技术领域
本发明涉及清洁领域,具体涉及一种水泵用去油除菌清洁剂。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等。
也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。水泵性能的技术参数有流量、吸程、扬程、轴功率、水功率、效率等;根据不同的工作原理可分为容积水泵、叶片泵等类型。容积泵是利用其工作室容积的变化来传递能量;叶片泵是利用回转叶片与水的相互作用来传递能量,有离心泵、轴流泵和混流泵等类型。
一般为了保证水泵的正常工作,除了按操作规程正常使用、运行过程中注意正常监视和维护外,还应该进行定期的检查和维护工作,做好水泵维护保养,及时地对水泵的灰尘和内部油渍进行清理。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水泵用去油除菌清洁剂,使得既可以除去水泵外壳的灰尘和内部油渍,还可以杀菌除异味。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种水泵用去油除菌清洁剂,包括如下成分:偏硅酸钠12-15份、乙醇2-4份、表面活性剂4-7份、聚丙烯酸钠6-10份、三乙醇胺1-4份、三氟乙醇4-10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4-6份、醋酸1-3份、十二烷基磺酸钠4-10份、乙烯基聚乙二醇单甲醚5-7份、焦磷酸钠13-15份、仲烷基磺酸盐5-8份、甲硝锉1.5-3份、去离子水120-140份、生物除菌剂18-22份。
优选地,所述生物除菌剂包括如下成分:肉桂精油5-8份、水杨酰苯胺15-20份、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵3-5份、植物香精3-6份、氯化钠0.5-1.2份、甘油10-18份、稳定剂10-15份、去离子水15-20份。
优选地,所述清洁剂具体制备方法包括如下步骤:
1.制备生物除菌剂,加入肉桂精油、水杨酰苯胺、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵份、植物香精、氯化钠、甘油、去离子水后加热至70℃-85℃,充分混合搅拌15-20min,搅拌后冷却至室温后再加入稳定剂充分搅拌5-10min;
2.将偏硅酸钠、表面活性剂、聚丙烯酸钠、三乙醇胺、三氟乙醇、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、醋酸、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙烯基聚乙二醇单甲醚、焦磷酸钠、仲烷基磺酸盐、甲硝锉混合,加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再搅拌下加热至45℃,保温40min,得到清洁剂;
3.将生物除菌剂和清洁剂混合并加热至30℃-40℃,在200r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,调整转速60r/min,搅拌15-20min,在搅拌过程中加入乙醇,得本发明油污清洁剂。

1.制备生物除菌剂,加入肉桂精油、水杨酰苯胺、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵份、植物香精、氯化钠、甘油、去离子水后加热至70℃-85℃,充分混合搅拌15-20min,搅拌后冷却至室温后再加入稳定剂充分搅拌5-10min;
2.将偏硅酸钠、表面活性剂、聚丙烯酸钠、三乙醇胺、三氟乙醇、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、醋酸、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙烯基聚乙二醇单甲醚、焦磷酸钠、仲烷基磺酸盐、甲硝锉混合,加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再搅拌下加热至45℃,保温40min,得到清洁剂;
3.将生物除菌剂和清洁剂混合并加热至30℃-40℃,在200r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,调整转速60r/min,搅拌15-20min,在搅拌过程中加入乙醇,得本发明油污清洁剂。

2.如权利要求1所述的水泵用去油除菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述生物除菌剂包括如下成分:肉桂精油5-8份、水杨酰苯胺15-20份、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵3-5份、植物香精3-6份、氯化钠0.5-1.2份、甘油10-18份、稳定剂10-15份、去离子水15-20份。
3.如权利要求1所述的水泵用去油除菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清洁剂具体制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.制备生物除菌剂,加入肉桂精油、水杨酰苯胺、月桂酰胺丙基氧化铵份、植物香精、氯化钠、甘油、去离子水后加热至70℃-85℃,充分混合搅拌15-20min,搅拌后冷却至室温后再加入稳定剂充分搅拌5-10min;
S2.将偏硅酸钠、表面活性剂、聚丙烯酸钠、三乙醇胺、三氟乙醇、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、醋酸、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙烯基聚乙二醇单甲醚、焦磷酸钠、仲烷基磺酸盐、甲硝锉混合,加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,再搅拌下加热至45℃,保温40min,得到清洁剂;
S3.将生物除菌剂和清洁剂混合并加热至30℃-40℃,在200r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,调整转速60r/min,搅拌15-20min,在搅拌过程中加入乙醇,得本发明油污清洁剂。
