一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具，包括喷管，固定在喷管前端的喷头，固定在喷管后端的高压接头，还包括圆柱形嵌套，嵌套上开有略大于喷管直径的孔，孔的方向和圆柱形嵌套的中心线垂直，喷管贯穿于嵌套上的开孔；圆柱形嵌套的一侧安装有拧紧螺栓，另一侧安装有滚动轴承；在滚动轴承的侧面焊接固定有大力钳，对喷枪进行固定，转动喷枪和大力钳连接处的滚动轴承，喷枪的切割方向可以在同一个平面上任意转动，从而使得工件的切割面更加光滑平整。本使用新型操作方便，加工成本低，可以广泛的适用于多种水切割的工作环境，可以得到更光滑平整的切口，具有广阔的应用前景。

本发明属于水切割领域，具体地说是一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具。
背景技术
水切割也称为水刀切割，即水在增压之后，从细小的喷嘴中喷出，形成高速射流，利用这种高速射流对工件的冲击破坏作用，达到切断、成形的目的。水切割技术正在逐步成为一种成熟的切割技术，具有切割范围广、切割质量好、无热加工、减少毛刺、环保等多种优点。
因为水切割技术的广泛应用，在现实的生产过程中，会经常遇到手持喷嘴进行切割的情况，但是由于喷嘴无法固定，在切割过程中手的抖动会使得工件的切割面出现不平整的现象，无法切出直线的效果。
发明内容
为解决手持水切割时无法切割出直线效果的问题，本发明提供一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具，包括喷管，固定在喷管前端的喷头，固定在喷管后端的高压接头，其特征是，还包括圆柱形嵌套，嵌套上开有略大于喷管直径的孔，孔的方向和圆柱形嵌套的中心线垂直，喷管贯穿于嵌套上的开孔；圆柱形嵌套的一侧安装有拧紧螺栓，另一侧安装有滚动轴承；在滚动轴承的侧面焊接固定有夹持工具。
所述的一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具，其特征是，所述的夹持工具为大力钳。
本发明的有益效果是: 带有夹持装置的水切割工具，在进行手持式切割工件的过程中，可以将夹持工具固定于工件上，或者固定于工件旁边的支架上，调整好方向之后，利用轴承转动喷枪，使切割的方向都处在同一个平面上，最终得到的工件切割面更加光滑平整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做进一步说明。
一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具，包括喷管1，喷管1的前端固定有喷头2，喷管1的后端固定有高压接头3，喷管1中部有一个圆柱形嵌套4，嵌套4上垂直于圆柱体的中心线开有一个圆孔，喷管1贯穿于此孔；圆柱形嵌套4可以沿着喷管1上下移动，一侧安装有拧紧螺栓5，调整到合适的位置后，拧此螺栓5来固定嵌套的位置；另一侧安装有滚动轴承6，在滚动轴承6的侧面焊接固定有一把大力钳。
当需要对工件进行切割时，先用大力钳对喷枪进行固定；大力钳可以直接夹持在工件上（如塑料管等），当工件上面不方便直接固定时，可以在附近固定一个支架，然后将大力钳固定在支架上；固定好大力钳之后，开启喷枪，转动喷枪和大力钳连接处的滚动轴承6，喷枪的切割方向可以在同一个平面上360°任意转动，从而使得工件的切割面更加光滑平整。
本使用新型操作方便，加工成本低，可以广泛的适用于多种水切割的工作环境，有效的避免了切口处的粗糙不齐，可以得到更光滑平整的切口。

1.一种带有夹持装置的水切割工具，包括喷管（1），固定在喷管（1）前端的喷头（2），固定在喷管（1）后端的高压接头（3），其特征是，还包括圆柱形嵌套（4），嵌套（4）上开有略大于喷管（1）直径的孔，孔的方向和圆柱形嵌套（4）的中心线垂直，喷管（1）贯穿于嵌套（4）上的开孔；圆柱形嵌套（4）的一侧安装有拧紧螺栓（5），另一侧安装有滚动轴承（6）；在滚动轴承（6）的侧面焊接固定有夹持工具（7）。
