Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,利用电弧喷涂技术在基体表面构筑铝涂层,再依次经低表面能物质修饰、润滑油的覆盖后得到所述的仿猪笼草超润滑表面。本发明提供一种对基体没有特殊要求,制备工艺简单、重复性好、适合大面积制备及工业化应用的仿猪笼草超润滑表面的制备方法。

Description

一种利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及超润滑表面的制备领域,具体涉及一种利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法。
背景技术
猪笼草是一类热带食虫植物,拥有一个独特的、形状像猪笼,用于吸取营养的瓶状体器官—捕虫笼。瓶状体的瓶口被蜜液浸润使得它非常光滑,停留在上面的昆虫会被滑落入瓶中,被瓶底分泌的液体分解消化成为自身的养分。
受猪笼草表面超润滑特性的启发,科学家将润滑液灌注到多孔微/纳结构基材中,研制出灌注液体的光滑多孔表面SLIPS(Wong TS,Kang SH,Tang SKY,Smythe EJ,HattonBD,Grinthal A,Aizenberg J.Nature,2011,477(7365):443.)。该表面能显著减小液滴滑动角和滞后角,具有疏液、自修复、温度和压力稳定性好等诸多优点,能够有效抑制水、油脂、血液及生物膜等的粘附,在自清洁、海洋防污、生物医用领域具有广阔的应用前景。
但现有文献报道大多采用如刻蚀法、电化学沉积法、层层自组装等方法制备多孔表面。如公开号为CN 103966641 A的中国专利文献中公开了一种利用人工仿猪笼草超滑表面防止金属大气腐蚀的方法,具体为,以抛光后的铝为阳极、不锈钢电极为阴极,采用阳极氧化方式在金属铝表面制备粗糙氧化铝膜,并用十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的甲醇溶液进行修饰,最后将润滑油覆盖在表面,获得人工仿猪笼草超滑表面。
该方法制备的人工仿猪笼草超滑表面虽然可以降低水滴在表面的滞留时间与概率,实现对金属的大气防腐防护。但该制备方法存在一个较大的弊端,就是所采用的金属基体仅能为金属铝,仅可以实现对金属铝的大气防腐防护,因此,大大限制了其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对基体没有特殊要求,制备工艺简单、重复性好、适合大面积制备及工业化应用的仿猪笼草超润滑表面的制备方法。
具体技术方案如下:
一种利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,利用电弧喷涂技术在基体表面构筑铝涂层,再依次经低表面能物质修饰、润滑油的覆盖后得到所述的仿猪笼草超润滑表面。
具体步骤如下:
(1)以金属铝为原料,经电弧喷涂技术在清洗、粗化后的基体表面构筑铝涂层;
(2)以全氟硅烷为表面修饰剂,对步骤(1)处理后的基体表面进行修饰;
(3)将全氟聚醚滴加至经步骤(2)处理后的基体表面,直至基体表面全部被全氟聚醚液膜覆盖,再倾斜10~20°放置1~2h后移除表面多余全氟聚醚,得到所述的仿猪笼草超润滑表面。
步骤(1)中,所述的基体材料不受限制,可以为金属、陶瓷、塑料、玻璃等。
所述的基体依次经丙酮、酒精、去离子水清洗,再经氮气吹干后待用。
作为优选,采用喷砂工艺对基体表面进行粗化处理,具体为:
空气压力0.5~1.0MPa,喷砂时间10s~1min,喷砂用砂丸目数30~200目。
采用喷砂工艺可对基体表面进行粗化处理,以增大基体表面粗糙度,提高与涂层结合强度。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,所述的电弧喷涂技术,采用:喷涂电流100~300A,喷涂电压20~40V,喷涂距离100~300mm,电弧走枪速度50~400mm/s,喷涂次数1~20遍。经上述电弧喷涂技术在基体表面构筑得到厚度为100~1000um的铝涂层。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述的修饰具体为:
配制体积百分比浓度为0.5~5%的全氟硅烷/醇溶液,将表面构筑有铝涂层的基体浸入所述的全氟硅烷/醇溶液中,反应完全后取出;
或者为:
将表面构筑有铝涂层的基体置于全氟硅烷气氛中,反应完全后取出。
所述的全氟硅烷为表面能很低的含十三氟以上的直链或支链甲氧基、乙氧基或氯硅烷,所述的醇选自甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等。进一步优选,所述的全氟硅烷选自全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,所述的醇选自甲醇,所述的全氟硅烷/醇溶液的体积百分比浓度为1~2%。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述的基体表面经修饰处理后还需进行干燥处理,干燥温度为120~200℃,时间为10~20min。
作为优选,步骤(3)中,所述的全氟聚醚分子式如下:
-(CF2-O-CF2)n-
式中,n=10~70。
经上述方法制备得到的仿猪笼草超润滑表面,为连续、光滑的液体膜,对水滴表现出极低的摩擦阻力,可以有效防止水滴在其表面滞留。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明的制备方法操作简单,工艺可靠,制备费用低廉,所用试剂无环境危害;
制备得到的仿猪笼草超润滑表面,可以有效阻止水滴在材料表面的存在。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)基体表面清洗:以碳钢为基体,依次用丙酮、酒精、去离子水清洗后,氮气吹干待用;
(2)基体表面粗化:采用喷砂工艺对清洗后的基体表面进行粗化处理,以增大基体表面粗糙度,提高涂层结合强度。采用工艺参数为空气压力1.0MPa,喷砂时间20秒,喷砂用砂丸目数30目;
(3)基体表面涂层构筑:以铝丝为材料,采用电弧喷涂方式在基体表面构筑铝涂层,厚度为200um;其喷涂参数为:喷涂电流200A,喷涂电压30V,喷涂距离200mm,电弧走枪速度100mm/s。
(4)表面修饰:将步骤(3)处理后的基体浸泡在体积百分比为1%的全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷/甲醇溶液中浸泡60分钟,取出后在150℃环境中处理10分钟;
(5)润滑油膜的覆盖:将全氟聚醚(平均聚合度n为14)滴加至铝涂层表面,直至表面全部被全氟聚醚液膜覆盖,并将试样倾斜20°放置1小时,移除表面多余的全氟聚醚,最终获得稳定的仿猪笼草超滑表面。
经测试,在倾斜角<10°时,水滴可在仿猪笼草超润滑表面移动并滑落(见表1),阻止水滴在表面的滞留。
实施例2
(1)基体表面清洗:以聚乙烯为基体,依次用丙酮、酒精、去离子水清洗后,氮气吹干待用;
(2)基体表面粗化:采用喷砂工艺对清洗后的基体表面进行粗化处理,以增大基体表面粗糙度,提高涂层结合强度。采用工艺参数为空气压力1.0MPa,喷砂时间60秒,喷砂用砂丸目数60目;
(3)基体表面涂层构筑:以铝丝为材料,采用电弧喷涂方式在基体表面构筑铝涂层,厚度为200um;其喷涂参数为:喷涂电流200A,喷涂电压30V,喷涂距离200mm,电弧走枪速度100mm/s。
(4)表面修饰:将步骤(3)处理后的基体浸泡在体积百分比为2%的全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷/甲醇溶液中浸泡30分钟,取出后在150℃环境中处理20分钟;
(5)润滑油膜的覆盖:将全氟聚醚(平均聚合度n为30)滴加至铝涂层表面,直至表面全部被全氟聚醚液膜覆盖,并将试样倾斜15°放置2小时,移除表面多余的全氟聚醚,最终获得稳定的仿猪笼草超滑表面。
经测试,在倾斜角<10°时,水滴可在仿猪笼草超润滑表面移动并滑落(见表1),阻止水滴在表面的滞留。
实施例3
(1)基体表面清洗:以玻璃为基体,依次用丙酮、酒精、去离子水清洗后,氮气吹干待用;
(2)基体表面粗化:采用喷砂工艺对清洗后的基体表面进行粗化处理,以增大基体表面粗糙度,提高涂层结合强度。采用工艺参数为空气压力1.0MPa,喷砂时间40秒,喷砂用砂丸目数200目;
(3)基体表面涂层构筑:以铝丝为材料,采用电弧喷涂方式在基体表面构筑铝涂层,厚度为200um;其喷涂参数为:喷涂电流200A,喷涂电压30V,喷涂距离200mm,电弧走枪速度100mm/s。
(4)表面修饰:将步骤(3)处理后的基体放入真空干燥器中,将盛有20uL全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷的容器置于真空干燥器中,此时,处理后的基体与全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷隔离放置,抽真空后加热至80℃,全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷挥发至环境中,处理后的基体在全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷气氛下反应2小时;取出后在150℃环境中加热处理10分钟。
(5)润滑油膜的覆盖:将全氟聚醚(平均聚合度n为70)滴加至铝涂层表面,直至表面全部被全氟聚醚液膜覆盖,并将试样倾斜20°放置2小时,移除表面多余的全氟聚醚,最终获得稳定的仿猪笼草超滑表面。
经测试,在倾斜角<10°时,水滴可在仿猪笼草超润滑表面移动并滑落(见表1),阻止水滴在表面的滞留。

从表1中数据可以看到,各实施例滚动角均小于10°,表明水滴在最后制得的仿猪笼草超润滑表面极易移动,具有防污自清洁等性能。
上述实施例证实一种利用电弧喷涂铝涂层构筑-表面修饰-润滑油覆盖三步法在铝表面制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面,水滴与所获得超润滑表面间摩擦阻力很小,很容易从表面滑落。因此该表面可有效阻止水滴的滞留,可以实现表面防护和自清洁等。该表面具有工艺简单、实用性强、性能优异,稳定性好等优点。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他任何的未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,利用电弧喷涂技术在基体表面构筑铝涂层,再依次经低表面能物质修饰、润滑油的覆盖后得到所述的仿猪笼草超润滑表面;
具体步骤如下:
(1)以金属铝为原料,经电弧喷涂技术在清洗、粗化后的基体表面构筑铝涂层;所述的电弧喷涂技术,采用:喷涂电流100~300A,喷涂电压20~40V,喷涂距离100~300mm,电弧走枪速度50~400mm/s,喷涂次数1~20遍;
(2)以全氟硅烷为表面修饰剂,对步骤(1)处理后的基体表面进行修饰;
(3)将全氟聚醚滴加至经步骤(2)处理后的基体表面,直至基体表面全部被全氟聚醚液膜覆盖,再倾斜10~20°放置1~2h后移除表面多余全氟聚醚,得到所述的仿猪笼草超润滑表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的基体材料选自金属、陶瓷、塑料或玻璃;
采用喷砂工艺对基体表面进行粗化处理,具体为:
空气压力0.5~1.0MPa,喷砂时间10s~1min,喷砂用砂丸目数30~200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的修饰具体为:
配制体积百分比浓度为0.5~5%的全氟硅烷/醇溶液,将表面构筑有铝涂层的基体浸入所述的全氟硅烷/醇溶液中,反应完全后取出;
或者为:
将表面构筑有铝涂层的基体置于全氟硅烷气氛中,反应完全后取出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,所述的全氟硅烷选自全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷,所述的醇选自甲醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的基体表面经修饰处理后还进行干燥处理,所述的干燥处理:温度为120~200℃,时间为10~20min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的利用电弧喷涂技术制备仿猪笼草超润滑表面的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述的全氟聚醚分子式如下:
