A white knitted fabric weaving method comprises the following steps:

(3) scutching and drying the bleached fabric to obtain a white knitted fabric;

(5) And inspecting the cloth surface to obtain a finished product double-sided cloth of the white knitted fabric, and performing a performance test on the finished product of the white knitted fabric prepared in the embodiment, wherein the test result is shown in table 1.

This example provides a method of knitting a white knitted fabric.
A white knitted fabric weaving method comprises the following steps:
(1) manufacturing 36s/1 cotton yarn and 75D/34FX1POLYESTER into knitted 1 x1 rib fabric;
(2) bleaching the rib fabric to obtain a bleached fabric;
(3) scutching and drying the bleached fabric to obtain a white knitted fabric;
(4) the white knitted fabric is shaped, and the white knitted fabric is subjected to anti-yellowing treatment by adopting the white knitted fabric anti-yellowing method during shaping, wherein in the white knitted fabric anti-yellowing method, an anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid comprises a softening agent ULTRATEX STS concentration of 100g/L, a low-temperature oil removal agent DM-1133 concentration of 1g/L, a fiber protective agent ADALIN NI concentration of 15g/L, a phenolic aldehyde anti-yellowing agent VNF concentration of 20g/L, a cracking agent INVATEX AC concentration of 2g/L, and the pH value of the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid is adjusted to be 3.5. And (3) putting the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid into a setting trough of a setting machine, and enabling the white knitted fabric to pass through the setting trough and a roller of the setting machine at a speed of 14 m/min. The setting temperature was 140 ℃.
(5) And inspecting the cloth surface to obtain a finished product rib fabric of the white knitted fabric, and performing performance test on the finished product of the white knitted fabric prepared in the embodiment, wherein the test results are shown in table 2.

The method for improving yellowing of white knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid comprises the following components: softening or finishing agent: 50-100 g/L of low-temperature degreasing agent: 1-3 g/L, fiber protective agent: 15-20 g/L, phenolic aldehyde anti-yellowing agent: 15-20 g/L, cracking agent: 1-3 g/L.

The method for improving yellowing of white knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid comprises the following components: softener ULTRATEX STS or finish DEVANAX D-6100: 30-100 g/L, low-temperature oil removing agent DM-1133: 1-5 g/L, fiber protective agent ADALIN NI: 10-20 g/L, a phenolic aldehyde anti-yellowing agent VNF: 10-20 g/L, cracking agent INVATEX AC: 1-5 g/L.
4. The method for improving yellowing of a white knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid has a pH value of 3.5-4.5.

The method for improving yellowing of a white knit fabric according to claim 1, wherein the padding treatment comprises: and (3) putting the anti-yellowing agent finishing liquid into a shaping trough of a shaping machine, and enabling the white knitted fabric to pass through the shaping trough and a roller of the shaping machine at the speed of 12-35 m/min.
6. The method for improving yellowing of a white knitted fabric according to claim 5, wherein the pressure of the nip roller is 20-28N/cm2
7. The method for improving yellowing of white knitted fabric according to claim 4, wherein the dryer temperature of the setting machine is 105 ℃ to 155 ℃.
8. The method for improving yellowing of white knitted fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the liquid holding rate of the cloth cover of the white knitted fabric after padding by the padding treatment is 60% to 70%.
9. A white knit fabric prepared by the method for improving yellowing of the white knit fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A white knitted fabric weaving method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
