钢铜轴套已经得到大范围应用,但受铜耐磨性能影响,其耐磨性能仍有提高余地。

本发明提供了一种耐磨轴套,解决了现有技术存在的问题。采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨轴套,包括外圈的钢基套层和内圈的铜基套层,所述铜基套层内表面复合有间隔分布的等高镍基弧形条。
本发明的有益效果:既增强了耐磨性能,又节省了耐磨物料。
