本实用新型涉及手机镜头领域，特别涉及一种一体式镜座装置。
背景技术
目前市场上一般的镜头组成是：装有镜片的镜筒和底座锁配在一起构成一颗完整的镜头。而一体式镜头是镜筒和底座设计为一体，因为后工程装配工艺中需要装夹，一体式镜头镜座前端需增加个凸台，而有凸台的地方镜座肉厚就变得比较厚，如果塑胶镜座内孔周围肉厚太厚且不均匀，在成型中会收缩不均，造成内孔不圆。如果内孔不圆，镜片组配会偏心，影响镜头性能。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种一体式镜座装置，具体技术方案如下：
一种一体式镜座装置，包括镜座、凸台和耳座；
所述镜座上设有凸台；
所述镜座、凸台和耳座为一体式结构；
所述镜座与凸台设有相连通的内孔；
所述凸台外壁两端对称设有耳座；
所述耳座呈倒梯形，内侧设有脱模角；
所述耳座外侧用于装夹。

本实用新型的有点：本实用新型的技术方案在镜座上端设凸台且与镜座形成空腔，外面装夹位置保留，耳座内侧设置5度～20度的脱模角度，以便成型时脱模顺畅。内孔周围壁厚均匀，在成型过程中，收缩均匀，从而可以得到较好的内孔真圆度。

所述凸台2外壁两端对称设有耳座3；
所述耳座3呈倒梯形，内侧设有脱模角4；
所述耳座3外侧用于装夹。
所述脱模角4呈5°-20°。
所述空腔为阶梯形。
所述内孔壁厚均匀。

所述耳座外侧用于装夹。
