Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻纤布的加工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)坯布织造;(2)并轴;(3)酸洗;(4)第一次热清洗;(5)第二次热清洗;(6)第一次风干;(7)涂塑;(8)第二次风干;(9)收卷。本发明的玻璃纤维布够改善现有的防水布的抗拉伸强度低的不足,能够适用于各种防水布的制备领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织制造领域,具体是一种玻纤布的加工方法。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠等。它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺,最后形成各类产品,玻璃纤维有优良的电绝缘性能、耐高温性和抗拉伸能力,使得玻璃纤维布能够应用与多种场合,传统的玻璃纤维布只是应用于电子领域,做绝缘材料,由于玻璃纤维具有较高的抗拉伸能力也能适用于防水布领域。
聚酰胺俗称尼龙,其机械强度高,韧性好,具有优良的耐热性、优异的电绝缘性能和优良的耐气候性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种玻纤布的加工方法,以解决上述技术问题。
一种玻纤布的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布织造:
按所制备的坯布的幅宽、网孔分布,计算出所需经向用纱总根数,将若干根玻璃纤维原纱通过一次排梳整经工艺、用整浆机整好经轴;
(2)并轴:
将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浆槽浸浆,出浆槽后的湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率≤2%,并轴织成坯布;
(3)酸洗:
将坯布排布在支撑杆上,放入已盛装有浓度2~2.5mol/L的盐酸溶液槽中进行搅拌,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌持续时间为2h;
(4)第一次热清洗:
将步骤(3)得到的坯布通过送布装置进入脱浆机高温区,进行第一次热清洗,坯布通过时受热附着在玻璃纤维布上的浸润剂和浆料大部分因此烧失,热脱浆机将玻璃纤维布上的浆料等有机物从2%烧至0.2~0.4%;
(5)第二次热清洗:
将经过热清洗机第一次热清洗脱浆后的玻纤布卷绕在耐温空心卷布辊上,玻璃纤维布卷放置在钢制托架上再放入闷炉进行第二次热清洗;
(6)第一次风干:
将上述步骤(4)中第二次热清洗后的坯布放置于风干器中进行5-7分钟的风干操作;
(7)涂塑:
在风干后的坯布表面涂抹厚度1.5-2mm的聚酰胺;
(8)第二次风干:
将涂塑后的坯布经过风干机进行风干,风干的温度控制在20-30℃,并持续4-8分钟;
(9)收卷:
将风干后的坯布通过辊筒卷成玻纤布成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的玻璃纤维布够改善现有的防水布的抗拉伸强度低的不足,能够适用于各种防水布的制备领域。

(8)第二次风干:
将涂塑后的坯布经过风干机进行风干,风干的温度控制在20-30℃,并持续4-8分钟;
(9)收卷:
将风干后的坯布通过辊筒卷成玻纤布成品。

1.一种玻纤布的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布织造:
按所制备的坯布的幅宽、网孔分布,计算出所需经向用纱总根数,将若干根玻璃纤维原纱通过一次排梳整经工艺、用整浆机整好经轴;
(2)并轴:
将步骤(1)得到的经纱与纬纱混合,合并后片纱浸入浆槽浸浆,出浆槽后的湿浆纱分绞进入热烘干区,热风烘干纱线表面成膜后,进入锡林烘干,锡林烘干至含水率≤2%,并轴织成坯布;
(3)酸洗:
