Abstract

本发明涉及一种高强度弹簧,该高强度弹簧中成分为:C,Al,Mg,Y,Zr,Sn,Zn,Si,Mn,S,P,Cr,Ni,Cu,V,Mo,Ti,B,Pd,Pt,W,Ta,Nd,Ce,Lu,Fe。本发明的高强度弹簧弹性大,耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长。通过本发明的高强度弹簧的加工工艺,特别是其中的热处理工艺,可使簧丝表面层产生与工作应力相反的残余应力,受载时可抵消部分工作应力,增加使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种高强度弹簧及其加工工艺。
背景技术
弹簧是一种广泛使用的弹性元件,用弹性材料制成的零件在外力作用下发生形变,除去外力后又恢复原状,其外形多为圆柱形,生产加工可分为冷卷成形和热卷成形,亦作“弹簧”。弹簧为了与其装配空间更好地吻合,也有设计为非圆柱形的,如汽车双质量飞轮用的弹簧为弧形弹簧。弹簧的种类复杂多样,按形状分,主要有螺旋弹簧、涡卷弹簧、板弹簧、异型弹簧等。
弹簧在现在的应用中非常的普遍,各行各业根据不同的用途采用不同强度刚度和使用寿命的弹簧。现有的弹簧强度低,使用寿命短,并且容易腐蚀生锈。
发明内容
2.本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高强度弹簧,其特征在于:所述高强度弹簧中各成分的质量百分比为:C:2%,Al:1.2%,Mg:0.15%,Y:0.18%,Zr:0.27%,Sn:0.25%,Zn:0.12%,Si:0.23%,Mn:0.25%,S:0.14%,P:1%,Cr:0.23%,Ni:1.25%,Cu:1.20%,V:0.12%,Mo:0.5%,Ti:0.6%,B:0.1%,Pd:0.1%,Pt:0.11%,W:0.12%,Ta:0.23%,Nd:1.2%,Ce:0.44%,Lu:0.13%,余量为Fe。
本发明的目的之一还在于提供本发明所述高强度弹簧的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
㈠下料:气割原料确定长度,修磨切割面;
㈡锻尖:利用锻打的方式将弹簧丝的两端头从圆截面过渡到矩形截面;
㈢热卷:将锻尖后的弹簧丝加热到1000-1200℃,安照预定的高度、外径和圈数进行热卷,保温时间为80-90分钟;
㈣热处理:采用淬火-加热-回火的热处理工艺;
㈤强压处理:把弹簧压至要求高度,停放15—30h,然后放开;
㈥抛丸处理:将弹簧进行至少3次抛丸处理;
㈦探伤处理;
㈧电镀:在弹簧表面通过电镀镀锌,镀层厚度为10-12微米。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明的高强度弹簧弹性大,耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长;(2)通过本发明的高强度弹簧的加工工艺,特别是其中的热处理工艺,可控制弹簧横向与纵向凹陷造成的表面裂纹,并可使簧丝表面层产生与工作应力相反的残余应力,受载时可抵消部分工作应力,增加使用寿命。

1.一种高强度弹簧,其特征在于:所述高强度弹簧中各成分的质量百分比为:C:2%,Al:1.2%,Mg:0.15%,Y:0.18%,Zr:0.27%,Sn:0.25%,Zn:0.12%,Si:0.23%,Mn:0.25%,S:0.14%,P:1%,Cr:0.23%,Ni:1.25%,Cu:1.20%,V:0.12%,Mo:0.5%,Ti:0.6%,B:0.1%,Pd:0.1%,Pt:0.11%,W:0.12%,Ta:0.23%,Nd:1.2%,Ce:0.44%,Lu:0.13%,余量为Fe。
2.根据权利要求1所述高强度弹簧的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
㈠下料:气割原料确定长度,修磨切割面;
