本发明涉及一种保护箱,特别是涉及一种蛋体多重保护箱：其特征在于：通过箱体的空间约束、蛋托的个体保护、弹簧的缓冲效应，实现蛋体的立体防护，使本发明具有较强的实用性。

本发明涉及一种防护箱,特别是涉及一种蛋体多重保护箱。
背景技术
新鲜蛋类在运输过程中因其易碎，主要采用蛋托的方式进行防护，但蛋托如遇到剧烈摇晃或碰撞时蛋体易出现破损，起不到很好的防护效果。
本发明采用多重保护技术，通过装置承载箱体、装置主体及蛋托a与蛋托b为承载蛋体提供多重保护，可有效减小蛋体剧烈摇晃或碰撞时出现破损、掉落的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种蛋体多重保护箱，通过箱体的空间约束、蛋托的个体保护、弹簧的缓冲效应，实现蛋体的立体防护，使本发明具有较强的实用性。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种蛋体多重保护箱，包括装置主体及装置承载箱体，所述装置主体分为装置上体和装置下体，所述的装置主体可固定在装置承载箱体上，所述的装置上体底部与装置下体顶部连接，装置上体和装置下体各设置四个弹簧连接点，所述的装置上体通过弹簧与蛋托b相连；所述的装置下体通过弹簧与蛋托a相连。
所述的弹簧与装置主体的连接点可任意变换；
所述的弹簧数目可随具体情况任意增减；
所述的蛋托a和蛋托b可采用弹性柔软材料；
所述的装置主体可配置不同形状、不同尺寸的蛋托a和蛋托b；
所述的装置上体及装置下体应可根据实际需要更换不同弹性系数的弹簧；
所述的装置上体及装置下体应可根据实际需要更换不同材料的弹性软体；
所述的装置承载箱体可根据需要来设计大小以容纳不同数量及组合方式的装置主体；
与现有蛋类保护装置相比，本发明使用方便，可为蛋类提供更好的保护，制作材料不限，并能多次循环利用，可适用于各类形状大小不一的球体和椭球体的保护。

本实施例1提供一种技术方案：一种蛋体多重保护箱，包括装置承载箱体12及装置主体1，所述装置主体1分为装置上体2和装置下体3，所述的装置上体2底部一侧与装置下体3顶部的一侧连接；装置上体2和装置下体3各设置有四个弹簧位槽；所述的装置上体2通过弹簧4与蛋托b5相连；所述的装置下体3通过弹簧6与蛋托a7相连。
优选的，所述的弹簧4和弹簧6与装置主体的连接点可任意变换。
优选的，所述的弹簧4和弹簧6的数目可随具体情况任意增减。
优选的，所述的蛋托b5和蛋托a7可采用弹性柔软材料制成。
优选的，所述的装置上体2及装置下体3应可根据实际需要更换不同弹性系数的弹簧4及弹簧5。
优选的，所述的装置主体1可配置不同形状、不同尺寸的蛋托b5和蛋托a7；
优选的，所述的装置承载箱体12可根据需要来设计大小以容纳不同数量及组合方式的装置主体1。

优选的，所述的装置上体9及装置下体10应可根据实际需要更换不同材料的弹性软面11。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋体多重保护箱，其特征在于所述的弹簧数目可随具体情况任意增减。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋体多重保护箱，其特征在于所述的蛋托a和蛋托b可采用弹性柔软材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋体多重保护箱，其特征在于所述的装置主体可配置不同形状、不同尺寸的蛋托a和蛋托b。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋体多重保护箱，其特征在于所述的装置上体及装置下体应可根据实际需要更换不同弹性系数的弹簧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋体多重保护箱，其特征在于所述的装置上体及装置下体应可根据实际需要更换不同材料的弹性软体。
