本发明涉及搅拌罐领域,公开了一种方便取样的搅拌罐,包括搅拌罐罐体,所述的罐体的顶部设有电机,所述的电机连接有通往罐体内部的搅拌轴,所述的搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片,所述的罐体壁上横向设有U型取样管,所述的取样管两端连接到罐体内部,所述的取样管的中部设有橡胶开口。本发明在搅拌罐的罐体上加装有U型取样管,取样管内的液体经搅拌装置的搅拌状态下一直处于更新的状态,搅拌完成后从橡胶开口直接使用注射器或其他工具取样,取样的过程方便,样品准确。

技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌罐领域,尤其涉及一种方便取样的搅拌罐。
背景技术
医药、化工等生产领域中通常使用搅拌罐搅拌物料使物料溶解或者混合均匀,现有技术的这种搅拌罐包括搅拌罐罐体,搅拌罐罐体内设有一个搅拌桨,该搅拌桨包括竖直设置的搅拌轴和固定在搅拌轴上的搅拌叶片,这种搅拌罐在运行时,利用设置在搅拌罐罐体外的电机驱动搅拌轴旋转,搅拌轴带动搅拌叶片转动,使搅拌罐罐体内的物料翻动。
目前的搅拌罐大多数只有搅拌的功能,在搅拌完成后取样过程往往需要人工去罐体内取样,或者在抽出的液体中提取样品,在罐体中直接取样会存在一定的安全隐患,在抽出的液体中取样的话会造成样品的准确性较低,容易出现误差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中搅拌罐取样不方便的缺点,提供了一种方便取样的搅拌罐。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种方便取样的搅拌罐,包括搅拌罐罐体,所述的罐体的顶部设有电机,所述的电机连接有通往罐体内部的搅拌轴,所述的搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片,所述的罐体壁上横向设有U型取样管,所述的取样管两端连接到罐体内部,所述的取样管的中部设有橡胶开口。
作为优选,所述的罐体的顶部设有进料口和出料口,所述的出料口上设有抽水泵,所述的抽水泵连接有管道。
作为优选,所述的罐体的底部设有支撑腿,所述的支撑腿安装在称重模块上,所述的称重模块连接到显示面板上。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:在搅拌罐的罐体上加装有U型取样管,取样管内的液体经搅拌装置的搅拌状态下一直处于更新的状态,搅拌完成后从橡胶开口直接使用注射器或其他工具取样,取样的过程方便,样品准确。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一种方便取样的搅拌罐,如图所示,包括搅拌罐罐体1,所述的罐体1的顶部设有电机2,所述的电机2连接有通往罐体1内部的搅拌轴3,所述的搅拌轴3上设有搅拌叶片,所述的罐体1壁上横向设有U型取样管4,所述的取样管4两端连接到罐体内部,所述的取样管4的中部设有橡胶开口5。所述的罐体1的顶部设有进料口6和出料口7,所述的出料口7上设有抽水泵8,所述的抽水泵8连接有管道9;所述的罐体1的底部设有支撑腿10,所述的支撑腿10安装在称重模块11上,所述的称重模块11连接到显示面板12上。
当罐体内部的液体在搅拌时,取样管4内的液体同时在搅拌的过程中不断的循环和转动,取样时将注射器或其他工具从橡胶开口5处抽取样品,此时的样品和罐体1内部的样品一致,取样更简单,更准确。
