技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤芯。
背景技术
滤芯分离液体或者气体中固体颗粒,或者使不同的物质成分充分接触,加快反应时间,可保护设备的正常工作或者空气的洁净,当流体进入置有一定规格滤网的滤芯后,其杂质被阻挡,而清洁的流物通过滤芯流出。液体滤芯使液体(包括油、水等)使受到污染的液体被洁净到生产、生活所需要的状态,也就是使液体达到一定的洁净度。
滤芯也经常应用到粉尘过滤,如工厂车间等,申请号为951932713的专利公开了一种滤芯,包括多孔载体层,纤维涂层和陶瓷颗粒层,所述的纤维涂层涂抹于多孔载体层上,所述的陶瓷颗粒层涂抹于纤维涂层上,陶瓷颗粒层直接决定了精细过滤能力,现在的陶瓷颗粒层根据需要过滤的环境制备制备相应的颗粒,当有时过滤环境的粉尘颗粒组成会发生变化,现有技术的滤芯通用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种碎石厂用粉尘滤芯,包括多孔载体层,纤维涂层和陶瓷颗粒层,所述的纤维涂层涂抹于多孔载体层上,所述的陶瓷颗粒层涂抹于纤维涂层上,其特征在于,陶瓷颗粒由氮化硅基陶瓷粉末与铬金属粉末按照质量比为100:(1-10)复合制成,其中,氮化硅基陶瓷粉末包括坯料和釉料,所述坯料和釉料的质量比为100:(3-5)。
本发明公开的陶瓷材料应用在对比文件的滤芯当中,能够过滤多种类型的粉尘,如碎石厂、发电厂、煤矿厂、 化工厂等,其对精细粉尘的过滤能力都可以达到95%以上。
作为改进,所述坯料的原料中含有以下质量百分比含量的组分:碳化钛含量为4-7%、碱金属的氧化物含量为4-7%、锆的氧化物含量为1.5-2.0%、钒的氧化物含量为0.2-0.3%、镓的氧化物含量为0.05-0.1%和稀土元素的氧化物含量不大于1.0%。
作为改进,所述釉料的原料中含有以下质量百分比含量的组分:铁的氧化物含量为1-3%、钴的氧化物含量为2-4%,碱金属的氧化物含量为2-6%、铜的氧化物含量为1.0-1.3%、镓的氧化物含量为0.05-0.1%、铟的氧化物含量不大于0.05%和稀土元素的氧化物含量不大于1.0%。
作为改进,所述稀土元素选自镧、钕、钇、钐、钪和铈的一种或几种;所述碱金属的氧化物选自氧化钾、氧化钠和氧化锂中的一种或几种。
作为改进,氮化硅基陶瓷粉末的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、采用现有工艺制备坯料,然后在坯料的表面均匀涂覆釉料,再在1200℃下将烧制成烧制体;
步骤2、将烧制而成的预制体同氧化锌一起粉碎研磨成平均粒径小于50μm的粉末,即得到陶瓷粉末,其中,加入的氧化锌的质量不高于烧制体质量分数的2.5 %。
作为改进,氮化硅基金属陶瓷材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、取设计量的铬金属粉末和氮化硅基陶瓷粉末置于高速球磨机中进行混合研磨2-4h, 高速球磨机转速为400rad/min,然后置于高速混合机中混合均匀,得到陶瓷材料。

具体实施方式
一种氮化硅基金属陶瓷材料,它主要由氮化硅基陶瓷粉末与铬金属粉末按照质量比为100: 10复合制成,其中,氮化硅基陶瓷粉末包括坯料和釉料,所述坯料和釉料的质量比为100: 5。
所述坯料的原料中含有以下质量百分比含量的组分:碳化钛含量为4%、碱金属的氧化物含量为4%、锆的氧化物含量为2.0%、钒的氧化物含量为0.3%、镓的氧化物含量为0.05%和稀土元素的氧化物含量为1.0%,。
所述釉料的原料中含有以下质量百分比含量的组分:铁的氧化物含量为1%、钴的氧化物含量为2%,碱金属的氧化物含量为2%、铜的氧化物含量为1.0%、镓的氧化物含量为0.05%、铟的氧化物含量为0.05%和稀土元素的氧化物含量为1.0%。
其余为氮化硅。
所述稀土元素选自镧;所述碱金属的氧化物选自氧化钾。
氮化硅基陶瓷粉末的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、采用现有工艺制备坯料,然后在坯料的表面均匀涂覆釉料,再在1200℃下将烧制成烧制体;
步骤2、将烧制而成的预制体同氧化锌一起粉碎研磨成平均粒径小于50μm的粉末,即得到陶瓷粉末,其中,加入的氧化锌的质量为烧制体质量分数的2.5 %。
氮化硅基金属陶瓷材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、取设计量的铬金属粉末和氮化硅基陶瓷粉末置于高速球磨机中进行混合研磨2-4h, 高速球磨机转速为400rad/min,然后置于高速混合机中混合均匀,得到陶瓷材料。
将本发明的陶瓷材料涂抹在纤维层上,制备滤芯,经过测量发明,本发明公开的滤芯制备的除尘装置通用性强,在发电厂、化工厂、炼油厂、汽车制造车间粉尘的过滤性均可以达到95以上,特别是对于细小粉尘,过滤性均达到99%以上。

1.一种碎石厂用粉尘滤芯,包括多孔载体层,纤维涂层和陶瓷颗粒层,所述的纤维涂层涂抹于多孔载体层上,所述的陶瓷颗粒层涂抹于纤维涂层上,其特征在于,陶瓷颗粒由氮化硅基陶瓷粉末与铬金属粉末按照质量比为100:(1-10)复合制成,其中,氮化硅基陶瓷粉末包括坯料和釉料,所述坯料和釉料的质量比为100:(3-5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的碎石厂用粉尘滤芯,其特征在于,所述坯料的原料中含有以下质量百分比含量的组分:碳化钛含量为4-7%、碱金属的氧化物含量为4-7%、锆的氧化物含量为1.5-2.0%、钒的氧化物含量为0.2-0.3%、镓的氧化物含量为0.05-0.1%和稀土元素的氧化物含量不大于1.0%,其余为氮化硅。

5.如权利要求1所述的碎石厂用粉尘滤芯,其特征在于,氮化硅基陶瓷粉末的制备方法包括以下步骤:
