导层2采用天然纤维交织而成，在传导层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔6，所述抗菌层3包括里层3.1和外层3.2两侧结构，里层3.1和外层3.2相互间隔交错的交织在一起，并且在里层3.1和外层3.1之间形成相互交错的空腔3.3，在所述空腔3.3内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒7，所述空腔3.3与小孔6位于一直线上，所述抗紫外线层4采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。
所述抗紫外线层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
用这种面料做成的服装穿在身上,与身体接触的部分只是一条条沟槽,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了条状接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失，同时有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，同时内部抗菌层中的竹炭纤维颗粒能有效的吸收身体异味，起到抗菌效果，这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
