本发明属于工艺美术领域,特别涉及一种采用钧瓷制作的标题寓意为老子问道的工艺品的制作方法。
背景技术
陶瓷是中华文化的重要组成部分之一,而钧瓷又是中华陶瓷文化中的一颗璀璨明珠;钧瓷具有“进窑一色,出窑万彩”等独特的特色,是其他陶瓷工艺品无法实现和比拟的;老子问道,是中国传统道教文化中的一个传说,设计者利用钧瓷的特有特性,将老子人物元素,太极阴阳鱼元素设计为旋转向上,以老子问道为内容,如图1,整体设计为老子昂首挺胸,问道于天的特征形象;体现老子道德经的智慧,以及阴阳太极,天人合一,道法自然的思想精华;其中宽大的袍袖前后形成带有太极阴阳鱼旋转的概念,长长的胡须为阴阳鱼的界限,双手分别为俯仰姿态,也代表阴阳的概念;下部带有三条向上旋转纹,将雕像放置于转台上旋转,有向上升腾的概念,整体寓意,象征老子问道于天,并于得道后,建立了太极阴阳,道法自然的道家学派基础,以及衍生形成了道家学派智慧和思想。
发明内容
为了更好体现老子问道钧瓷工艺品的设计风格和思想,本发明提出一种老子问道钧瓷工艺品的制作方法,包括以下步骤,1、雕刻模型;2、制作模具,3、选取陶土;4、制浆;5、注浆;6、成型;7、素烧;8、施釉;9、烧制;所述的步骤1是指将整个工艺品分成多个部分分别雕刻;其中头部,胡须,发髻,左手部,右手部,底足加上袍摆加上左袍袖加上右袍袖作为主体,分别独立雕刻成型;所述的步骤2是指将分别雕刻的头部,胡须,发髻,左手部,右手部,主体分别制作石膏模具;所述的步骤3是选取注浆材料;所述的注浆材料包括青土65-75%,砂石8-12%,铅粉8-12%,莫来石8-12%,铁矿石1-2%,氧化钴0.2-0.4%,食用碱0.3-0.5%;所述的步骤4是将步骤3选取的注浆材料混合磨碎,其磨碎细度为230-250目,加水混合后球磨,制成浆状;所述的步骤5是将步骤4中的浆料分别注入步骤2中的各个模具中;所述的步骤6是将多个模具内经过注浆后凝固生成的坯型,按照设计要求粘接在一起,经过修整,形成整体形象;所述的步骤7是将步骤6成型后的坯型放入素烧窑中,在1000°C的温度下烧制5-6个小时;所述的步骤8是将素烧后的坯型进行表面涂釉材,其中头部,胡须,发髻,左手部,右手部,底足部分不涂釉,主体部分采用刷釉或者喷釉或者蘸釉的方法进行施釉;所述的釉材是将包括黄长石50-60%,白长石8-15%,方解石10-15%,铜矿石3-5%,氯化锌3-5%,碳酸钡0.1-0.4%,氧化锡0.1-0.8%,木节土3-8%的釉材进行粉碎,混合,球磨,使其成为细度为420目的细粉,加水搅拌混合球磨后制成釉浆;,所述的步骤9是将施釉后并干燥的坯型放入窑中在1300°C的温度烧制12-15个小时。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的技术方案,现结合实例,说明本发明的具体实施方式;如图1,图2,实施例一,本例中选用主体的颜色为钧瓷中的鸡血红为例;先选用本行业通用的模型雕刻方法,将底足1和袍摆2和左袍袖3和右袍袖6组成的主体雕刻成型,采用本行业通用的方法制作主体部分的石膏模具;并分别雕刻出头部5,胡须4,发髻9,左手部7,右手部8,并分别制作石膏模具;本例中选用的注浆材料包括青土71%,砂石11%,铅粉9%,莫来石10%,铁矿石1.5%,氧化钴0.2%,食用碱0.4%;这样是为了是坯型成型时能够体现本发明中工艺品的细腻的细节;将选取的注浆材料混合磨碎,其磨碎细度为235目,加水混合后球磨,制成浆状;将上述浆料分别注入步骤2中的各个模具中,分层凝固,制成空心外形与雕刻成型的外形相同,内部空腔的局部坯型;按照设计要求将前述局部坯型粘接在一起,经过修整,形成整体形象;经过晾干后放入素烧窑中,在900-1000°C的温度下烧制6个小时;将素烧后的坯型进行表面涂釉材,其中头部5,胡须4,发髻9,左手部7,右手部8,底足1部分不涂釉,这样能够体现这些部分的生动形象;而主体部分本例中采用刷釉的方法进行施釉;本例中釉材是选用包括黄长石55%,白长石10%,方解石12%,铜矿石4%,氯化锌4%,碳酸钡0.3%,氧化锡0.5%,木节土5%的釉材,将其进行粉碎,混合,球磨,使其成为细度为420目的细粉,加水搅拌混合球磨后制成釉浆;将釉浆涂覆在主体部分的表面晾干;将施釉后并干燥的坯型放入窑中在1300°C的温度烧制13个小时,就能够得到符合设计思想,并能够体现以上特征的本发明所指的老子问道钧瓷工艺品。
实施例二,为了丰富老子问道钧瓷工艺品的艺术品质,本例中选用作品的主体部分以黑红色,在釉材中加入3%的氧化铁,其他与实施例一相同,就能够得到主体颜色为黑色的老子问道钧瓷工艺品。
在以上的实施例中应当注意,在主体部分施釉时,应当保证施釉的釉层厚度不大于1毫米,以保证减少釉层的开裂,影响本作品的庄严。
