易打理条状接触运动服装面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种条状接触运动服装面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着，此时身体的出汗量比较大，要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能，即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层，并快速地散失掉，从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。此外，作为户外运动装，其抗紫外性能也不容忽视，尤其是近年来碳氟系列溶剂和氟利昂的大量使用，地球大气层中臭氧层遭到严重破坏，使到达地球表面的紫外线不断增加，越来越多的关于皮肤癌的报道使人们日益警惕紫外线的伤害。因此，新型的运动服装面料应具有导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种条状接触运动服装面料，能起到导湿快干性能和抵抗紫外线的功能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种易打理条状接触运动服装面料，它包括里层、中间层和外层，所述里层利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面，沟槽状面部分与身体接触，平整面部分与中间层交织在一起，所述中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述外层为经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成的抗紫外线层。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝，该麻型天丝呈竹节形，第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY并加捻，第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400，该衬里织物层采用变化经重平组织。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明的面料与身体接触的部分为沟槽状，能够使织物与身体之间留有一定的空间，形成一个热量散失的通道，并结合中间层的小孔，有利于身体热量的散失和汗液的织物表面的传递和蒸发，保持身体凉爽舒适。
本发明织物染整工艺采用单染天丝，涤纶留白，天丝的砂洗工艺赋予织物柔软、爽滑悬垂的手感，麻型天丝和涤纶仿麻纱的结合赋予织物清凉爽身，克服了真正的麻织物易起毛不易打理的缺点，十分适合夏季裤装织物。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1，2所示，本实施例中的一种易打理条状接触运动服装面料，包括里层1、中间层2和外层3，所述里层1采用化学纤维，利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面4，沟槽状面4部分与身体接触，平整面部分与中间层2交织在一起，所述中间层2采用天然纤维交织而成，在中间层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔5，所述外层3为抗紫外线层，采用经过抗紫外线整理的棉散纤维或抗紫外线涤纶制成。
所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝，该麻型天丝呈竹节形，第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY并加捻，第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400，该衬里织物层采用变化经重平组织。
用这种面料做成的运动服装穿在身上,与身体接触的部分只是一条条沟槽,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了条状接触,使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失，同时有利于汗液向织物表面的传递和蒸发，这种面料适合做夏装及日常运动服装，穿在身上凉爽、透气、舒适。
