Claims (15)
- Revendications1. Composition catalytique de réduction sélective des oxydes d'azote, à base d'alumine comportant de l'oxyde d'argent, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de l'oxyde de niobium.
- 2. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par un procédé d'imprégnation en phase aqueuse d'alumine gamma.
- 3. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par un procédé sol-gel non hydrolytique.
- 4. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le procédé d'imprégnation en phase aqueuse ou le procédé Sol-Gel non hydrolytique comprend une étape de traitement hydrothermal.
- 5. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'étape de traitement hydrothermal est effectuée à une température supérieure à 400°C, avec une teneur en vapeur d'eau dans l'air supérieure à 1% et une durée de chauffage supérieure à 1 heure.
- 6. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'étape de traitement hydrothermal est effectuée à une température comprise entre 600 et 800°C, avec une teneur en vapeur d'eau dans l'air comprise entre 5 et 15% et une durée de chauffage comprise entre 4 et 20 heures.
- 7. Composition catalytique selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'étape de traitement hydrothermal est effectuée à une température de 750°C, avec une teneur en vapeur d'eau dans l'air de 10 % et une durée de chauffage de 16 heures.
- 8. Composition catalytique selon l'une des revendication précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la proportion massique d'oxyde d'argent dans ladite composition est comprise entre 0,01% et 10%, de préférence entre 0,05 et 5% et de manière plus particulièrement préférée entre 0,1 et 3%.
- 9. Composition catalytique selon l'une des revendication précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la proportion massique d'oxyde de niobium dans ladite composition est comprise entre 0,01% et 50%, de préférence entre 0,05 et 10% et de manière plus particulièrement préférée entre 0,1 et 5%.
- 10. Dispositif de conversion catalytique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une composition catalytique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes déposée sur un substrat, de type céramique ou métallique.
- 11. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement issus d'un moteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azotes compris dans les gaz d'échappement par des hydrocarbures et / ou des composés oxygénés avec une composition catalytique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, ou avec un dispositif de conversion catalytique selon la revendication 10.
- 12. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, antérieurement à l'étape de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azotes, une étape d'introduction dans les gaz d'échappement des hydrocarbures et / ou des composés oxygénés nécessaire à ladite réduction catalytique sélective.
- 13. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en que la réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azotes est effectuée à une température de réaction comprise entre 200 et 500°C.
- 14. Ligne d'échappement de moteur à combustion interne, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une composition catalytique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 ou un dispositif de conversion catalytique selon la revendication 10.
- 15. Véhicule comprenant un moteur et une ligne d'échappement selon la revendication 14 connectée en sortie du moteur, caractérisé en ce que le moteur est un moteur diesel ou à essence à injection directe essence stratifié.
