本发明公开了一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有中间箱体,中间箱体的左右两个侧板上具有通槽,中间箱体的下部的左右两个内侧壁上固定有定位块,过滤网板压靠在两个定位块的顶面上,过滤网板的左右两侧壁紧贴中间箱体的左右两个侧板的内侧壁,过滤网板的前后两侧壁紧贴中间箱体的前后两个侧板的内侧壁;所述中间箱体的顶部固定有主连接板,主连接板的左侧顶面固定有固定板,固定板的顶面固定有伸缩电机,伸缩电机的输出轴穿过固定板并螺接有升降螺套;它可以自动涂抹,可以将穿过中间箱体的输送带上的加工件进行自动单面涂抹,其效率高,效果好。

本发明涉及五金机械部件制造设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体。
背景技术:
现有的五金板件在加工完成后,其需要对其壁面进行涂抹油液实现防腐,其一般需要人工搬运涂抹或者是输送带输送至人工涂抹处进行涂抹,其效率低,效果差,人工劳动量大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,它可以自动涂抹,可以将穿过中间箱体的输送带上的加工件进行自动单面涂抹,其效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有中间箱体,中间箱体的左右两个侧板上具有通槽,中间箱体的下部的左右两个内侧壁上固定有定位块,过滤网板压靠在两个定位块的顶面上,过滤网板的左右两侧壁紧贴中间箱体的左右两个侧板的内侧壁,过滤网板的前后两侧壁紧贴中间箱体的前后两个侧板的内侧壁;
所述中间箱体的顶部固定有主连接板,主连接板的左侧顶面固定有固定板,固定板的顶面固定有伸缩电机,伸缩电机的输出轴穿过固定板并螺接有升降螺套,升降螺套处于主连接板上具有的竖直通孔中,升降螺套的底端固定有辊体连接板,辊体连接板的底面铰接有涂抹辊,涂抹辊的外侧壁固定有绒毛层;
所述固定板的右侧处的主连接板的顶面固定有喷头座,喷头座的底面固定有喷头,喷头穿过主连接板的中部通孔并通接有导向管,导向管的端部对着涂抹辊。
所述中间箱体的左右两侧板的外侧壁的下部固定有接料槽体,接料槽体与中间箱体的下部侧壁上具有的导流通孔相通,接料槽体处于通槽的下方,过滤网板处于导流通孔的下方。
所述机架的顶板的底面固定有输送泵,输送泵的进液口与中间箱体的底板上具有的下落通孔相通,输送泵的出液口通过输送管与喷头座上通接有的控制阀相通。
所述导向管的右端侧壁上通接有螺接管,螺接管螺接在喷头的底端喷孔的内螺纹中,导向管的右端顶面与喷头的底端面之间夹持有密封圈。
所述导向管的左端螺接有橡胶导向管,橡胶导向管靠近涂抹辊。
所述过滤网板的左右两侧的底面具有的导向柱插套在定位块上具有的定位通孔中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动喷油和涂抹,可以将穿过中间箱体的输送带上的加工件进行自动单面涂抹,通过涂抹一面后,将工件集中后翻面重新输送进行反面涂抹,二次涂抹即可完成正反面的涂抹,其效率高,效果好。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的顶面固定有中间箱体11,中间箱体11的左右两个侧板上具有通槽111,中间箱体11的下部的左右两个内侧壁上固定有定位块12,过滤网板13压靠在两个定位块12的顶面上,过滤网板13的左右两侧壁紧贴中间箱体11的左右两个侧板的内侧壁,过滤网板13的前后两侧壁紧贴中间箱体11的前后两个侧板的内侧壁;
所述中间箱体11的顶部固定有主连接板112,主连接板112的左侧顶面固定有固定板20,固定板20的顶面固定有伸缩电机21,伸缩电机21的输出轴穿过固定板20并螺接有升降螺套22,升降螺套22处于主连接板112上具有的竖直通孔119中,升降螺套22的底端固定有辊体连接板23,辊体连接板23的底面铰接有涂抹辊113,涂抹辊113的外侧壁固定有绒毛层114;
所述固定板20的右侧处的主连接板112的顶面固定有喷头座15,喷头座15的底面固定有喷头151,喷头151穿过主连接板112的中部通孔并通接有导向管153,导向管153的端部对着涂抹辊113。
进一步的说,所述中间箱体11的左右两侧板的外侧壁的下部固定有接料槽体16,接料槽体16与中间箱体11的下部侧壁上具有的导流通孔115相通,接料槽体16处于通槽111的下方,过滤网板13处于导流通孔115的下方。
进一步的说,所述机架10的顶板的底面固定有输送泵17,输送泵17的进液口与中间箱体11的底板上具有的下落通孔116相通,输送泵17的出液口通过输送管与喷头座15上通接有的控制阀152相通。
进一步的说,所述导向管153的右端侧壁上通接有螺接管154,螺接管154螺接在喷头151的底端喷孔的内螺纹中,导向管153的右端顶面与喷头151的底端面之间夹持有密封圈。
进一步的说,所述导向管153的左端螺接有橡胶导向管155,橡胶导向管155靠近涂抹辊113。
进一步的说,所述过滤网板13的左右两侧的底面具有的导向柱插套在定位块12上具有的定位通孔中。辊体连接板23的顶面固定有竖直导向杆1,竖直导向杆1伸出固定板20。
本实施例在使用时,将待涂抹加工板放置在输送机构中进行输送,从而可以将待涂抹加工板穿过通槽111并输送至中间箱体11中,而通过导向管153将油液喷到涂抹辊113的绒毛层114上,通过涂抹辊113的毛绒层114在待涂抹加工板的顶面上涂抹,使得其表面油液均匀涂抹,然后从中间箱体11的左端伸出,加工完成一批后,将待涂抹加工板集中后翻面重新输送进行反面涂抹,二次涂抹即可完成正反面的涂抹,其效率高,效果好。
其中,油液由输送泵17进行油液循环输送至喷头座15,其效果好,效率高,而通过过滤网板13可以防止颗粒杂质进入输送泵17,保证油液正常循环运行。
同时,通过伸缩电机21运行,可以实现涂抹辊113的高低调节,调节涂抹辊113压靠在待涂抹加工板的顶面上的压力,满足不同厚度的待涂抹加工板的涂抹要求。

1.一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的顶面固定有中间箱体(11),中间箱体(11)的左右两个侧板上具有通槽(111),中间箱体(11)的下部的左右两个内侧壁上固定有定位块(12),过滤网板(13)压靠在两个定位块(12)的顶面上,过滤网板(13)的左右两侧壁紧贴中间箱体(11)的左右两个侧板的内侧壁,过滤网板(13)的前后两侧壁紧贴中间箱体(11)的前后两个侧板的内侧壁;
所述中间箱体(11)的顶部固定有主连接板(112),主连接板(112)的左侧顶面固定有固定板(20),固定板(20)的顶面固定有伸缩电机(21),伸缩电机(21)的输出轴穿过固定板(20)并螺接有升降螺套(22),升降螺套(22)处于主连接板(112)上具有的竖直通孔(119)中,升降螺套(22)的底端固定有辊体连接板(23),辊体连接板(23)的底面铰接有涂抹辊(113),涂抹辊(113)的外侧壁固定有绒毛层(114);
所述固定板(20)的右侧处的主连接板(112)的顶面固定有喷头座(15),喷头座(15)的底面固定有喷头(151),喷头(151)穿过主连接板(112)的中部通孔并通接有导向管(153),导向管(153)的端部对着涂抹辊(113)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,其特征在于:所述中间箱体(11)的左右两侧板的外侧壁的下部固定有接料槽体(16),接料槽体(16)与中间箱体(11)的下部侧壁上具有的导流通孔(115)相通,接料槽体(16)处于通槽(111)的下方,过滤网板(13)处于导流通孔(115)的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的底面固定有输送泵(17),输送泵(17)的进液口与中间箱体(11)的底板上具有的下落通孔(116)相通,输送泵(17)的出液口通过输送管与喷头座(15)上通接有的控制阀(152)相通。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,其特征在于:所述导向管(153)的右端侧壁上通接有螺接管(154),螺接管(154)螺接在喷头(151)的底端喷孔的内螺纹中,导向管(153)的右端顶面与喷头(151)的底端面之间夹持有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,其特征在于:所述导向管(153)的左端螺接有橡胶导向管(155),橡胶导向管(155)靠近涂抹辊(113)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种五金板件单面涂油机构用中间箱体,其特征在于:所述过滤网板(13)的左右两侧的底面具有的导向柱插套在定位块(12)上具有的定位通孔中。
