本发明涉及一种织物富有生机功能性运动服装面料，包括里层（1）、中间层（2）和外层（3），里层形成一个个的小柱子（4），表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凹面部分与中间层交织在一起，中间层形成一个个透气的小孔（5），外层（3）为抗紫外线层。所述外层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。本发明能起到导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。本发明织物富有生机。

织物富有生机点状接触运动服装面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种点状接触运动服装面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着，此时身体的出汗量比较大，要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能，即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层，并快速地散失掉，从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外，作为户外运动装，其抗紫外性能也不容忽视，尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用，地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏，使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加，越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此，新型的运动服装面料应具有导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种功能性运动服装面料，能起到导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种织物富有生机功能性运动服装面料，它包括里层、中间层和外层，所述里层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与中间层交织在一起，所述中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置，所述外层为经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成的抗紫外线层。所述外层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明制成的服装与身体接触的部分只是一个个的小柱子,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了点接触，使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失。同时一个个的小柱子形成灯芯状点芯细效应，有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
本发明通过抓毛工艺，布面有一层朦胧的绒毛，绒绒的表面下，隐隐约约露出斜向的纹路，使得整个产品有了层次感，再运用了数码印花工艺印上了不同的纹样，增加了色彩感，使得织物富有生机。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，本实施例中的一种织物富有生机功能性运动服装面料，包括里层1、中间层2和外层3，所述里层1采用化学纤维，利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成的织物像一个个的小柱子4，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与中间层交织在一起，所述中间层2采用天然纤维交织而成，在中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔5，所述小孔5与小柱子4相对交错布置，所述外层3为抗紫外线层，采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。
所述外层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
用这种面料做成的运动服装穿在身上,与身体接触的部分只是一个个的小柱子,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了点接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失。同时一个个的小柱子形成灯芯状点芯细效应，有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
