本发明公开了一种加强型直立棉结构,包括一层立式铺网无纺层,立式铺网无纺层上下两侧分别贴合一层加强层。本发明所述加强型直立棉结构能彻底改变立式铺网结构生产的无纺产品的纵横拉力,而且还可以增强立式铺网无纺产品的抗压性能,让立式铺网无纺产品应用范围增广,使用寿命大幅增长。就因为使用寿命大幅增加,间接令环境污染减少。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式铺网无纺制品,特别是一种加强型立式铺网结构无纺制品。
背景技术
现有立式铺网技术能让无纺产品棉网以立式结构进行铺网,这种铺网方式能让传统无纺产品垂直抗压能力得到极大提升,产品应用范围更加广泛。
但是由于采用立式结构进行铺网,化纤与化纤之间并不像平铺铺网一样一根一根错综交织在一起,而是一根一根竖立紧挨在一起,就是因为这个结构性的特殊性,导致采用立式结构铺网的无纺制品纵横拉力非常差,产生容易被外力作用拉扯撕开的缺点。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种加强立式铺网无纺制品纵横拉力强度的方法。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种加强立式铺网无纺制品结构,包括一层立式铺网无纺层,立式铺网无纺层上下两侧分别贴合一层加强层。
其中,所述加强层为针刺无纺布或平铺结构无纺布或立式结构无纺布或PP丙纶无纺布或PET涤纶无纺布。
其中,所述立式铺网无纺层和加强层通过粘合剂或者粘性化纤进行粘合加固,然后通过加温设备加温定型。
其中,所述加温设备为烘箱或电加热烫平机或导热油加热烫平机。
本发明所述的技术的工作原理是通过在立式铺网结构的无纺制品正反面贴合一层高强度针刺无纺布,利用高强度针刺无纺布强大的抗拉扯能力稳固立式铺网结构生产的立棉无纺产品。
整个产品结构类似于三明治,上面高强度针刺无纺布,中间立式铺网无纺产品,下面高强度针刺无纺布,三层结构一起进入加温设备(如烘箱)加温定型,烘箱出来后再分切。三层物料之间采用粘合剂或者粘性化纤进行粘合加固。

本发明公开了一种加强型直立棉无纺制品结构,包括一层立式铺网无纺层1,立式铺网无纺层1上下两侧分别贴合一层加强层2。
其中,所述加强层2为针刺无纺布或平铺结构无纺布或立式结构无纺布或PP丙纶无纺布或PET涤纶无纺布。
其中,所述立式铺网无纺层1和加强层2通过粘合剂或者粘性化纤进行粘合加固,然后通过加温设备3加温定型。
其中,所述加温设备3为烘箱或电加热烫平机或导热油加热烫平机。

1.一种加强型直立棉结构,其特征是,包括一层立式铺网无纺层(1),立式铺网无纺层(1)上下两侧分别贴合一层加强层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型直立棉结构,其特征是,所述加强层(2)为针刺无纺布或平铺结构无纺布或立式结构无纺布或PP丙纶无纺布或PET涤纶无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型直立棉结构,其特征是,所述立式铺网无纺层(1)和加强层(2)通过粘合剂或者粘性化纤进行粘合加固,然后通过加温设备(3)加温定型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的加强型直立棉结构,其特征是,所述加温设备(3)为烘箱或电加热烫平机或导热油加热烫平机。
