Abstract
本发明提供一种液晶投影屏幕,包括背光源、内偏振板、液晶板、滤光板、外偏振板;内、外偏振板的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板外表面设有漫反射层;滤光板由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个液晶板中的液晶格;滤光镜与液晶格之间还设有光敏元件;光敏元件耦合于液晶板的液晶控制器;液晶控制器按如下方式控制液晶板中各液晶格的状态:针对各光敏元件所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件所正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。该投影屏幕可对投影仪所投射的画面主动进行增强,以适应户外环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及光电技术设备领域,特别地,涉及一种投影屏幕。
背景技术
目前的投影屏幕是一种被动发光型屏幕,其通过对投影仪所投射的光照进行漫反射,以显示出投影影像;而在实际使用过程中,需要将投影现场处于十分暗淡的环境下,否则环境光照将明显冲淡投影屏幕上的影像,使投影影像模糊不清;为此,目前的投影屏幕普遍无法在白天户外环境中正常使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶投影屏幕,该投影屏幕可对投影仪所投射的画面主动进行增强,以适应户外环境。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的第一种技术方案是:该液晶投影屏幕从里到外依次包括背光源、内偏振板、液晶板、滤光板、外偏振板;所述内偏振板、外偏振板的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板的外表面设有一层漫反射层;所述滤光板由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个所述液晶板中的液晶格;所述滤光镜与液晶格之间还设有光敏元件,所述光敏元件在滤光镜表面的投影面积小于滤光镜;所述光敏元件耦合于所述液晶板的液晶控制器;所述液晶控制器按如下方式控制所述液晶板中各液晶格的状态:针对各所述光敏元件所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件所正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。
作为优选,所述漫反射层由半透明薄片构成。
作为优选,所述滤光镜的前侧表面设有一层光学扩散层,以消除所述光敏元件的阴影。
作为优选,所述液晶格的前方还设有一个凸透镜,所述滤光镜、光敏元件相互贴合,且滤光镜、光敏元件的中轴线上开设有贯穿滤光镜、光敏元件的通光孔;所述滤光镜的前面还设有一层光学扩散层,各滤光镜的光学扩散层相互独立;所述通光孔的内周面制成镜面;所述凸透镜的焦点处于所述通光孔中,以使从所述液晶格向前发出的光线,在所述通光孔中汇聚并反射后,再投向所述光学扩散层。由此,可以防止光敏元件对背光源产生的光照构成遮挡,可以节约光能,并减少投影屏幕的发热。
上述第一种技术方案的有益效果在于:所述外偏振板外表面的漫反射层上的各像素点所包含的红、蓝、绿三种色光分别通过该像素点后方的滤光单元中的红、蓝、绿三种滤光镜后分别被一个所述光敏元件拾取,由此,可识别出各像素点的颜色,即各像素点所对应的红、蓝、绿三种色光的比例,由此,通过液晶控制器控制液晶板中,与红、蓝、绿三种滤光镜正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,即可使背光源产生的光照在外偏振板上形成与投影画面一致的画面,即使得投影画面得到了主动增强,以适合户外环境下的投影显示。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的第二种技术方案是:该液晶投影屏幕从里到外依次包括背光源、内偏振板、液晶板、滤光板、外偏振板;所述内偏振板、外偏振板的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板的外表面设有一层漫反射层;所述滤光板由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括周向均布的红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个所述液晶板中的液晶格;各滤光单元的三个滤光镜所围成的区域中央设有一根光纤,所述光纤向后穿过所述内偏振板,且光纤的后端连接一个封闭的采集腔;从光纤的后端射出的光照,投射在该采集腔内的一个光学扩散片上,所述采集腔内还设有面对所述光学扩散片的三个光敏元件,各光敏元件的采光面上分别覆盖有红、蓝、绿三个滤光片,分别与所述红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜所正对的液晶格一一对应;各所述光敏元件耦合至所述液晶板的液晶控制器;所述液晶控制器按如下方式控制所述液晶板中各液晶格的状态:针对各所述光敏元件所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件所对应的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。
上述第二种技术方案的有益效果在于:相较于第一种技术方案,由于滤光镜背面不再设置光敏元件,使背光源产生光照完全不被滤光镜遮挡,并且显著可降低投影屏幕的厚度。

在图1所示的实施例一中,该液晶投影屏幕从里到外依次包括背光源1、内偏振板2、液晶板3、滤光板4、外偏振板5;所述内偏振板2、外偏振板5的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板5的外表面设有一层漫反射层51;所述滤光板4由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个所述液晶板3中的液晶格;图1中,仅示出了液晶板3中的一个液晶格,以及滤光板4中的一个滤光镜,而背光源1、内偏振板2、外偏振板5也仅示出了与所述液晶格、滤光镜相对的一小部分;所述滤光镜与液晶格之间还设有光敏元件6,所述光敏元件6在滤光镜表面的投影面积小于滤光镜;所述光敏元件6耦合于所述液晶板3的液晶控制器(未图示);所述液晶控制器按如下方式控制所述液晶板3中各液晶格的状态:针对各所述光敏元件6所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件6所正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。
上述的液晶投影屏幕,所述漫反射层51由半透明薄片构成,如毛玻璃片或树脂片。所述滤光镜的前侧表面设有一层光学扩散层41,以消除所述光敏元件6的阴影;即,由背光源1向前投射的光照,从光敏元件6周围照射到光学扩散层41后,在光学扩散层41中均匀扩散后再照射到外偏振板5上,以消除由于光敏元件6的遮光而造成的阴影。
对于实施例一中的液晶投影屏幕,所述外偏振板5外表面的漫反射层51上的各像素点所包含的红、蓝、绿三种色光分别通过该像素点后方的滤光单元中的红、蓝、绿三种滤光镜后分别被一个所述光敏元件6拾取,由此,可识别出各像素点的颜色,即各像素点所对应的红、蓝、绿三种色光的比例,由此,通过液晶控制器控制液晶板3中,与红、蓝、绿三种滤光镜正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,即可使背光源1产生的光照在外偏振板5上形成与投影画面一致的画面,即使得投影画面得到了主动增强,以适合户外环境下的投影显示。
实施例二:
对于图2所示的实施例二,其与实施例一不同的是,所述液晶格的前方还设有一个凸透镜7,所述滤光镜、光敏元件6相互贴合,且滤光镜、光敏元件6的中轴线上开设有贯穿滤光镜、光敏元件的通光孔60;所述滤光镜的前面还设有一层光学扩散层41,各滤光镜的光学扩散层41相互独立;所述通光孔60的内周面制成镜面;所述凸透镜7的焦点处于所述通光孔中,以使从所述液晶格向前发出的光线,在所述通光孔60中汇聚并反射后,再投向所述光学扩散层41。由此,可以防止光敏元件6对背光源1产生的光照构成遮挡,可以节约光能,并减少投影屏幕的发热。
实施例三:
对于图3所示的实施例三,其从里到外依次包括背光源1、内偏振板2、液晶板3、滤光板4、外偏振板5;同样,图3中,仅示出了液晶板3中的一个液晶格,以及滤光板4中的一个滤光镜,而背光源1、内偏振板2、外偏振板5也仅示出了与所述液晶格、滤光镜相对的一小部分。
所述内偏振板2、外偏振板5的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板5的外表面设有一层漫反射层51;所述滤光板4由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括周向均布的红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个所述液晶板3中的液晶格;各滤光单元的三个滤光镜(图3中仅示出两个滤光镜,另一个应当在图背后,无法看到)所围成的区域中央设有一根光纤8,所述光纤8向后穿过所述内偏振板2,且光纤8的后端连接一个封闭的采集腔9;从光纤8的后端射出的光照,投射在该采集腔9内的一个光学扩散片91上,所述采集腔9内还设有面对所述光学扩散片91的三个光敏元件92,各光敏元件的采光面上分别覆盖有红、蓝、绿三个滤光片,分别与所述红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜所正对的液晶格一一对应;各所述光敏元件92耦合至所述液晶板3的液晶控制器;所述液晶控制器按如下方式控制所述液晶板3中各液晶格的状态:针对各所述光敏元件92所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件92所对应的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。
对于实施例三,由于滤光镜背面不再设置光敏元件,使背光源1产生光照完全不被滤光镜遮挡,并且可以显著降低投影屏幕的厚度。

1.一种液晶投影屏幕,其特征在于:从里到外依次包括背光源(1)、内偏振板(2)、液晶板(3)、滤光板(4)、外偏振板(5);所述内偏振板(2)、外偏振板(5)的偏光方向相互正交,且外偏振板(5)的外表面设有一层漫反射层(51);所述滤光板(4)由滤光单元平铺而成,各滤光单元包括红、蓝、绿三个滤光镜,各滤光镜正对一个所述液晶板中的液晶格;所述滤光镜与液晶格之间还设有光敏元件(6),所述光敏元件(6)在滤光镜表面的投影面积小于滤光镜;所述光敏元件(6)耦合于所述液晶板(3)的液晶控制器;所述液晶控制器按如下方式控制所述液晶板(3)中各液晶格的状态:针对各所述光敏元件(6)所输出的电流信号数值,确定该光敏元件(6)所正对的液晶格中的液晶的旋光角度,使旋光角度与该电流信号数值呈正比。
