Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear, the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an overhead wire-drawing device provided by the present invention will now be described. The overhead line wire-drawing device comprises a support body 10 fixed on a cross arm of a wire pole tower and a pulley block 20 fixed on the support body 10 and used for erecting and drawing up an overhead line; the pulley block 20 comprises a first fixed pulley 201, a second fixed pulley 203 and a movable pulley 202, wherein the first fixed pulley 201 and the second fixed pulley 203 are arranged at intervals along the trend of overhead lines; the two ends of the movable pulley 202 are respectively connected with an elastic body for limiting the moving position of the movable pulley 202.
When overhead wires are laid on the multi-base wire pole towers, the overhead wire tightening device provided by the invention is fixed on the cross arm of the last-base wire pole tower. And paying-off pulleys are fixed on the cross arms of the wire pole towers of each base except the wire pole tower of the last base. The overhead line laying process comprises the following steps: the overhead line is released by using traction equipment, and the released overhead line frame is hung into a paying-off pulley by using a hanging tool, so that one end of the overhead line sequentially passes through the top of the first fixed pulley 201, the bottom of the movable pulley 202 and the top of the second fixed pulley 203; after the overhead line is completed, external force is applied to the overhead line by using traction equipment or other external force equipment, so that the overhead line is tensioned along the opposite direction of the trend of the overhead line to adjust sag, the movable pulley 202 can also move towards the first fixed pulley 201 in the tensioning process, after sag adjustment, the external force for tensioning the overhead line disappears, the movable pulley 202 can clamp the overhead line, and the overhead line cannot fall back; the tensioned overhead wire is clamped and connected to the already assembled insulator.
Compared with the prior art, the overhead wire stringing and tightening device provided by the invention can finish the procedures of stringing and tightening, and when stringing, the overhead wire passes through the pulley block 20, so that the overhead wire can be prevented from directly contacting with the cross arm and wearing; when the line is tightly wound, only one operator is required to work, and after the sag of the overhead line is adjusted, the overhead line cannot change, so that the manual labor is reduced, the line construction efficiency is improved, and the line construction quality can be ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the overhead line wire-drawing device provided by the present invention, the support body 10 includes two side plates 102 spaced apart from each other, and a bottom plate 101 fixed to the bottoms of the two side plates 102, where the bottom plate 101 is fixed to a cross arm of a telegraph pole tower by bolts, and the fixing manner is simple and easy to detach. Each side plate 102 is provided with an elongated opening 104 inclined with respect to the bottom edge of the side plate 102, and one end of the opening 104 near the first fixed pulley 201 is lower than one end 4 near the second fixed pulley 203. A fixing block 105 for fixing the elastic body is connected to each side plate 102 obliquely below the opening 104. Because the overhead wire stringing and tightening device is an independent body, the size of the overhead wire stringing and tightening device is small, and a handle 103 is arranged between the two side plates 102 for carrying conveniently.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, as a specific embodiment of the overhead wire stringing and tightening device provided by the present invention, two ends of a central rotating shaft of a first fixed pulley 201 respectively pass through two side plates 102 and are fixed on the outer sides of the two side plates 102 via bearings. The two ends of the center rotation shaft of the second fixed pulley 203 respectively pass through the two side plates 102 and are fixed on the outer side surfaces of the two side plates 102 via bearings. Both ends of the center rotation shaft of the movable pulley 202 pass through the two openings 104 and are fixed on the outer side surfaces of the two side plates 102 via bearings. The elastic body is a spring 30, and shackles at two ends of the spring 30 are respectively sleeved on the bearing of the movable pulley 202 and the fixed block 105. Because the openings 104 are distributed obliquely downwards relative to the second fixed pulley 203 to the first fixed pulley 201, the movable pulley 202 is driven to rotate only by the overhead wire under the action of the tension of the spring 30 during wire erection, and cannot move upwards; when the overhead wire is tightened, the overhead wire is pulled tightly along the opposite direction of the trend of the overhead wire under the action of external force, the movable pulley 202 moves downwards under the drive of the overhead wire, the movable pulley 202 moves stably under the traction action of the spring 30, and the spring can limit the moving position of the movable pulley 202.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, as an embodiment of the overhead wire stringing device provided by the present invention, the overhead wire stringing device further includes a power mechanism 40 fixed on the cross arm. The power mechanism 40 includes a motor 401 and a change gear box 402, an output shaft of the change gear box 402 is connected to a central rotation shaft of the first fixed sheave 201, and an input shaft of the change gear box 402 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 401. The power mechanism 40 is used for providing rotating power for the first fixed pulley 201, when the overhead wire is tightened, traction equipment is not needed to be used for tightening the overhead wire, and only the motor 401 is started to drive the speed change gear box 402 to operate so as to drive the first fixed pulley 201 to rotate, so that the overhead wire moves towards the direction opposite to the direction of the overhead wire to be tightened.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the overhead wire tensioning device provided by the invention, when the overhead wire is in an overhead wire or wire tensioning state, the overhead wire tensioning device can also receive the tensile force of the overhead wire, the tensile force can be transmitted to the cross arm, and in order to ensure that the cross arm is uniformly stressed and does not move, the cross arm is fixedly provided with two overhead wire tensioning devices symmetrically distributed along the central axis of the cross arm. A plurality of overhead lines can be erected on a base telegraph pole tower, and two overhead lines can be simultaneously tensioned.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
