背景技术
轮滑鞋俗称旱冰鞋,也称溜冰鞋、轮滑鞋的起源很具有趣味性。据说早在1100年,猎人们为了在冬天也能打猎,将骨头装在长皮鞋底下,算是溜冰鞋的最早模式。1760年,一位伦敦乐器制造商乔赛夫-马林发明了一双配有轮子的溜冰鞋,轮子很小,金属制成。他穿着这双溜冰鞋参加了一个化妆舞会,一边溜冰,一边拉小提琴。虽然他本人最终摔得“七荤八素”,但却开创了轮鞋溜冰的先河。1819年,曼西尔-彼提博又发明了一种溜冰鞋,以木块做鞋底,下装轮子,轮子排成一线。但由于每个轮子大小不同,这种鞋只能向前溜。到了1863年,美国人詹姆士终于发明了一双轮子并排的四轮溜冰鞋,可以做转弯、前进和向后的各种动作,这就是现在流传最为广泛的轮滑鞋。
1863年,美国人詹姆士发明了第一双双排溜冰鞋,四个轮子分前后两组,两个轴穿起两个轮子。四个轮子上的轴承可以使轮子很稳定地转动,可以做转弯、前进和向后的各种动作,这就是现在广为流传最为广泛使用的旱冰鞋。在溜冰鞋的前端有一块橡胶,用作刹车急停。双排溜冰鞋的四个轮子在同一个平面上,滑行者感到很稳定。在国际花样比赛上,双排溜冰鞋是指定专用鞋,运动员使用双排溜冰鞋可以完成各种各样的花样动作。
双排溜冰鞋不仅用于溜冰场体育休闲,它还出现在一些大的商场或餐厅中。充满活力的服务生溜着冰在商场中穿梭不停,能有效地提高工作效率。现代的轮式旱冰鞋一般有双排轮和单排轮两种,在速度上都比以前大有提高。
而现在轮滑一般都是在水泥地上或者是室内的木地板上,在露天的水泥地上或者泊油路上比较多,这样就会具有一定的危险性,特别是年纪比较小的孩子,都会使用头盔,但是头盔在生产的过程中由于其形状的原因,往往会造成运输时出现倾倒的问题,容易给头盔带来损伤,并且一次性无法运输过多,这样就非常的麻烦和浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、操作方便、使用便捷的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:包括底板,底板下方连接有移动轮,所述底板上设有放置板,放置板上设有支撑杆,放置板上设有放置槽,放置槽旁设有固定杆,所述底板旁设有推板,推板通过连接杆连接底板;
所述放置板下方设有槽口,支撑杆一端焊接在放置板上方,另一端连接在另一个放置板的下方的槽口内;
所述移动轮为万向轮;
所述放置槽为椭圆形结构;
所述放置槽旁设有孔槽,孔槽内设有螺纹,固定杆通过螺纹旋转紧固在放置槽旁,每个放置槽旁设有3-5个固定杆;
所述固定杆外包裹一层橡胶制成的保护层;
所述一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备的放置板上的隔离涂料,由以下重量份的材料制成,
树脂14-20份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5503-8份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-4份、改性锰矿石粉9-13份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2-7份、二丙酮醇5-9份、双十四碳醇酯2-7份、甲基乙基酮肟2-5份、辅助添加剂10-17份、抗氧剂5-10份、去离子水21-27份;
所述树脂为聚乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、脲醛树脂、聚酰胺树脂中的一种;
所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、硫代二丙酸双酯、三(十二碳醇)酯中的一种;
所述改性锰矿石粉的制备方式为,将锰矿石研磨且过400-500目筛,然后放在50℃的温度下烘烤40分钟,然后再加入其质量0.62倍的纯净水,在60℃的恒温状态下搅拌30分钟,然后加入二亚乙基三胺,且升温到70℃,然后搅拌混合1.8个小时,再干燥、重新研磨,得改性锰矿石粉;
所述二亚乙基三胺与锰矿石的质量比为1:3.6;
所述辅助添加剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
黄芩1份、凤尾草2份、牛蒡子3份、大青叶4份、金银花5份、连翘6份、五味子7份、薄荷1份、龙胆草2份、白头翁3份、山慈菇4份、薏苡仁5份、夏枯草6份、白附子7份;
制备方式为:将上述的材料在日光下暴晒4个小时,然后放入85-95℃的烘烤设备中烘烤4-5个小时,然后放入设备中研磨且过400-500目筛,再加入材料质量0.7倍的清水搅拌1个小时,然后升温到75-85℃,继续搅拌1.5个小时,然后烘干,重新研磨即可;
所述一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备的放置板上的隔离涂料的制备方式为,
Ⅰ将树脂、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺、改性锰矿石粉、己二酸丙二醇聚酯、去离子水放入反应釜中,在40-50℃的温度下混合1个小时;
Ⅱ将二丙酮醇、双十四碳醇酯、甲基乙基酮肟、抗氧剂添加进Ⅰ中,且升温到65-80℃,继续混合1.5个小时;
Ⅲ混合完成后升温到85-95℃且加入辅助添加剂,混合30分钟后降温到45-55℃,继续混合1.5个小时即可。
本发明的有益效果为:放置槽的大小根据需要开,这样头盔就能够放入,而且能够叠加放置,并且通过固定杆能够起到定位、固定的作用,这样就不会倾倒、偏移,非常的方便,而且定位杆外包裹有橡胶,也保护了头盔保护了设备,而涂料能够保护放置板,能够增加使用的寿命,而且还耐磨、防滑、耐腐蚀。本发明方法合理、操作方便、使用便捷。

树脂14-20份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5503-8份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-4份、改性锰矿石粉9-13份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2-7份、二丙酮醇5-9份、双十四碳醇酯2-7份、甲基乙基酮肟2-5份、辅助添加剂10-17份、抗氧剂5-10份、去离子水21-27份;
所述树脂为聚乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、脲醛树脂、聚酰胺树脂中的一种;
所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、硫代二丙酸双酯、三(十二碳醇)酯中的一种;

通过实验,测定本发明实施例2与没有添加实施例2-3中的材料对比例性能与效果,如下表:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:所述放置板下方设有槽口,支撑杆一端焊接在放置板上方,另一端连接在另一个放置板的下方的槽口内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:所述移动轮为万向轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:所述放置槽为椭圆形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:所述放置槽旁设有孔槽,孔槽内设有螺纹,固定杆通过螺纹旋转紧固在放置槽旁,每个放置槽旁设有3-5个固定杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮滑用头盔的运输设备,其特征在于:所述固定杆外包裹一层橡胶制成的保护层。
