技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢丝绳,尤其涉及一种切割大理石用钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳是由多根钢丝捻成股,包括中心股绳和面股绳,面股绳捻制在中心股绳上;目前国内重要用途钢丝绳标准GB8918-2006、一般用途钢丝绳标准GB/T20118-2006、还是国外的钢丝绳标准如日本JISG3525-88等都规定钢丝绳的原材料是优质碳素钢,由于该钢丝绳具有强度高、韧性好、挠性好的优点,被广泛用于机械、造船、采矿、冶金以及林业等多种行业。而在用钢丝绳切割大理石时,由于与大理石直接接触的优质碳素钢的耐磨性差,钢丝绳容易出现破断,从而大幅度降低了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构新颖、能够提高钢丝绳的耐磨性能和使用寿命的切割大理石用钢丝绳。
本发明的技术内容为:一种切割大理石用钢丝绳,包括中心股绳和面股绳,面股绳捻制在中心股绳上;其特征为所述面股绳的最外层钢丝中捻制有一直径加粗的合金钢丝,合金钢丝设置在面股绳的最外层钢丝的最外侧,合金钢丝的直径为面股绳的最外层钢丝的直径的1.05~1.2倍。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:本发明结构新颖,与大理石直接接触的是面股绳的最外层钢丝中的直径加粗的合金钢丝,由于合金钢丝具有耐磨强度高的特点,使得钢丝绳不容易破断,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。

   如图1所示,一种切割大理石用钢丝绳,包括中心股绳1和面股绳2,面股绳2捻制在中心股绳1上;其特征为所述面股绳2的最外层钢丝2.1中捻制有一直径加粗的合金钢丝2.2,合金钢丝2.2设置在面股绳2的最外层钢丝2.1的最外侧,合金钢丝2.2的直径为面股绳2的最外层钢丝2.1的直径的1.05~1.2倍。

1.一种切割大理石用钢丝绳,包括中心股绳(1)和面股绳(2),面股绳(2)捻制在中心股绳(1)上;其特征为所述面股绳(2)的最外层钢丝(2.1)中捻制有一直径加粗的合金钢丝(2.2),合金钢丝(2.2)设置在面股绳(2)的最外层钢丝(2.1)的最外侧,合金钢丝(2.2)的直径为面股绳(2)的最外层钢丝(2.1)的直径的1.05~1.2倍。
