Abstract
本发明提供一种加热效率高的加热烘干结构,采用风机和加热器产生高效热风。本发明箱体为长方体空腔结构,箱体长度方向上一侧的端面开设出热风的出风口,另一侧开设用于风机送风的风道;箱体的上表面安装用于控制风机转速和加热器加热功率的档位开关;上述箱体内部水平安装有安装板,安装板的水平平台上安装由多组垂直设置的散热铝片组成的散热器,散热器底部安装加热器,散热器远离箱体出风口的一端垂直安装风机安装板,风机安装板的侧面安装风机,风机安装板上对应风机的位置开设有风机孔。优选的是:上述散热器的底部安装有导热基板,加热器为蛇形布置于导热基板上的加热丝。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种加热器,具体涉及出热风的烘干箱,可以应用于工业烘干和家用制热。
背景技术
目前,较为普遍以及较为廉价的加热方式为加热器直接进行热辐射加热,为了减少能量损失,同时增加加热烘干均匀性,人们采用了风机对加热器加热后的热空气进行循环吹动;但是这种方式的效率较低,风机并不能即时的将加热器的热量带走,造成浪费;在资源日益紧张的现代社会,这种加热方式是不可取的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种加热效率高的加热烘干结构,采用风机和加热器产生高效热风。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种加热烘干箱,箱体为长方体空腔结构,箱体长度方向上一侧的端面开设出热风的出风口,另一侧开设用于风机送风的风道;箱体的上表面安装用于控制风机转速和加热器加热功率的档位开关。
上述箱体内部水平安装有安装板,安装板的水平平台上安装由多组垂直设置的散热铝片组成的散热器,散热器底部安装加热器,散热器远离箱体出风口的一端垂直安装风机安装板,风机安装板的侧面安装风机,风机安装板上对应风机的位置开设有风机孔。
优选的是:上述散热器的底部安装有导热基板,加热器为蛇形布置于导热基板上的加热丝。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明加热烘干箱,可以用于工业上的封闭空间加热烘干或者家用的取暖;通过将加热器安装在散热器内,然后通过风机让风经散热器吹出箱体外部;使得整个加热器的散热更快,风机能即时将热量带走,用于对箱体外部进行加热。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,其示出了本发明的一个实施例,本发明加热烘干箱,箱体1为长方体空腔结构,箱体1长度方向上一侧的端面开设出热风的出风口3,另一侧开设用于风机8送风的风道;箱体1的上表面安装用于控制风机8转速和加热器5加热功率的档位开关2。
上述箱体1内部水平安装有安装板4,安装板4的水平平台上安装由多组垂直设置的散热铝片组成的散热器6,散热器6底部安装加热器5,散热器6远离箱体1出风口3的一端垂直安装风机安装板9,风机安装板9的侧面安装风机8,风机安装板9上对应风机8的位置开设有风机孔7。
为了增加烘干箱整体的加热效果,上述散热器6的底部安装有导热基板,加热器5为蛇形布置于导热基板上的加热丝。
上面结合附图对本发明优选实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.一种加热烘干箱,其特征在于:箱体(1)为长方体空腔结构,箱体(1)长度方向上一侧的端面开设出热风的出风口(3),另一侧开设用于风机(8)送风的风道;箱体(1)的上表面安装用于控制风机(8)转速和加热器(5)加热功率的档位开关(2);
上述箱体(1)内部水平安装有安装板(4),安装板(4)的水平平台上安装由多组垂直设置的散热铝片组成的散热器(6),散热器(6)底部安装加热器(5),散热器(6)远离箱体(1)出风口(3)的一端垂直安装风机安装板(9),风机安装板(9)的侧面安装风机(8),风机安装板(9)上对应风机(8)的位置开设有风机孔(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种加热烘干箱,其特征在于:散热器(6)的底部安装有导热基板,加热器(5)为蛇形布置于导热基板上的加热丝。
