本发明提供一种煤炭燃烧后的煤灰回收处理装置,包括燃烧箱,所述燃烧箱下方设置有煤炭放置盒,所述燃烧箱侧边设置有抽气机,所述抽气机右边安装有烟尘回收器,所述烟尘回收器下方设置有处理箱,所述处理箱中安装有处理槽,所述处理槽侧边设置有排液口。煤炭放置盒通过输送轨道进入处理箱,减少人工操作,经过隔离罩对烟灰进行隔离,减少空气污染,通过降温喷头对处理箱中的煤炭进行喷水,通过伸缩气缸控制处理试剂滴头,对煤炭中的有毒气体进行处理,减少气体污染,通过烟尘回收器对燃烧箱和处理箱中的烟尘进行回收,保证员工身体健康,减少企业生产成本,增加企业经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤炭燃烧回收领域,尤其涉及一种对煤炭燃烧后对其所散发的煤灰回收处理的装置。
背景技术
目前企业所使用的煤炭燃烧处理回收装置过于简单,需要人工搬运操作,导致车间空气污染高,而且空气中的烟尘无法散去,导致对员工身体对损伤,人员更换需求量比较高,企业经济效益减少。因此,如何解决以上出现的问题显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种通过烟尘回收器对燃烧箱和处理箱中的烟尘进行回收,保证员工身体健康,减少企业生产成本,增加企业经济效益。
本发明提供一种煤炭燃烧后的煤灰回收处理装置,包括燃烧箱,所述燃烧箱下方设置有煤炭放置盒,所述燃烧箱侧边设置有抽气机,所述抽气机右边安装有烟尘回收器,所述烟尘回收器下方设置有处理箱,所述处理箱中安装有处理槽,所述处理槽侧边设置有排液口。
进一步改进在于:所述煤炭放置盒下方设置有输送轨道。
进一步改进在于:所述燃烧放置盒右边安装有隔离罩。
进一步改进在于:所述烟尘回收器下方设置有降温喷头,所述降温喷头下方安装有处理试剂滴头,所述处理试剂滴头侧边设置有伸缩气缸,通过伸缩气缸控制处理试剂滴头。
本发明的有益效果是:煤炭放置盒通过输送轨道进入处理箱,减少人工操作,经过隔离罩对烟灰进行隔离,减少空气污染,通过降温喷头对处理箱中的煤炭进行喷水,通过伸缩气缸控制处理试剂滴头,对煤炭中的有毒气体进行处理,减少气体污染,通过烟尘回收器对燃烧箱和处理箱中的烟尘进行回收,保证员工身体健康,减少企业生产成本,增加企业经济效益。

1.一种煤炭燃烧后的煤灰回收处理装置,包括燃烧箱(1),其特征在于:所述燃烧箱(1)下方设置有煤炭放置盒(2),所述燃烧箱(1)侧边设置有抽气机(3),所述抽气机(3)右边安装有烟尘回收器(4),所述烟尘回收器(4)下方设置有处理箱(5),所述处理箱(5)中安装有处理槽(6),所述处理槽(6)侧边设置有排液口(7)。
