本发明公开一种一体式镜座装置,包括镜座、凸台和耳座;镜座上设有凸台;镜座、凸台和耳座为一体式结构;镜座与凸台设有相连通的内孔;凸台外壁两端对称设有耳座;耳座呈倒梯形,内侧设有脱模角;耳座外侧用于装夹。本发明加工简单,成本低,效率高。

本发明涉及手机镜头领域,特别涉及一种一体式镜座装置。
背景技术
目前市场上一般的镜头组成是:装有镜片的镜筒和底座锁配在一起构成一颗完整的镜头。而一体式镜头是镜筒和底座设计为一体,因为后工程装配工艺中需要装夹,一体式镜头镜座前端需增加个凸台,而有凸台的地方镜座肉厚就变得比较厚,如果塑胶镜座内孔周围肉厚太厚且不均匀,在成型中会收缩不均,造成内孔不圆。如果内孔不圆,镜片组配会偏心,影响镜头性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种一体式镜座装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种一体式镜座装置,包括镜座、凸台和耳座;
所述镜座上设有凸台;
所述镜座、凸台和耳座为一体式结构;
所述镜座与凸台设有相连通的内孔;
所述凸台外壁两端对称设有耳座;
所述耳座呈倒梯形,内侧设有脱模角;
所述耳座外侧用于装夹。
所述的一种一体式镜座装置,其优选方案为所述脱模角呈5°-20 °。
所述的一种一体式镜座装置,其优选方案为所述空腔为阶梯形。
所述的一种一体式镜座装置,其优选方案为所述内孔壁厚均匀。
本发明的优点:本发明的技术方案在镜座上端设凸台且与镜座形成空腔,外面装夹位置保留,耳座内侧设置5度~20度的脱模角度,以便成型时脱模顺畅。内孔周围壁厚均匀,在成型过程中,收缩均匀,从而可以得到较好的内孔真圆度。

如图1-2所示一种一体式镜座装置,包括镜座1、凸台2和耳座3;

所述凸台2外壁两端对称设有耳座3;
所述耳座3呈倒梯形,内侧设有脱模角4;
所述耳座3外侧用于装夹。
所述脱模角4呈5°-20°。
所述空腔为阶梯形。所述内孔壁厚均匀。
