Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法,提出一种非水解溶胶–凝胶法中的凝胶化工艺生产抗菌粉体‑硅酸锆载银。本发明以工业纯无水ZrCl4、正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,LiF 为主要矿化剂、AgF为次要的矿化剂及杀菌主要成分,通过凝胶法工艺合成硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体。如此,本发明生产的硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体具有明显的长久抗菌、杀菌作用。

一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工材料领域,具体涉及一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法。
背景技术
硅酸锆(ZrSiO4) 属四方晶系,为岛状结构的硅酸盐矿物。硅酸锆因具有高熔点、低热导率、低膨胀系数、优良的化学及相稳定性等特点,使其可以作为高性能结构材料高温抗氧化涂层材料。
硅酸锆化学稳定性高,是一种优质、价廉的乳浊剂,被广泛用于各种建筑陶瓷、卫生陶瓷、日用陶瓷、一级工艺品陶瓷等的生产中。硅酸锆不受陶瓷烧成气氛的影响,能显著改善陶瓷的坯釉结合性能,提高陶瓷釉面硬度。硅酸锆在电视行业的彩色显像管、玻璃行业的乳化玻璃、搪瓷釉料生产中也得到了广泛的应用。同时,由于硅酸锆的熔点高达2500摄氏度,所以在耐火材料、玻璃窑炉锆捣打料、浇注料、喷涂料中也被广泛应用。
目前,制备硅酸锆晶体的方法主要有固相反应法、沉淀法、水热法以及溶胶- 凝胶法等方法。硅酸锆作为载体也具有比表面积合适,化学稳定性好,可应用于高温反应的特点。
纳米银作为金属银的一种特殊形态,是指粒径在1~100 nm之间的金属银微粒组成的粉体。由于其颗粒极其微小,表面积较大,使其具有显著的表面效应、量子尺寸效应和量子隧道效应,因而使纳米银具有超强的活性及渗透性,其杀菌作用是普通银的数百倍。另外,由于纳米尺度的金属银的表面电子特性,它可以与细菌的蛋白质分子上的疏基、胺基等吸电子基团形成配体,从而进一步增强了抗菌效果。纳米银是一类新型抗菌剂,具有强大抑菌、杀菌作用及其广谱的抗菌活性。具有传统无机抗菌剂无法比拟的抗菌效果,无耐药性,安全性高。随着抗生素的细菌耐药性日益严重,纳米银在消毒杀菌领域的研究和应用越来越受到了广泛的关注。
由于硅酸锆载体的制备条件比较苛刻,目前市面上并没有粉体材料的硅酸锆载体载银。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法,其是以工业纯无水ZrCl4、正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,LiF 为主要矿化剂、AgF为次矿化剂及杀菌主要成分,通过凝胶法工艺合成硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体,各组分的质量比为:ZrCl4 :Si(OC2H5)4:CH3CH2OH:LiF:AgF=100~250:100~250:100~500:4~10:2~6。
进一步,在通风橱中,将无水ZrCl4加入到盛有Si(OC2H5)4和、LiF 、AgF混合液的锥形瓶中,室温剧烈搅拌15-30 min 后形成褐色凝胶状混合物,加入乙醇作为溶剂,继续搅拌15-50 min,经110~150 ℃油浴加热回流进行非水解缩聚反应得到灰色湿凝胶,得到的湿凝胶置于聚四氟乙烯内衬的压力容弹中在110~150 ℃反应12~24 h,再将反应后得到的凝胶放入50~70 ℃的烘箱中烘干,干凝胶粉在700~900 ℃保温15-60 min 后即得到抗菌粉体。
采用上述方案后,本发明的有益效果体现在于:与现有技术相比,本发明采用AgF作为矿化剂在硅酸锆的合成过程中引入抗菌组分,条件简单,创新性强;其次,本发明生产的抗菌粉体银的含量可以改变,抗菌效果优异,杀菌能力强。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例1
按质量份数组成比:分别称取无水四氯化锆ZrCl4186 g、正硅酸乙酯Si(OC2H5)4 166g、乙醇CH3CH2OH 300 g、氟化锂LiF 4.5g、氟化银AgF 3.0g。在通风橱中,将称取无水ZrCl4加入到盛有正硅酸乙酯TEOS和、LiF 、AgF混合液的锥形瓶中,室温剧烈搅拌30 min 后形成褐色凝胶状混合物。加入乙醇CH3CH2OH作为溶剂,继续搅拌30min,经150 ℃油浴加热回流进行非水解缩聚反应得到灰色湿凝胶,得到的湿凝胶置于聚四氟乙烯内衬的压力容弹中在150 ℃反应24 h,再将反应后得到的凝胶放入70 ℃的烘箱中烘干,干凝胶粉在900 ℃保温60 min 后即得到载银1.5%的硅酸锆抗菌粉体。
实施例 2
按质量份数组成比:分别称取无水ZrCl4 233 g、Si(OC2H5)4 208 g、CH3CH2OH 450 g、LiF 10 g、AgF 5.0 g。在通风橱中,将无水ZrCl4 加入到盛有TEOS和、LiF 、AgF混合液的锥形瓶中,室温剧烈搅拌20 min 后形成褐色凝胶状混合物。加入乙醇CH3CH2OH作为溶剂,继续搅拌30min,经120℃油浴加热回流进行非水解缩聚反应得到灰色湿凝胶,得到的湿凝胶置于聚四氟乙烯内衬的压力容弹中在130 ℃反应20 h,再将反应后得到的凝胶放入60 ℃的烘箱中烘干,干凝胶粉在800 ℃保温30 min 后即得到载银2%的硅酸锆抗菌粉体。
实施例 3
按质量份数组成比:分别称取无水ZrCl4 233 g、Si(OC2H5)4 208 g、CH3CH2OH 230 g、LiF 5g、AgF 2.5g。在通风橱中,将称取无水ZrCl4 加入到盛有TEOS和、LiF 、AgF混合液的锥形瓶中,室温剧烈搅拌25 min 后形成褐色凝胶状混合物。加入乙醇CH3CH2OH作为溶剂,继续搅拌40min,经150 ℃油浴加热回流进行非水解缩聚反应得到灰色湿凝胶,得到的湿凝胶置于聚四氟乙烯内衬的压力容弹中在120 ℃反应18h,再将反应后得到的凝胶放入50~70℃的烘箱中烘干,干凝胶粉在800 ℃保温40 min 后即得到载银1%的硅酸锆抗菌粉体。

Claims (2)

1.一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法,特征在于:其是以工业纯无水ZrCl4 、正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,LiF 为主要矿化剂、AgF为次矿化剂及杀菌主要成分,通过凝胶法工艺合成硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体,各组分的质量比为:ZrCl4 :Si(OC2H5)4:CH3CH2OH:LiF:AgF=100~250:100~250:100~500:4~10:2~6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种硅酸锆载银抗菌粉体的制备方法,其特征在于:按照所述组分的质量比,在通风橱中,将无水ZrCl4 加入到盛有Si(OC2H5)4和、LiF 、AgF混合液的锥形瓶中,室温剧烈搅拌15-30 min 后形成褐色凝胶状混合物,加入乙醇作为溶剂,继续搅拌15-50 min,经110~150 ℃油浴加热回流进行非水解缩聚反应得到灰色湿凝胶,得到的湿凝胶置于聚四氟乙烯内衬的压力容弹中在110~150 ℃反应12~24 h,再将反应后得到的凝胶放入50~70 ℃的烘箱中烘干,干凝胶粉在700~900 ℃保温15-60 min 后即得到抗菌粉体。
