本发明公开了一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片及其制备方法,涉及金刚石制造领域,该弧面聚晶金刚石复合片包括硬质合金层和聚晶金刚石层;硬质合金层的上端面为凸面,该凸面设置有复数个环形凸起,形成一凹凸型复合面。其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将金刚石颗粒和结合剂按质量比混合均匀后加入弧形杯底的金属杯中;将硬质合金压入金属杯中,完成组装;制得的产品在高温和高压条件下烧结一段时间,制得所述聚晶金刚石复合片。本发明的有益效果:发明的聚晶金刚石复合片是利用高压,高温在金属杯中压制和烧结而成,具有表面光滑,无毛坯,且聚晶层内部结构均匀,抗冲击韧性强等优点。

一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金刚石制造领域,更具体的讲是一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚晶金刚石复合片(polycrystalline diamond compact, PDC)是由聚晶金刚石层(PCD-polycristalline diamond)和硬质合金(tungsten carbide-cobalt)基体在高温高压下烧结而成。它既有金刚石的硬度和耐磨性又有硬质合金的强度和抗冲击韧性,是一种卓越的切削工具与耐磨工具材料。
正常生产的聚晶金刚石复合片产品表面粗糙,且聚晶层内部不均匀,需要通过研磨处理表面以及内部不均匀部分,抗冲击韧性差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片及其制备方法,解决现有聚晶金刚石复合片存在表面粗糙、聚晶层内部不均匀、抗冲击韧性差等的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片,包括相互复合的硬质合金层和聚晶金刚石层;所述硬质合金层的上端面为凸面,且该凸面均匀对称地设置有复数个环形凸起,形成一凹凸型复合面,所述硬质合金的下端面与凹凸型复合面相契合。
进一步,所述聚晶金刚石层按质量比包括以下成分:10~30um粒度的金刚石颗粒90%~98%;5~10um粒度的结合剂2%~10%,所述结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成。
进一步,所述聚晶金刚石层的厚度从中心至边缘逐渐增大,且聚晶金刚石层的上端面为一弧面,聚晶金刚石层的厚度为1.0~2.5mm,弧高为1.0~2.0mm。
进一步,所述凸面呈球形,凸面的弧高为1.50~2.00mm,半径为8.00~15.00mm,弧度为30~90°;所述环形凸起的高度为0.10~0.50mm。
一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(A)将金刚石颗粒和结合剂按90%~98%:2%~10%的质量比混合均匀后加入弧形杯底的金属杯中,所述结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成;(B)、将硬质合金压入步骤(A)中的所述金属杯中,完成组装;(C)、将步骤(B)制得的产品在1450~1600℃的温度和5.5~8.0Gpa的压强条件下烧结5~30min,制得所述聚晶金刚石复合片。
进一步,所述步骤(A)中,所述金刚石颗粒大小为10~30um粒度,所述结合剂大小为5~10um粒度。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明中弧面聚晶金刚石复合片的复合面为凹凸不平的弧面,可以增加硬质合金层与聚晶金刚石层的接触面积,提高复合强度,加强产品的抗冲击韧性。
本发明中,聚晶金刚石层的厚度从中心至边缘逐渐增大,且聚晶金刚石层的上端面为一弧面,这种中心薄边缘厚,且上端面呈弧面的金刚石层不仅可以简化生产工艺,提高生产效率,还可以提高在很好地匀均分散冲击力,从而提高产品的抗冲击韧性。
本发明的聚晶金刚石复合片是利用高压,高温在金属杯中压制和烧结而成,具有表面光滑,无毛坯,且聚晶层内部结构均匀等优点。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1和图2,一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片,包括相互复合的硬质合金层1和聚晶金刚石层2。其中硬质合金层1的上端面为凸面10,且该凸面10均匀对称地设置有复数个环形凸起11,形成一凹凸型复合面100,而硬质合金2的下端面与凹凸型复合面100相契合。
参照图1,具体地,聚晶金刚石层2按质量比包括以下成分:10~30um粒度的金刚石颗粒90%~98%;5~10um粒度的结合剂2%~10%。其中结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成。
参照图1,聚晶金刚石层2的厚度从中心至边缘逐渐增大,且聚晶金刚石层的上端面为一弧面,聚晶金刚石层的厚度b1为1.0~2.5mm,弧高b2为1.0~2.0mm。
参照图1和图2,凸面10呈球形,凸面10的弧高a1为1.50~2.00mm,半径a2为8.00~15.00mm,弧度为30~90°;环形凸起11的高度为0.10~0.50mm。
一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片的制备方法,包括以下步骤。
(A)将金刚石颗粒和结合剂按90%~98%:2%~10%的质量比混合均匀后加入弧形杯底的金属杯中;其中,上述结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成。作为优选:上述金刚石颗粒大小为10~30um粒度,上述结合剂大小为5~10um粒度。
(B)、将硬质合金压入步骤(A)中的所述金属杯中,完成组装。
(C)、将步骤(B)制得的产品在1450~1600℃的温度和5.5~8.0Gpa的压强条件下烧结5~30min,制得上述聚晶金刚石复合片。

1.一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片,其特征在于:包括相互复合的硬质合金层和聚晶金刚石层;所述硬质合金层的上端面为凸面,且该凸面均匀对称地设置有复数个环形凸起,形成一凹凸型复合面,所述硬质合金的下端面与凹凸型复合面相契合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片,其特征在于:所述聚晶金刚石层按质量比包括以下成分:10~30um粒度的金刚石颗粒90%~98%;5~10um粒度的结合剂2%~10%,所述结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成。
3.一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(A)将金刚石颗粒和结合剂按90%~98%:2%~10%的质量比混合均匀后加入弧形杯底的金属杯中,所述结合剂为金属结合剂,由Co、Ni或Fe金属颗粒组成;(B)、将硬质合金压入步骤(A)中的所述金属杯中,完成组装;(C)、将步骤(B)制得的产品在1450~1600℃的温度和5.5~8.0Gpa的压强条件下烧结5~30min,制得所述聚晶金刚石复合片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种弧面聚晶金刚石复合片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(A)中,所述金刚石颗粒大小为10~30um粒度,所述结合剂大小为5~10um粒度。
