技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种治疗痛风的内服药物，特别是供痛风患者使用的内服药物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
医者认为：痛风是由单钠尿酸盐（MSU）沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病，与嘌呤代谢紊乱和（或）尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关，特指急性特征性关节炎和慢性痛风石疾病，主要包括急性发作性关节炎、痛风石形成、痛风石性慢性关节炎、尿酸盐肾病和尿酸性尿路结石，重者可出现关节残疾和肾功能不全。痛风常伴腹型肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、2型糖尿病及心血管病等表现。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗痛风的中药组合物，是本领域技术人员亟待要解决的问题。
发明内容
随着我国中医中药学的不断发展，在治疗痛风上，人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗痛风的优点，且在治疗过程中疗效好、见效快、毒副作用小等优势，针对现有西医治疗痛风的现状，本发明的目的是在于提供一种治疗痛风的内服药物，以解决痛风患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料，通过选择合理的药物及质量份比，可有效治疗上述痛风病。
为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种治疗痛风的内服药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
当归6～15g、炒白术6～15g、桂枝2～7g、炮附子3～16g、薏苡仁10～35g、炙甘草3～12g、茯苓10～16g、蚕砂15～40g、秦艽3～12g、乳香3～7g、青皮3～12g、红花3～10g、没药6～25g、桑枝10～18g。

一种治疗痛风的内服药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡50min，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入砂锅内，注入过药65mm的冷开水进行第一次武火煎煮，待煎煮到15min时，转文火熬制35 min，滤取药液；②药渣中再次注入过药60mm的微温开水进行第二次武火煎煮，待煎煮到10min时，转文火熬制30 min，滤取药液；③将两次药液混合浓缩成50%的中药液540ml（毫升）即可。
一种治疗痛风的内服药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述服用方法为：将制备好的中药液以一天服用，早中晚各服一次，给药量：180ml（毫升）/次，趁温服。7天为一个疗程，服药3～6个疗程后，临床症状消失，血尿酸降至正常范围，患者活动自如，正常上班。
本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料，充分发挥各组分的药理功效：
当归，性味：味甘、辛、苦、性温，具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效，用于治疗血虚诸证、月经不调、经闭、痛经、癥瘕结聚、崩漏、虚寒腹痛、痿痹、肌肤麻木、肠燥便难、赤痢后重、痈疽疮疡、跌扑损伤；
炒白术，性味：味苦、甘、性温，具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效，用于治疗脾气虚弱、神疲乏力、食少少腹胀、大便溏薄、水饮内停、小便不利、水肿、痰饮眩晕、温痹酸痛、气虚自汗、胎动不安；
桂枝，性味：辛、甘、性温，具有散寒解表、温通经脉、通阳化气之功效，用于治疗风寒表证、寒湿痹痛、四肢厥冷、经闭痛经、癥瘕结块、胸痹、心悸、痰饮、小便不利；
炮附子，性味：味辛、甘、性大热，具有回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛之功效，用于治疗亡阳虚脱、肢冷脉微、心阳不足、胸痹心痛、虚寒吐泻、脘腹冷痛、肾阳虚衰、阳痿宫冷、阴寒水肿、阳虚外感、寒湿痹痛；
薏苡仁，性味：甘、淡、微寒，具有利湿健脾、舒筋除痹、清热排脓之功效，用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便淋沥、湿温病、泄泻带下、风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛、肺痈、肠痈、扁平疣等症；
炙甘草，性味：性温、味甘，具有补脾和胃、益气复脉之功效，用于治疗脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心悸动、脉结代等症；
茯苓，性味：味甘、淡、性平，具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心之功效，用于治疗水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠；
蚕砂，性味：甘、辛、温，具有祛风湿、止痛之功效，用于治疗腰膝关节疼痛、月经过多、腹痛、皮肤风疹；
秦艽，性味：味辛、苦、性平，具有祛风湿、清湿热、止痹痛、退虚热之功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、中风半身不遂、筋脉拘挛、骨节酸痛、湿热黄疸、骨蒸潮热、小儿疳积发热；
乳香，辛、苦，温。活血行气止痛，消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，症瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡；
青皮，性味：苦、辛、温，具有疏肝破气、消积化滞之功效，用于治疗肝郁气滞之胁肋胀痛、乳房胀痛、乳核、乳痈、疝气疼痛、食积气滞之胃脘胀痛、以及气滞血瘀所至的癥瘕积聚、久疟癖块；
红花，性味：辛、温，具有破瘀、活血、通经之功效，用于治疗经血不调、产后腹痛、徵瘕、外伤瘀血仲痛、痈疽肿痛；
没药，性味：苦、平，具有散瘀止痛，外用消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗跌打淤血肿痛、痈疽肿痛、胸腹诸痛，外用治疮口久不收敛等症；
桑枝，性味：味微苦、性平，具有祛风湿、利关节之功效，用于治疗风湿痹病、肩臂、关节酸痛麻木。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗痛风的原则，从依据痛风的病理机制及药理作用认为：就痛风，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述痛风的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个很好的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

当归12g、炒白术12g、桂枝5g、炮附子13g、薏苡仁28g、炙甘草10g、茯苓13g、蚕砂32g、秦艽10g、乳香5g、青皮10g、红花8g、没药20g、桑枝15g。

典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗痛风患者共989例，年龄为55岁以上的738例，只有251例为55岁以下。989例患者中血尿酸降至正常范围的有812例，有效的88例，无效的89例。总有效率达91%。

当归6～15g、炒白术6～15g、桂枝2～7g、炮附子3～16g、薏苡仁10～35g、炙甘草3～12g、茯苓10～16g、蚕砂15～40g、秦艽3～12g、乳香3～7g、青皮3～12g、红花3～10g、没药6～25g、桑枝10～18g。
