背景技术
棉织物是一种天然纤维织物,由于其具有手感佳以及穿着舒适的特性,较其它合成纤维具有更加广泛的应用。但是一方面,由于棉属于易燃物品,是火灾的潜在成因,大多需要进行阻燃整理以满足不同程度的防火需求,另一方面,棉织物例如袜子、内衣、棉被、毛巾等等在潮湿环境下使用时,容易被周围的部分微生物侵入,它们以汗液、油脂等作为养分迅速繁殖,给人们的身心健康带来严重影响,然而现有的整理剂其阻燃性和抗菌性不是很好,阻燃和抗菌的持续性等均有待进一步加强。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其能显著提高棉织物的阻燃性和抗菌性,同时使棉织物耐水洗、不易变形。
本发明提出的一种棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:磷氮阻燃剂5-15份、磷酸二氢铵2-9份、磷酸硼1-5份、硝酸锌0.2-1.3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-1份、聚丙二醇0.2-1.5份、羧甲基纤维素15-25份、氨基硅油0.5-2份、马来海松酸3-8份、瓜尔胶0.2-0.8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3-12份、奎宁0.3-2份、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-1.2份、硅溶胶30-100份、抗菌剂2-10份、水300份。
优选地,所述磷氮阻燃剂按照以下工艺进行制备:将甲醇钠、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物和丙烯酰胺加入丙酮中,升温至55-60℃后保温反应50-130min,反应结束后减压蒸馏得到物料A;将三聚氯氰加入丙酮中,搅拌均匀后在0-5℃下加入部分物料A,搅拌反应20-50min,升温至45-55℃后加入剩余的物料A,反应40-60min后蒸馏、烘干得到所述磷氮阻燃剂。

本发明所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂原料易得,可利用普通的轧、焙、烘工艺整理棉织物,所得棉织物阻燃性能和抗菌性能优良,且耐水洗,抗菌阻燃持久性好。

本发明提出的一种棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:磷氮阻燃剂13份、磷酸二氢铵7份、磷酸硼3份、硝酸锌1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3份、聚丙二醇1份、羧甲基纤维素21份、氨基硅油1.3份、马来海松酸4份、瓜尔胶0.5份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯9份、奎宁1.3份、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.8份、硅溶胶70份、抗菌剂5份、水300份;
其中,所述磷氮阻燃剂按照以下工艺进行制备:将甲醇钠、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物和丙烯酰胺加入丙酮中,其中,9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、丙烯酰胺的重量比为21:7,升温至58℃后保温反应120min,反应结束后减压蒸馏得到物料A;将三聚氯氰加入丙酮中,搅拌均匀后在3℃下加入部分物料A,搅拌反应38min,升温至50℃后加入剩余的物料A,其中,三聚氯氰、物料A的重量比为18:60,反应55min后蒸馏、烘干得到所述磷氮阻燃剂;
所述部分物料A的重量为物料A总重量的40wt%;
所述抗菌剂由艾蒿叶、2-羟基-3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮和茶多酚组成,且艾蒿叶、2-羟基-3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮、茶多酚的重量比为5:2:13。

Claims (7)
1.一种棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:磷氮阻燃剂5-15份、磷酸二氢铵2-9份、磷酸硼1-5份、硝酸锌0.2-1.3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-1份、聚丙二醇0.2-1.5份、羧甲基纤维素15-25份、氨基硅油0.5-2份、马来海松酸3-8份、瓜尔胶0.2-0.8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3-12份、奎宁0.3-2份、正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-1.2份、硅溶胶30-100份、抗菌剂2-10份、水300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,所述磷氮阻燃剂按照以下工艺进行制备:将甲醇钠、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物和丙烯酰胺加入丙酮中,升温至55-60℃后保温反应50-130min,反应结束后减压蒸馏得到物料A;将三聚氯氰加入丙酮中,搅拌均匀后在0-5℃下加入部分物料A,搅拌反应20-50min,升温至45-55℃后加入剩余的物料A,反应40-60min后蒸馏、烘干得到所述磷氮阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、丙烯酰胺的重量比为20-25:5-8。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,三聚氯氰、物料A的重量比为15-20:58-65。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,所述部分物料A的重量为物料A总重量的30-50wt%。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂由艾蒿叶、2-羟基-3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮和茶多酚组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述棉织物浸轧整理专用整理剂,其特征在于,艾蒿叶、2-羟基-3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮、茶多酚的重量比为2-10:1-3:4-15。
