Abstract
The invention relates to pure cotton woven fabrics and a processing method thereof, wherein the processing method of the pure cotton woven fabrics comprises the following steps of pretreatment, alkali mercerization treatment and open-width continuous enzyme washing treatment, wherein under the condition of a vehicle speed of 14-26 m/min, open-width continuous cloth feeding is carried out, and continuous enzyme washing is carried out in enzyme washing liquor with the mass concentration of cellulase of 0.1-0.5 g/L, mechanical friction with a guide roller, water washing, drying inactivation, softening treatment and preshrinking treatment are carried out, so that a finished product of the pure cotton woven fabrics is obtained.
