Abstract

一种降温、旋风式除尘装置，包括内管、外管、排气管、水池、引风机，外管内设有内管；内管连接排气管；排气管穿过外管壁，排气口置于空气中；内管和外管的一端封闭，另一端置于水池内；外管通过引风机连接锅炉的废气出口。本发明可以将锅炉燃烧过程中产生的废渣、灰尘进行沉淀处理，由于废渣、灰尘被沉淀处理，排放到空气的煤灰粉尘非常少，对附近环境不构成破环，空气质量达标，而且可以将沉淀后的煤渣进行循环再利用。

本发明涉及排污除尘领域，具体说是一种降温、旋风式除尘装置。
背景技术
锅炉房，锅炉的除尘大多是直接排放到空气中，其中的煤灰粉尘对附近环境造成破环，使空气质量下降，也无法循环再利用。
发明内容
综上所述，本发明的目的在于提供一种降温、旋风式除尘装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术来实现的：
一种降温、旋风式除尘装置，包括内管、外管、排气管、水池、引风机，外管内设有内管；内管连接排气管；排气管穿过外管壁，排气口置于空气中；内管和外管的一端封闭，另一端置于水池内；外管通过引风机连接锅炉的废气出口。
上述水池的底部设有排渣口
本发明的优点及有益效果：
本发明可以将锅炉燃烧过程中产生的废渣、灰尘进行沉淀处理，由于废渣、灰尘被沉淀处理，排放到空气的煤灰粉尘非常少，对附近环境不构成破环，空气质量达标，而且可以将沉淀后的煤渣进行循环再利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明：
如图1所示，一种降温、旋风式除尘装置，包括内管1、外管2、排气管3、水池5、引风机6，外管2内设有内管1；内管1连接排气管3；排气管3穿过外管1壁，排气口置于空气中；内管1和外管2的一端封闭，另一端置于水池5内；外管2通过引风机6连接锅炉7的废气出口。
实施例
锅炉7燃烧过程中产生的废气、废渣经由引风机6引入该装置中，首先进入外管2内，围绕内管1外壁旋转下降，其中的废渣、粉尘落入水池5内，而其它气体经由内管2内上升，通过与内管2相连的排气管3排出。
水池5内的废渣、煤灰粉沉积的太多，打开水池5下方的排渣口4，回收再利用。

1.一种降温、旋风式除尘装置，包括内管(1)、外管(2)、排气管(3)水池(5)、引风机(6)，其特征在于：所述外管(2)内设有内管(1)；所述内管(1)连接排气管(3)；所述排气管(3)穿过外管(1)壁，排气口置于空气中；所述内管(1)和外管(2)的一端封闭，另一端置于水池(5)内；所述外管(2)通过引风机(6)连接锅炉(7)的废气出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种降温、旋风式除尘装置，其特征在于：所述的水池(5)底部设有排渣口(4)。
